We had been working with a prior company for pest control and it was just not working out. We then engage with Professional Pestguard and the experience has been amazing so far. The first service was very detailed, asking questions but also educating us while performing their work. There was one experienced technician and a more junior one helping. They finish in a short period of time and attended to our request including leaving their boots out 😅. The second follow up service I asked if they could review the attic and so they did and put mouse traps just to see if there were unwanted tenants. This was done at no additional cost. They indicated to call if anything was caught in order to pick it up and put more traps. All in all very responsive and professional Company. I am glad I switch. I highly recommend them.

If you are looking for a great pest control company, this is the one! From the very 1st call I made to this company they were professional, respectful, knowledgeable and followed through with what they said. We have never had any issues and have used them for a couple years now. The few times I have noticed pests outside of my regularly scheduled visits (mainly more ants in summertime) they have always been responsive when I called and come out to help remedy the situation. Update: After our initial service, we decided to contract to the ongoing maintenance plan, and are still ant-free almost 2 years in! We feel so fortunate to have this company service us. Absolutely recommend- professional, friendly, responsive, and always punctual. Thanks again! Original review: We had been dealing with ghost ants since we moved in to our apartment two years ago. Because of our young children and pet, we decided to treat them with a natural product we purchased at Home Depot, which worked well to eliminate them instantly, and often times for some weeks.. but they always returned. We were careful as could be, vacuuming after every single crumb, sealing all pantry foods in air tight containers and ziploc bags, wiping down tables and counters, keeping our sinks empty.. we just couldn't understand what they were after.. but we live in a corner unit, and the ants were primarily coming in through the perimeter walls and balcony. Recently, we had enough. These ants were refusing to stay out, and we were waking up to them every morning. I did a quick Google search for a reputable exterminating company nearby, and after reading several reviews, decided to contact Professional Pestguard. George answered the phone, and he was professional and friendly, answering all my questions without rushing me. I inquired about his service, and he advised we should schedule for a week out to ensure the pesticide we had been using on the daily lost its trace, and he asked us to stop treating the ants, except for the occasional wiping of the counters and such. George came out to our home as scheduled, was punctual, and professional, and wore gloves and a mask due to COVID-19. He baited our home indoors, and sprayed outdoors. We haven't seen an ant since. He returned a week later, yesterday, to complete the spraying process, both indoors and out. This is the first time in two years we are no longer worried about finding ants in the home, even if we leave a cup of coffee on the counter. We feel beyond confident and relieved with this company's work. Additionally, their Web Portal is very user friendly and convenient, which allowed us to make our payment online without a hitch. We are now considering ongoing maintenance service from them, and look forward to enjoying life pest free, especially while having to continue to quarantine during these trying times. This is a local Weston business. Owner is real nice. Technician is real nice. I have them come in for preventive work every other month. I'd say it's essential if you're on the water. Whatever they're spraying works real well. It keeps killing anything that comes in contact for a LONG time. Very pleased and would recommend without hesitation. Check out that beauty lurking outside the house on the window. This is what you get when you're close to the everglades.

Professional Pestguard is the only pest control solution I will ever use or recommend.
