He detailed each level/aspect of the treatment service we were receiving with our selected service contract and made sure to explain things in an easy-to-understand manner. We have had Turner Pest Control for our indoor pest control for 3 years. I have always highly recommended them--technicians are fabulous. Today I called to let them know I needed to transfer service to a new house less than a mile away. The new house is smaller--which is easily verified online. The customer service representative told me I would need to pay for September and October at the old residence and then have a salesman come out and start the sales process all over for the new home. What?? Thankfully, Dave the sales and service manager, called me back and took care of everything. We will be setting up service at the new house!

I've had a great experience with Turner Pest Control. I liked that I was able to quickly talk to a sales representative or customer service agent for billing or service scheduling anytime that I called; no long waits or automated answering service. Our service technician David was professional and knowledgeable, putting my roach concerns at ease. After 1 treatment we noticed a sharp decline in the indoor pest activity and have been very pleased with the service since. Would recommend!

So far our experience with Turner pest control has been great. They've been courteous and also informative. They were happy to answer any questions or concerns and have arrived when they said they would. I appreciate the professionalism and straightforward approach from the sales team, customer service and they onsight technicians. We decided to cancel after a year. Too many missed appointments and no shows. They also didn't do the outdoor cleanup of wasps nests and spider webs. The cost was ok but not worth it for service every 4 months.

Great service and better pricing with more included than their competitors! If you don't have Turner you might be over paying for less coverage! My tech was Lenny. What a wealth of knowledge. On time walked me through everything he did and gave me some pointers on what I could do to help prevent problems. Like I said very knowledgeable. My lawn has almost no weeds and that's in just 2 weeks! My other company had over a year and couldn't do it. (Did I mention 2 weeks?) I don't know if I can say enough the sales team to the tech to the people in the office! More for your money! Oh I saved $17 a month over the other guys and i got more coverage and real results fast.

Lawn care weed control is not very good. Repeated callbacks for weed control has showed little results. Hopefully the new owners will pay more attention to their customers.

I've been with Turner for 9 years and have never had an issue with their customer service. They're quick to respond and their treatments are very effective. I believe I've only had to call them twice in 9 years to come out and retreat my home and they do that quickly and with no charge. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly. So far so good. I really like that they offer more than just pest control. It's always a comfort to have a lawn expert available to keep the grass healthy. Also, immediately saw the need to have the pest services when after just two days I found my sticky trap full of small insects and a couple mice! Turner customer service was quick to let me know they'd come out to place a clean one.
