I have had pest control service with this company going on four years now and I have zero complaints! In fact, I had a HUGE flea problem in my backyard for over three months. We could not figure out where it was coming from (It was finally figured out it was a dead possum under my shed). Heather was ON TOP of it! She called and checked in on the status, and really went into trying to investigate where the problem was coming from. The men that come out to provide the pest control service are ALWAYS professional and on time. Not using any other pest service company!

The service that I receive from Regional Termite & Pest Control is excellent. I enjoy working with Heather. She is always so nice and friendly. She gives me courtesy calls to let me know when my pest control expert will be out to my house. Heather is great at returning voice-mails. My pest control expert Mike is the absolute best! He is such a chill guy. Mike is so friendly and nice. He is the coolest. I have a good time talking with him briefly as he performs his job. Mike is a professional. It has only been a couple of weeks since I started getting my house sprayed. I can already tell a major difference. Mike is awesome!!!

They call in advance when they are arriving before routine treatments and usually respond on same day or next day service when issues arise. Treatments are thorough and competitively priced.
