Ryan came to my home, he was excellent. The first service was free with the purchase of my home, I was going to get the first one and be done. Ryan was so pleasant and knowledgeable, that he changed my mind without even knowing! He was patient and answered ALL of my 1000 questions. He also found and treated an ant hill that I hadn’t noticed! I regret asking if he will be coming for my future services.

Bulwark has been out exterminator for so many years now I’ve lost count. They are always professional, courteous, willing to go the extra mile and thorough. We don’t ever have issues at our home and the second we see anything they are there the next day to handle it. MATT came out today and was awesome. Ryan came out to service my home today. In the past service from Bulwark has been spotty at best. The product does work but the communication was absolutely trash. Recently, after speaking extensively with customer service, I decided to give them one more try. Ryan came to my home and heard me out about different concerns I had. Very polite and respectful. He also addressed the concerns I had the previous two visits had not. I hope this is the start of better service going forward. I hope they send Ryan out again next time!

Ryan came out and did a great job! Before the treatment I shared with him my concerns about a water drainage in front of my house that attracts cockroaches. He was attentive and sprayed around the drainage, cleared the wasp nests around the house and was very thorough. I was also appreciative that he locked and secured the gate when he finished. tl;dr: Bulwark offers a fantastic service for keeping roaches out of homes! We don't usually like to sign up for recurring services, but two months of roach sightings almost every day, we needed help and reached out to Bulwark. We noticed a difference from the first treatment, and now, 3 months after starting service with them, we have only had one roach sighting this month! What's great about Bulwark: - they will send someone out every time we spot a roach, even between scheduled treatments. - there's an online chat function making it really easy to schedule - they always arrive on time - our FAVORITE technician, Andrew Davis, always explains to us exactly what they're doing and why, what they think the pattern of sightings mean, and really focuses on our exact layout and situation Thanks to Bulwark and especially Andrew, we can finally enjoy our new home in peace again instead of living in terror! Update 3/17/23 Terrance came by for my quarterly service recently. He was awesome. Very friendly and professional. He gave me some great advice on my house mascot, aka Wild Raccoon that will prevent having him trapped but off my roof at night. He also treated the fire ant mounds. I really like this company. They are always attentive and in the event of a mishap, things are corrected quickly. They’ll even pull up for immediate issues. Very happy with my service. ——————— Story time: A snake made its way into my house at 10:30pm. I am terrified of snakes, but I evicted it and immediately got on Thumbtack to find an exterminator. I contacted several companies along with Bulwark Exterminating. They had the best prices and friendliest people from start to finish. They squeezed me onto their schedule for a full service visit and quarterly service package. The technician just left and I am very happy with Joseph’s service. His customer service was great. He explained everything to me and answered all of my pesky questions. I feel much better knowing that now I have a professional to call for snakes. Thank you Joseph!!

Chance is outstanding. My daughter noticed what appeared to be a tail coming form our air-vent in the kitchen at breakfast. I called Bulwark and explained the situation and they were very understanding, but noted they did not have any openings, but she would check with the technicians. Chance stepped up and made us his last call on a Saturday afternoon. And yes, it was a mouse and I really did not want to see that tail hanging out all weekend. Chance also checked the garage traps and placed out other traps for the mice. It is encouraging to have someone like Chance provide outstanding customer service and step up when others might just pass on the extra work. Bulwark has a great employee in Chance and I have had positive experiences with every other technician at the company. Highly recommend Bulwark.

Victor is the best!!! He is extremely professional and thorough. He is the only exterminator that we will use with Bulwark. I’m pretty particular about how each room is treated. We have a dog as well as different parts of the home where curtains need to be moved and other things that can’t have any kind of spray around them. Victor and I walk through the house together. He is always very respectful and remembers how he treated each room from previous visits. He also asks really important questions about certain bugs we are seeing or changes once he has sprayed. He always seems to go above and beyond. Once he is finished with the service, if we notice anything or need something treated differently he leaves you his information so you can follow-up if need be. Not once have we been dissatisfied with his service. He is a 10 out of 10.

Nicolas Egan and Bulwark Pest Control are fantastic. I tried another pest control company who performed my initial service but I still had swarms of carpenter ants crawling on the exterior of my home. This pest control company said I would have to pay an additional $90 for a separate carpenter ant treatment. Bulwark covers carpenter ants with their basic treatment plus they have a service guarantee and will come back if any pest problems arise between regular scheduled services. Nicolas was very thorough during his initial interior and exterior service. He even treated the attic and electrical outlets to exterminate bugs behind the walls. We also discovered evidence of rats in my detached garage and he set baits - all included in the basic service. Far superior treatments and overall service than my prior company. I highly recommend Nicolas and Bulwark!

