This is the first time since I moved to Florida from NY that I had an issue with tiny ants in my kitchen and to a lesser extent, the garage. After trying various pesticides recommended to no avail, I gave up. I called called Native Pest Management. I signed up for the annual contract, which I felt was reasonably priced for what they are offering. The technician who came to see us, Brandon L., was a true professional. He was extremely patient and explained everything that he was going to do, and why he was doing it. Brandon explained what to what expect initially with the first treatment. Once he was finished he assured us that if there were any further problems, before the next quarterly treatment, we could call them at any time, and they would come back, no extra charge. That was very reassuring. Everything has occurred just as he predicted, and the problem has been eliminated. Thank you for your professionalism and the quality of your staff. Brandon L. Is a great asset to your Company.

Great experience from the start! Called for info, scheduled inspection for next day. Henry came out and was very thorough and great guy to work with. Explained everything. We set up for service and he was able to schedule for another guy to come back out later in the same day to start our initial service. Our service guy, Brandon, called first, and was even able to come out a little earlier (which was perfect for me). Awesome guy, explained everything, showed me what he was doing, and even explained to the kids (who definitely needed to hear from the expert, to keep food etc. out of their rooms:)) Highly recommend Native; and Henry & Brandon were a pleasure to work with!

Great experience with Native pest management. Scheduling was easy and the service person, Kyle T, was on time. Kyle was great, identified the issue quickly and after 1 day our ant issue is down 99% which is incredible given the estimated 2 weeks for the treatment to fully work. Kyle found the various spots they were getting into the house and treated those as well as the inside. 100% recommend these guys!

Steve was amazing! He was very professional and I was very pleased with the service provided. He was kind and answered all my questions. I was also impressed with how much time he spent getting all the spiders off our pool cage. He also looked into a hole in our stucco to see if rats or birds. We had a rat in our attic problem. The first exterminator we contacted wanted $775 up front for the extermination even before they set one trap. I tried to get them to bill by the visit but they said it was either the $775 or nothing. So I chose nothing. Then I contacted Native and I'm glad I did. These are the exterminators to hire. Not only do they have a huge amount of five star reviews but based on my own experience they are skilled, pleasant, responsive, and honest. And their billing is very reasonable. If you have a pest problem call Native ! We did, and they are now seeing to our pest management needs.

Dale is a true professional & is helping us not only with routine ant/palmetto bug control but with a multi year infestation of wheat weevils (don't ask!) that are sort of uncommon but mighty disgusting. Always communicative, cheerful & professional. Keeps good notes & communicates about extermination plans that can take a few generations to defeat, i.e. the wheat weevils. Worth every penny!

Let me start by saying, all the 5 star reviews seem to be for home ants/termites/pest management etc. I've been with Native for a 3 years now to only service the lawn for weeds, pesticides and aphids/mealybugs etc. on the bushes/trees. I believe a different department. When I had all new sod ($7K worth), we hired Native. Within 8 months the grass was dead. The individual they had servicing the grass had absolutely no idea what she was doing... was she fired? Yes, but she still killed my very large yard of fresh new grass, I was distraught. The owners came out and took some accountability, but also blamed it on not watering enough. We watered every other day and that wasn't enough. Huh? Then tell us that before our soft green grass turns to hay! We tried to fire them, but they asked for another opportunity, they promised us a new professional, who was the best they had on the team. Oh and they knocked $50 off the next month's bill whoopteedoo. The new guy showed up about 3 times and then a new person started again. Leaving us to start all over again educating a new individual. That one lasted a few months, I never knew he was coming, and he barely spoke English. Then another, then another. Never heard from the owners again. Grass was slowly coming back, but at this point, grassy weeds completely took control of our lawn. Bugs in the ornamentals, that we had to constantly point out, and weeds that shouldn't be there (like dollar weeds) were prevalent. Two months ago they sent Luis Lopez out to my home, another new rep. We are hopeful they let us keep Luis, but their track record leaves us doubtful. Luis is EXCELLENT. He takes his time, makes sure he lets us know he's on his way, and when he gets here he walks the yard and explains everything that is happening. He even took it upon himself to come back twice more during a 30 day period to check on a few things and apply some fungus killer. Native: Please, do not pull Luis from my account. He is the only reason we gave you 3 stars. Success comes with timely, quality and informative service, and Luis delivers all 3. Please no more reps, I just can't take it anymore. Signed, The Lawn

The first several months they were so responsive and making progress and we started feeling that we were getting somewhere. Then twice in a row there was nothing in the rat traps even though there was CLEARLY evidence that we still had rats they simply stopped coming. We have left a half dozen phone calls and as many emails and we were promised a few managers were going to come to see what they could do but we have heard nothing. The last time they were here was October 3rd, it is now the 18th and we have not heard a word. The last we heard was that truly the only choice we had was to tent the house ( which of course is a service Native offers) which would take care of the problem. We spent thousands on both Native's service and also all the tests and repairs that they have asked us to do. My whole family is frustrated, disappointed and upset because there is something very defeating when a pest control company says they don't know what else to do!

