I have used Venice Pest Control since I moved to Florida in 2006. Since the beginning their service has been consistently excellent. Our service worker, Doug, has been with us since the beginning and serves many, many residents in the Venetian Golf and River Club. Doug does a great job. Always on time; always asking you if there are any problem and always giving you a report when he completes the service Doug is very personable and his sense of humor just adds to the visit. What I really appreciate is having the same service rep since I started with the company. Doug knows this house, knows of any challenges we may face and most importantly, knows our family. Kudos to Doug and Venice Pest Control

We have used this service for many years. The last few days we noticed cockroaches in the house so called in them this morning to ask that someone come to our house to take care of the problem. They were at our house that very afternoon. Their customer service is great and they are immediately responsive to our needs. Everyone we’ve dealt with is very courteous and professional.

Doug always does a thorough inspection inside and out. He fixed our rodent problems— Armadillo and rat infestation around our pool equipment. We’ve been a customer for nearly 20 years and have always appreciated the service we get from this company. There have been many times that the technician has gone above and beyond his quarterly duties to address what could be an incoming infestation due to seasonal complexities. Our current technician Crosby has even gone so far as to help us catch a rat that happened to get into our area above garage. We only see him 4 times a year as scheduled but if we need him sooner he’s only a phone call away. Professional, polite, knowledgeable and a kind hearted individual are just some of the words that come to mind to describe our guy Crosby. We would love to recommend this company to anyone looking for help in keeping their home pest free so that they can enjoy the Florida lifestyle.

Doug (Bugless Douglas) is a great all around person that truly cares about his customers. He always goes the extra step to make sure that his service is dione correct and professional. Since we used Venice Pest Control, we have not found one insect inside our home. He performs both interior and exterior pest control as well as rodent control. He suggest which type of outdoor plants attracts pest and lets you know that this can affect you residence being prone to the type of pest that they would attract. Always pleasant, professional, on-time, trustworthy, and thorough. Venice Pest Control is a great choice for Pest Service.

Venice Pest Control was recommended to me by neighbors. I am very satisfied with their service and my technician, Eric. He is very professional, courteous, dependable and knowledgeable. The office staff is accommodating and friendly. Now, what about the bugs? When I moved in, there they were. After treatment, NONE! Eric promptly arrives and sprays every 3 months. Very happy.

We have lived several years in the tropics in both Southeast Asia and Africa and know what it is like to try to keep insects and other pests under control. Five years ago when we purchased our Florida home we had lots of insects so we contracted with Venice Pest Control to help us. In the five years since having Venice Pest Control come to our house we have been bug free which is amazing since we are on a lake near a swamp with lots of vegetation. Regina the office manager was beyond rude and severely unprofessional. My home is under contract and the lender for the buyers need a list of documents to move forward - I have supplied all the documents except one. A letter from Venice pest control stating that they did service our home. Without this letter I may lose the sale of my home. I calmly explained this to the office manager and she said she didn’t care and it wasn’t her problem and no she would not write a letter - she doesn’t have to and no one can make her. I tried to explain my situation again and at this point she started yelling at me on the phone refusing to write a letter for me on behalf of her company. Well she doesn’t own the company. I asked to speak to the owner several times and again raising her voice she refused to put me through to the owner. She said try calling back and ask for the owner - you won’t get through but you can try as she chuckled. As a business owner myself for the past 18+ years I find this behavior simply nauseating. I would never tolerate this from any of my employees - ever. Not only that, now I may lose out on the sale of my home over a letter that would take 10 minutes to write, scan and email.

While I didn't expect much from needing a termite inspection , after calling VPC I soon realized there was something pleasantly different. Making the appointment, Regina gave me an arrival time with NO window ! This in itself said a lot, and with "Jim" arriving a few minutes early, it was amazement then on! Jim is a real professional with a great knowledge of customer relations, or in his case , "charm". Jim was great to talk with and at the same time very thorough with his inspection. The next day Regina , an office manager to be proud of, sent me the papers I needed with the results. As for VPC, they are a company worthy of a call.!! THANK YOU VPC Michael..so venice