My experience with Bulwark so far has been astounding. The reviews are legitimate. This company really knows what they are doing. I have been dealing with Ants in the bathrooms. After I signed up for a year contract with them, they sent Nick out. He was an extremely nice gentleman and was very informative. They offer a “chic fil a like service”. Very friendly and top notch customer service. I encourage you to give them a try. They are a reputable pest control company who operates in 12 states. Nothing sneaky about this company. In this day and age where every company is out driving the bottom dollar, it's extremely refreshing to see a company so focused on the quality of it's products and services. Had a great experience with Andrew Davis from Bulwark Exterminating. We've been seeing cockroaches about once per day every night over the last few weeks and decided we had enough. Andrew was professional and inside he sprayed the water pipes, windows and doors, and "dusted" the outlet covers to get bugs inside the walls. Outside he was liberal with spraying a protecting later. He gave me peace of mind when he assured me that Bulwark would make free visits in between our scheduled appointments if we saw bugs, which is a huge plus. I imagine they only have that policy because they believe in the effectiveness of their service.

My main concern was treating for any roaches and the ants outside and after he left, i noticed the effect within an hour. Update 06/05/2021 ‐ I'm updating my review as Bulwark has made things right in the last couple months. George, the quality supervisor called me after reading my review, he understood my plight, showed a great deal of customer service and offered an amicable solution. They made sure they assigned the right technician to service my property, which is what I had requested initially. George has also checked in with me on multiple occasions during this time which I appreciate. I'm usually not critical about such things but this was not the level of service they usually offer. And I know that because I was referred by a friend who have had them for multiple years. Everyone makes mistakes, but I had to give them a chance again since they went above and beyond to remediate the situation. I cannot complete the review without mentioning Ray, our technician. He's great at what he does and takes the time to explain things. Definitely ask for him and he won't disappoint. Old Review**** Do not waste your time and money with this company - they are an absolute joke. I had them service my property for a little less than a year and see no change in the amount of activity both inside and outside the house. I had made multiple appointments complaining about the pest activity. I recently found out when I watched the tech on the security camera spending less than two minutes servicing my property. I had requested them to service my property on the inside as well but the tech did not even bother to knock on the door and simply drove off.

All I can say is wow. Just wow. I needed a retreat due to some roaches that stuck around after my quarterly treatment. I was able to get a tech in within 24 hrs. Matt is one of the most cordial, polite, and thoughtful techs that is worked with. Now don't get me wrong, I've worked with plenty of techs and they have all been really helpful but Matt helped me work to problem solve what we needed to do to get rid of the issue. And he gave me options, a more conservative option that we will start with and if needed, we can step up what we would need to do to make sure that I'm a happy client. It was over a year ago that I became a Bulwark customer. I initially had SUCH high expectations when I called this company due to the high number of raving reviews I read. This company has proven to be not only reliable but 100% EFFECTIVE in getting rid of the bugs that have plagued me in my homes from time to time. The first time I became a customer, I was living in The Woodlands, and boy were those tree roaches worrisome and persistent about trying to get in. After Bulwark came, I didn't even see hide nor hair of roaches for months. I then moved out and left the States for the rest of the year. When I came back, I moved to a brand new subdivision and home in N. Houston in April. Come July and my new house was infested with springtails—those little flea-sized bugs that you might see in the sink or tub that appear to fly away and you thought they were gnats? Those are springtails and they LEAP. Man, those things were all over my bedroom and bathroom-on the walls, the window ledges, the sinks, crawling on my bedspread—no matter how many I vacuumed up, I kept seeing more. I called Bulwark and they came twice. Alec did an extremely thorough job of treating (I followed him around, talking), but it was such an infestation I continued being harassed by springtails. It got so bad I couldn't even sleep or relax or focus and left to go to a hotel for a few days. lol Ryan from Bulwark came out. After one week since his last visit, I did not seen a single springtail, spider, or anything else in five days!! After the heavy rains we had, spiders started converging on my house and Ryan came out again. Now I see nothing but spider corpses. Bulwark is my hero for real. They are even more relentless than these bugs, and I so appreciate it!!!! They never let me down, and Alec and Ryan are the best.