This was the complete opposite of that! From the inspection with Roger to the actual extermination with Alexander they were both amazing from start to finish. Called back to have them startup again and they tried to tack on a 80% increase on my monthly service citing inflation. I understand inflation, i understand increased cost of goods and what goes along with it. They told me that it was because i paused my account. My original review was based off my initial impression of this company. I chose them after believing from google reviews they were solid and had several 5* reviews. Well, this is a far cry from now and from reality of their "service". I am changing my review to let others know not to fall for "smoke and mirrors" with this company. They don't show up, and when you ask for management to contact you, they never do. You will be charged for things you don't receive, including pest control services you didn't receive. They are full of empty promises, employees leave constantly and you have no idea who/if anyone will show up for your services. I had an entire month skipped and they will still charge you, bet on that!!! Worst of all, they don't care. Look for another company that still cares about their reputation and service. This one does not. I am a new client with Native Pest Control. After the company sent Neil to establish our needs, today Manny and Rossi came out. They were very nice and professional. They all wore protective gear during covid, they gave us information about what to expect, how their service worked, and safety for my cats. I was very impressed that the office called in advance to confirm the appointment and Manny and Rossi even called to see if they could come a little earlier. Very impressed with the communication and professionalism from them, as well as their kindness. They dusted our attic for termites and for spider control. Also received indoor and outdoor pest control , and extra flea prevention outside, and I was impressed they even knocked down spider webs and bee nests on the exterior. I am so glad I switched companies! Neil also gave me suggestions for ways to cut down on future flea problems outside. Thanks Native!!

We called for holes in our backyard, we wanted a professional opinion as to what they could be. We were told they couldn't tell what kind of rodents they were, but we could buy bait boxes that would take care of any rodent issues. Fast forward several months, and it ended up being iguanas. Which would require me hiring another company. We were annoyed that we now "owned" bait boxes we never needed. Issue was escalated to a manager named Josh who said although we couldn't return the boxes they would credit us our most recent service... However we have been waiting on a refund from Native for a few months now. They even billed us an extra month instead of canceling our service like requested (that one was easily disputed). They have been responsive on the warranty for our Termite service (that is the 2 stars), and sent out someone the same day we had contractors here. However this was after several times of them coming out and saying we didn't have active termites. Just to have a contractor bull down a beam and find a lot of termite activity... Edit: I’ve increased my rating to 4 stars. Josh contacted me immediately to admit they had dropped the ball. I appreciate and respect the responsiveness of the company.

Definitely recommend!! From the customer service to the sales rep, (I bought a maintenance package) super professional! I was extremely impressed by the bug expert, Ramiro! He came to my house and the first thing I noticed was he was wearing a mask, gloves, and feet shoe covers so that he doesn't track any dirt or anything in my house! He greeted me, then explained everything that he was going to do. From the outside to the inside. He was very educated with the Company's product and even with all the different kind of Roaches. He took his time, and even explained to me the process of getting rid of the Roaches in my house. I have 2 more sessions, for them to come out within the next few weeks, then they will be coming out quarterly. I will be requesting Ramiro each time! 5 STAR SERVICE!!

Their representative Sean arrived on time and quickly determined I had a single parent family of rats living in my attic. Great experience! My initial technician, Chris, came out right on time (even a little bit earlier!) to inspect my house. He was kind and thorough through his inspection. I signed up right away for treatments and he did them the same day! I was shocked I didnt have to wait for a new date to start the treatments! They have fair pricing and definitely are customer forward company! Also love the thought on keeping the products used environmentally friendly. Call them now if you have any pest issue!

UPDATED: The owner of this business has called us and resolved this computer error. It was frustrating but we understand sometimes things and problems can occur. He also offered us a free service for the issues we were facing. So glad we got this resolved and appreciate how responsive he has been. This is so unfortunate. I left an amazing 5 star comment about 3 months ago when they cleared up my ant & cockroach problem. They were great, timely, and professional. When I signed up for my services I was told I could cancel my subscription at anytime. We rent our property so we don’t care about long term problems down the road we wanted short term relief which was done in 3 months. I cancelled my plan in October. I spoke with 3 different agents on 3 different occasions. I explained I cancelled and I do not need the service anymore. I was told that stopping treatment may result in problems again, I said that was okay again it’s a rented property. The miscommunication began with the technician that arrived at my home at 9am, I told them I’m sorry nobody told him but I cancelled my service over the phone. I then continued to get phone calls regarding a need to update my card on file. I cancelled the card because this business does not understand what CANCELLED means. I have since received countless of voicemails and phone calls continuously asking for a new card when I have cancelled my plan. Now I am being harassed with bills in the mail and being billed for November and December when nobody has come to my home and I have long ago since cancelled my plan. This is ridiculous and I regret starting the plan with them initially. It’s such a shame because the technicians are really awesome and knowledgeable people. I guess the account managers are the ones that need a lot of help.

NIGEL was very professional and polite when He came to the house. I told him I would keep the dogs inside while he was in the backyard. He made sure the gate was closed before leaving. This is the most important thing to me. As A dog owner you would be surprised how many service people walk through the back yard gate, and then leave it wide open. Thank you Nigel, Native is better for having you on their team.

Everyone we spoke to was very friendly and professional. Rob did the initial inspection. The office called to schedule us and Efraim and a colleague did the treatment. They were clean and friendly.
