I started by calling one of the big pest control companies and didn't like their overly automated system. It took entirely too long to get to a person so I told them I wasn't interested in using their service and I called Reynolds. They answer the phone immediately and in person, the customer service was extraordinary. Ralph is my technician and his knowledge and follow-through are exceptional. He totally knows what he's doing and the critters that I had crawling in and around my house were gone almost overnight. I'm so glad I stayed away from the big guys and went with Reynolds because they do take good care of their people and the follow-through definitely keeps the pests away. The big companies would do that i am sure, but Reynolds goes well beyond by offering the Personal Touch of dealing with good responsive professional people.

I am currently renting an apartment and noticed a huge problem with ghost ants. My landlord contacted Reynolds Pest Management and scheduled a visit. Rhonda was my technician. She showed up on time. She was very personable and friendly. She went above and beyond when answering my many questions about these ants as well as other insect/bug questions. She was very thorough in her inspection and treatment of my unit. She carried on very pleasant conversation with me the entire time and Informed me of the follow up process. I’m so thankful my landlord decided to call Reynolds Pest Management!

I have upgraded the rating from 1 star to 3 stars because this is outstanding customer service and shows the company wants business. I appreciate their efforts and based on the visit I will upgrade the rating once again. Very impressed on the turnaround! I was very disappointed. Called for service and was told a tech HAD to come out to assess the amount of product used. Appointment set for 3pm to 4pm on July 6. Someone shows up knocking on door at 1130 during a business call I was on. Could not answer the door. Tech leaves and sends an Email with a pic of my cars and garage saying he was there and no one answered. I called corporate back they confirmed 3pm to 4pm was the schedule. Received a call from the tech who proceeds to email me an invoice. Never saw the back of home, never came inside and never walked the property. From a professional who runs a company this was a horrible experience. As a potential customer service should be on the clients time not the technician. Technician should work with corporate not make their own schedules. Furthermore why am I told an inspection Needs to be done to quote a price then I get a quote without the inspection? I don't know if it's corporate or the local tech but I am trying another company as this is not how you treat a potential client. Again I'm not sure if it's the corporate office or the local tech who has questionable practices but how can you trust a company after this?

Really solid company. This is a service that I've maintained through thick and thin. Even when laid off during the pandemic, I made sure to keep these guys coming here. If you need advice or an emergency visit, they'll do everything in their power to help you out. The spray they use is also incredibly efficient and safe for animals. My dog can go outside after a spray and have zero reaction. The pricing is also really good, especially for how often they visit. The staff is also super friendly, and they always seem happy to take your call. In all, they provide a great service that's highly recommended.

We bought a house with a HUGE infestation. I'm talking 200 "palmetto bugs" dead in the laundry room. You open the laundry room door and they are flying in your face in the afternoon... that kind of bad. Our first night in the new house one crawled on my ankle in the middle of the night. I woke up in the morning and called Reynolds right away because of their good reviews. Rhonda from Reynolds said she used to treat the house with the previous owners, but the real problem was the bad septic tank. Luckily, it failed the inspection and we had a brand new tank and drain field. Rhonda was able to get the infestation under control in about three-four months. I am proud to say that I hardly ever see live ones in laundry room and never see a live one inside anymore. We have been using Reynolds for about a year now and it's better than I could have expected!

All who I've encountered are good at their respective jobs and very customer service oriented as well as professional. They are on time every time! Our technician, Jeremy, does a great job. Can I just say how much I appreciate the way Hayden does his job?! Not just the 'job' part of the pest control (which is so important) but also the customer service part. He texts the day before to remind me he'll be out the next day! This is very helpful since I work from home and have a puppy who's quite the talker -- which means I know if he's barking I don't have to jump off a work call because he's just saying Hi to Hayden. In fact, every Reynolds pro has done this and it's just such a helpful little thing, but it means a LOT!