When I signed up for the outdoor bugs treatment, Bulwark said that they would also remove any bug nests they find. The first guy Bulwark sent only did the spraying and did not remove any nest, said that his tool is broken and he will get someone else to remove them. But once he finished spraying, he said that this would take care of the wasps issue we had and no need to remove the nests. Things did not go as he expected and we continue to have the wasps return to the nests. So we called Bulwark again, and this time they sent Clifford who took good care of us and got rid of the nests and gave us free termite inspection. Overall, I am happy to give 5* as Bulwark did the follow up service and very happy with Clifford's help.

I have used Bulwark for many years and until recently, they have switched me from a quarterly service to a bi-monthly service without my knowledge or approval. This attempt to extract more money from the client is underhanded at best. Pay attention to your service because somehow my 4 service a year at 80 dollars was turned into a 6 service a year at 80. When i called to advise them of this, the supervisor informed my that my 4 service call will be increasing by 10 dollars. Looks like its time to find another pest provider again.

Rachel has come out two times for us now and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome she has provided. We have used several companies in the past, but we settled in Bulwark because they are responsive and have always tried to alleviate our red ant issue. A majority of our neighbors don’t use pest management, so the ants can quickly get a foothold and find their way onto and eventually into our property. The first visit it was unfortunately raining, so Rachel slogged around in the beds and bushes for 45 minutes spreading granules and looking for entry points. Then days later when things dried out she came back and did a focused ant treatment on the entire exterior. She took almost an hour again. We have seen little to no activity since and we are very pleased. Rachel is great, she takes her time to do it right and we appreciate that because we have small children and we don’t want unwanted guests in our home.

I just moved to the area and needed a new service provider. The home I moved into was a foreclosure and then flip. It was vacant for over a year so insects had full run of the place, I needed someone reliable. I compared the reviews, pricing, and services of at least six companies and opted to give Bulwark a try. I haven't been disappointed at all! My technician, Cole B. has been diligent about laying a thick barrier inside and out of the home at every visit over the last 6mo. Normal visits are scheduled for every other month but because my home had a lot of activity to start, Bulwark has been great about coming out whenever I see activity while the treatment takes hold. They aren't reluctant about it at all either, there's no attitude whatsoever either on the phone or with Cole when I ask them to come back out. We've had Bulwark take care of our house for two years now, and could not be happier. We bought our house shortly after Hurricane Harvey, and it had a MAJOR bug infestation. After spending several thousands (literally thousands!) of dollars with another company and waiting several months, things were not getting any better, so I reached out to Bulwark and it was the best decision we've made for our home. They have been amazing since. Not only did they get our bug problem completely resolved, they have made sure the bugs do not come back. Their technicians are patient and highly knowledgeable. They showed us which of our plants were acting as homes for rodents and which attracted other pests. The technician that came by today, Edwin Negron, spent over an hour going through our yard and the surface of our house to make sure the ant piles that propped up over the past few weeks are all taken care of. I highly recommend Bulwark!

We had a treatment at our newly constructed home. Technician arrived and was out of our home in less than 5 minutes, did not spray downstairs, in garage and no way he did much upstairs in such a short time. He then went outside which took maybe 5 minutes as well. Later that evening we noticed our dog missing due to the back gate being left open by the technician. The next day and a few days after we noticed ants and earwigs in our home so obviously he didn’t do his job. I called and spoke to a supervisor who apologized and informed me they would come back out, no one showed up at the time we agreed upon after giving Bulwark a second chance. This is highly disappointing. We have canceled service and will be finding a different company. Update: Bulwark did send someone to do the job and he handled just fine. Bulwark called to ask me to remove the review, however I chose to update and give a better rating for their effort to make it correct. We will see how the future goes, hopefully the first time was just one bad apple.

Just had my first in person experience with John Myles who came to spray down my home inside and outside and he was such a professional and respectful young man. He double sprayed areas i was concerned about and was in no rush (which i really appreciated) and was careful with my kids. I will definitely update my review once i see the efficacy of the product that was used as soon as i start seeing results but so far from the spokesperson on the phone down to the person who came to spray my home I can confidently say customer service is amazing! Thank you guys, hope to see the results i am anticipating. So this is an update one week later 7/1/19 The product works like crazy. 80% of the insects were dead in like 3 days. Still saw one or 2 a week later and gave them a call, they sent Danielle to spray the house and she was fantastic. Well informed, easy to talk to and had the best advice. Now i see why they have such a high rating online. Don't hesitate, use them. I had previously used another company before for a whole year and did not get 1% of effectiveness like what i just got from bulwark. Thank u guys
