I have been very pleased, not only with the service, but the results. My newly resodded yard was starting to fail. After a few months they revived the grass. I have a great looking lawn now, all I do is water it. Highly recommend them!

Initial Service with a very friendly driver was good and as promised, results are to be seen, hopefully the first impression is as good as the long term lawn improvement. So base on initial contact and first application a 5 with a future update after a few months of service. *** Update*** it has been 4 1/2 months since my initial service or 4 applications in total and no real changes on my lawn or the amount of insects like Ants mounts on the lawn ( even after asking them to paid special attention to ants), only a reduction on weeds o in my case don't see much of an advantage if my frequent ant mounts and other insects need to be control by me applying chemicals directly to them. Adjusting my rating to 3 Starts an possible cancelling my service.

Have started service with Southern Greens again . I had them at my old house and they turned a weed / grass lawn into one that people would stop and complaint . I am looking forward to them doing the same thing to my grass / weed lawn in my new home. I do not know how to take care of my lawn, or do I have the time or energy to do it. My lawn looked so bad I was ready to sod the whole front lawn. First I changed my landscaper who referred me to you. I was using the same lawn service for about 5 years and I swear for the past 2 years they were putting water on it. After the first application you put down I immediately saw a big difference in my lawn. It started to grow again and became green. After the second application it looks like a whole new lawn. I can not be any happier since I have found this wonderful lawn service. I would recommend them to any one who wants a beautiful lawn by people who care and take pride in their work. Any time I have had a trouble spot they have responded quickly and corrected the problem. I originally had an other major company and was very disappointed. I went through several other companies before using Southern Greens. Each company seem to create more weeds than before. My yard was getting worse, not better. We have a vacation home in Bradenton Florida that we rent out when we are not using it. Some how we got German cockroaches which are extremely hard to get rid of. Because we couldn't afford a bad review online from renters that said we have roaches, we removed our home from the rental market until we could get rid of them. Brian made the initial visit and the assessment at our place. He was very professional and great to work with. He made multiple trips to our place and did treatments every 2 weeks until they were gone. Since we live out of state, Brian called us after each visit to our place to let me know what he found and what the next course of action was. He even stopped by one weekend on his own time when he was near our place just to check out the situation. The company that handles our rental property also commented on how thorough he was. He went way beyond the call of duty to help us get our place back on the rental market as soon as possible because he knew we were losing income. My husband and I are very grateful for his dedication and service that totally irradiated these stubborn pests. We are now on the quarterly maintenance plan and will remain so to make sure we do not have any problems in the future.

I have 2 home that have service provided by Southern Greens. Bryan, has provided EXCEPTIONAL service. He goes above and beyond the call of duty, every time he services our property. He has learned my home and where critters may be and makes certain we are pest free. I also like that we have ONE provider, Bryan, and that there isn't a new stranger showing up when I need service. The office is always on top of notifying us when Bryan will be coming next. Bryan is always prompt and follows up.
