My lawn was looking pretty shabby. The front and back had a lot of weeds and the back had a lot of fill that I had brought it. Seemed like everyone wanted to just throw sod down which would have costed me over $10k. I contacted Pro Pest because of their high ratings. Tony came and I told him the enormous amount of spiders I had. He soon saw the critical degree and upped his chemical and reloaded! He was a man on a mission, this was spiders and ants last day! He was kind and friendly. I was so apologetic on the state of my house. He did not judge. When he dusted my attic in my garage, the cover was not on and he saw the cover was on the inside. One of the trimming was loose and would not hold the cover. I said to lay it down and I’ll fix it later. But no, he took a nail and hammer and put it back in place, not part of his job, but was happy to do so. Wow! Some of us single ladies REALLY appreciate the extra mile that these guys do for us outside of their job scope!! My house was a mess and I kept apologizing. I told him that this was not me. Soon, it will transform to a better place. It’s just the pain of losing parents that one becomes somewhat down . He was understanding. What I didn’t say was that tomorrow my father was killed at the Pentagon on 9/11. It would have been 18 years. So I was feeling a bit sensitive. But Tony didn’t know this and was still kind and nice. Great company!