First, let me say that I think I have only ever written 2 or 3 google review ever, but I had to write this one because I have just been blown away with the level of service we have received over the last 3 years... I originally chose Reynolds because of the honesty they displayed on my very first phone call with them. On top of that, their prices were more than fair. But now, having been a customer for almost 3 years, I can't rave enough about their customer service - and most specifically, our technician Julian. Julian arrives at my house for my quarterly treatments with the biggest smile on his face, and one of the best attitudes around. He is the epitome of "quality customer service." Julian always calls a day or two before he comes to make sure that the time will work for me, and will even text me if he is running late. Furthermore, Julian truly cares about my level of satisfaction with his service. Just the other week we had found a cockroach in our bathroom, and it was the first one we had seen in over a year. Julian checked it out for us and then told me he was going to follow up in a week to make sure we have not seen any more, and if we did, he would come right back out. When my dog brought fleas into the house, Julian did a complete treatment of our house - twice! - and was even willing to do a third treatment if we were still concerned that the fleas might not have been completely eradicated (at no additional charge!) I trust Julian so much that when he was doing the flea treatment of our house I just gave him a spare key and asked him to lock up the house when he was done. I would normally NEVER do this with any service provider, but Julian is as trustworthy as they get and I have zero concerns. Reynolds Pest has provided us with top-notch, quality service since day 1, and they are always intently focused on me and my wife's complete satisfaction with their work. This is a company you can absolutely count on. Thank you guys for doing such a great job!

After seeing termites swarm in my home I met with several pest control companies to learn what my options were regarding getting rid of them. Reynolds took the time to thoroughly explain the process to me and I chose to use them because they are a small family company that has been in business for a long time and the inspector who came to my home was extremely knowledgeable. I was not happy to know that my house needed to be tented but it was the most effective way to kill the termites and I felt comfortable with the people at Reynolds. The dreaded tenting day came and I was impressed with the crew who were there to do the tenting and then the extermination. The entire process went smoothly, without any problems. I was pleased with the service. Today an inspector, George, came to do a check up, a year after the tenting was completed. George was thorough, polite, knowledgeable and totally professional. I paid for a year's protection against new infestations. I would recommend Reynold's Pest Control to anyone who needs pest management. They are trustworthy, responsible and ethical. I started using Reynolds when we bought our house 3 years ago. There was some termite damage that needed to be treated. They took care of the termites and I began using their bi-monthly household pest control service. Their staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Their technician always called the day before to let us know she'd be coming. I never felt pressured to to purchase extra services and thought their prices were reasonable. They bi-monthly service does not have a contract either. We haven't had any major pest issues lately so I've decided to cancel their services for the time being and treat any issues myself. If things get out of hand, I won't hesitate to call them again. I actually felt bad canceling the service because their staff has been so nice to us. I highly recommend this company.

They are great at getting rid of pests! And pricing is excellent! However, they seem to be a bit unorganized when it comes to main office-field tech-customer communication. I’ve had two issues with them in one week. Although both were addressed and “solved” this is not acceptable for a business. I won’t renew after this year. Scheduling seems to be an issue, especially with office workers not following through with scheduling requests; which causes confusion between the customer and field tech. There are enough headaches in life without having a service I pay for causing more difficulties. Edit: They called and took $25 off the price of my service for my troubles and to change my review.

So, I had a roach problem remaining from a former tenant. I searched and found Reynolds Pest Management and noticed all the positive reviews.I considered trying to tackle the problem myself but was concerned about store bought products not being effective and the need for the problem to be eliminated. Dennis responded to my call for an estimate, did an inspection and without any pressure explained the process and costs. At first I again reconsidered the self treatment but when a serious problem needs to be resolved, you need the best professionals in the business. Eric, arrived on the appointed day and time. We have used Reynolds twice now. After the first time we used them we didnt see any bugs in our house for over two years. We recently used them again when we saw sugar ants in our bathroom. They came out to treat our house and we still saw ants a few days later, probably due to heavy rain. Mr. Reynolds himself called us on a weekend to check on us. I told him my concerns and Zach came back to our house the next day to treat our house again. We have no more ants. The receptionist called us two days later to check on us. Reynolds is a company that focuses so much on their customer service, it facilitates perfection in every other area of their business, therefore gaining them a 5 star rating. I am speaking from experience. I am one who once left Reynolds only to suffer under the banner of another company and come running back to these guys. I have had their representative Robert Scott out at my house a few times and each time I feel as if he is there to help, and not sell me a product. He takes his time, is very detailed and specific, and only recommends the products you ACTUALLY need, and won't try to rail-road you into products that you do not need (this is unlike many other companies out there.) This said, he represents the company well and I would be lead to believe the company's leaders reflect this culture as well. I started using Reynolds a few months after we moved into our new home in PSL. The seller of our new home left us some unwelcome guests, bed bugs. The first company we hired charged us an arm and a leg and when I called them that I still had bed bugs, they wanted to charge me more to come back. I then called reynolds. They charged me a little more but came back every time I called saying that I still had bed bugs. They were thorough punctual and professional. They still do our maintenance and are always very professional. I most certainly recommend their services.

