I have had a contract with Suncoast Pest for 5 years for rat bait boxes. Yesterday I found a rat had managed to get into my garage. Alex came out the same day, left traps, and returned today to take away the dead rat. I am so happy! Alex was so cheerful, professional, and positive I was completely encouraged. Nice job. Alex was professional and personable. So far so good. $350 per year for interior pest control. Seems like a reasonable deal. They also sprayed my attic for termites, beatles, etc. $500 for that. That does not have to be reapplied. Also seems like a good deal.

I called SunCoast Pest Control and set up an annual service contract with them. They have completely given me 200% customer service to assist me in eliminating my rodent problem. My service technician is Micah Green. He has gone above and beyond the call of duty to help me get rid of these critters once and for all. I can’t say enough about the sense of peace I now have after calling Suncoast Pest to investigate some pest problems that I’ve been suspecting. Yes, I was right. I had some major issues—termites and rats. Micah and Thor closed holes in my house to prevent further rat/critter infestation and sprayed everything, inside and out, with no threat to my pets. I’ve signed up for yearly treatments to prevent my peace of mind from ever being disturbed again. Yes, it costs a bit, but it’s worth it!

We bought the annual policy last year with the guarantee that they would come out with any activity. After Micah came and sprayed the first time, it was almost 6-7 months before we saw one bug around the house. When we called Suncoast, Micah came out the next day and sprayed again. Really a big fan of this company. Friendlier than Terminix and Hughes without the hard sales pitches; just positive recommendations to help keep our home bug free. Just as professional as the National Brands, but way better and friendlier service. I highly recommend Micah and Suncoast Pest Control and wouldn't consider using anyone else for all our pest control needs!

He is extremely knowledgeable, always takes care of any issues, and goes above and beyond. Whether it’s my annual inspection or an issue, he always gets the job done! This Wednesday he was out to take care of my swarm of subterranean termites!! Temporary fix, but he not only sealed off the area, but cleaned up and disposed of the termites. First, I'm not happy that I had to call them back in less than a year from having my home initially treated for termites. When I did call, it took over 2 weeks for them to fit me in their schedule. The reason I'm giving 5 stars is because Austin was great. He was very thorough in retreating my home. Not to mention the fact that in spite of having a very full schedule, he took the time to make sure I felt confident in his work. If I ever have to call them back, I hope that Austin will still be working for them. Austin was amazing.

Rats in the Attic Recently had the horrifying experience of rats in the attic of my townhouse. Freaked me out! Discovered they were also in my adjoining neighbors attic! I had inspections and quotes from 3 pest control companies. Suncoast Pest Control won hands down. Loretta had a knowledgeable, experienced technician on my door step at 9:00 am the next morning for a inspection inside and outside. On her own accord Loretta did not hesitate to send the technician back out the very next day to inspect my neighbors to make sure of the extent of the problem! All free of charge. Recognizing how freaked out I was she had the exterminators at my house 2 days later. We were so thankful for her concern, and for taking such quick action. I only speak with Loretta because I know she will do all in her power to accommodate me the best she can. Thank you greatly Loretta!

Doug was fantastic and, even though he was heavily booked that day and delayed on a different job, he did not want to leave us hanging and came out as soon as he could. I had to update this review. Still 5 stars only because there isn't a 6th star option. Service is unrivaled and the technician Austin was amazing. Friendly, prompt and passionate about his job. It's rare to feel good about spending $$$ these days but definitely glad I use Suncoast Pest Control. Downside, I only see them once a year because their annual treatment is so thorough I haven't had a need to call them back out.

I had an emergency and called Suncoast Pest Control on a saturday night. I spoke with Shaina and explained the situation. She was so pleasant and seemed genuinely concerned. She sent Doug the very next morning. He handled the situation I had with the carpenter ants. I was having my bathroom remodeled and as the demolition continued we found the problem wasn't only the ants. So I called Suncoast and they sent Eddie out right away. Used them for a year. I would call once every 30 days for routine spraying. Kept a ants, silverfish, spiders, etc. away for the most part. Only issue is one of the workers said I possibly had a dead rat. But he had no way of knowing for sure unless he charged me $300 to check it out. Hard pass. I had someone else look at it and no dead rat. Basically, he just wanted to make more money off me on the side. I get that people need to hustle but this was just unprofessional.