We moved here from Ohio in late 2013 and were quick to learn that dealing with the bugs in FLA would be much easier if we just relied on the experts. Fortunately, we found the best of the best and after about 6 months of constant attention from Reynold's (especially Rhonda who is the best of the best's best!), we haven't had an issue since. They come on a set schedule for routine maintenance and they come whenever we call, usually within hours, if we have an issue. Rhonda has taught us so much about what to do and not do and why certain critters like certain areas, etc. She just stops by when she's in the neighborhood to make sure everything is OK. Right before the holiday my daughter saw a rat in the garage and we went crazy! Called a leading company and was quoted nearly $14,000 because they claimed that my house was rat infested. Price was too high so my friend sent me your link and I called. George S. was at my house a couple hours after I placed the call. No pressure, no hassle, very professional and guaranteed the work and by the way my house was not rat infested, he said there was evidence but didn't think it was that bad. Well the person assigned to do the job was also George and to date we have caught 2, yet he consistently comes to ensure a 'Rodent Free' environment. We’ve recently moved into our new house that had an ant and spider problem. We had Reynolds servicing our old rental home and decided to carry over their service. We had used other pest management services and were just not happy with the results we were getting. Our lawn was plagued with weeds and the issue just never seemed to get addressed. We saw an ad for Reynolds Pest Management and decided to give them a try, explaining our past difficulties to them. Three stars is being generous...with Reynolds 2 yrs, they are polite and I suspect desire to do a good job, but employee turnover is very high. I have had to call several times for follow up weed treatments(they obviously missed) and despite 3 requests for re-treatments last year, they missed cinch bugs for months resulting in about 100sq ft of lost grass. Current have more cinch bug damage they (hopefully) just retreated.

My service person is Rhonda. Always polite, knowledgeable and prompt. She takes care of the problem properly by all appearances. Company has a policy where they treat extra problems and no additional cost. I have had to have Rhonda come back for minor nuisances like ants at certain times when weather conditions have prompted pest entering house. She is always fast and courteous, once she learns you have a issue. Whatever product they use for treating my residence leaves no odor or residue after drying. I wasn't able to give a 5 star rating due to certain issues within the company. Operator will tell you that the tech can't be there for 3-5 days. However, this company is in our gated community almost daily. Never was able to understand that. However, once Rhonda finds out, she is there immediately. I've also had issues with their accounting section. However, issues have been resolved after a phone call or unfortunately several phone calls. I would tell potential customers to keep careful track of payments. Accounts receivable are horrid. I always pre-pay. In one instance the check was never cashed and I was told to resend the check. I was assured the original check must have been lost and would not be cashed if found. I mailed a new check it was cashed and then the original check was cashed 5 days later. My latest incident was prepaying on the service. The check was cashed two days later and then I received a bill with a finance penalty. The man I was referred to about the matter blamed the tech. Huh? All she did was deliver the check to your department. You cashed it and did not post it to my account. How was it her fault? Rhonda is the only reason myself and several family members continue to do business with this company. Its from the customer service and satisfaction she delivers. Not for the efficient bookkeeping and accounting.

He covered every single inch of our home (inside and out) including the attic and our screened in porch. He gave a detailed explanation as to what he was going to do before he entered each room. Last fall (2012), Reynolds Pest Management, Inc. sent a representative for estimates of various services I inquired about, however the purpose for this visit was to keep crawling insects out of my home. I use to do the homeowner do-it-yourself exterminating, but gave up due to constant repeated spraying, and still discover various species of ants, and other crawling disgusting insects getting past my chemical and caulking defenses. I was promised by the first Tech, Bob, or should I say, an individual who thinks like a bug and knows just what they do, that within 2 weeks, I will be free of the offenders. Guess What, I have not seen one insect in my home since the very first visit. This is unbelievable, but true. No past exterminator service has ever accomplished any insect control 100%, and Reynolds, thus far, has corrected 3 unrelated problems I have had, and all services corrected my issues 100%. Packaged services are very fairly charged. And the free recalls, if you were to have an issue between visits, will probably not be necessary, as long as you take their recommendations seriously. But it is nice to know an unlikely issue will be addressed immediately. Reynolds Pest Management covers an unbelievable array of home-safe chemistry, and is safe for your family and pets.
