We are ELATED with Life Pest Control. Felix was incredibly responsive to our termite issue. We contacted him about dry wood termites and inquired about contracting for a tenting process. Within one week of signing the contract, we had the tent put on, and was cleared for tent removal, all for a reasonable price. It was a quick and seamless process. We highly recommend Life Pest Control. We are happy to have found a new company that has ethics and customer service standards. Thanks Felix!

We started using Life Pest Control when my husband and I saw what appeared to be a roach in my home a few months ago. Jason came very quickly and handled the situation, assured us we had nothing to worry about, and set us up with bimonthly service. Every service date he’s on time and is a true pleasure to work with. He has stopped by within a few hours when I freaked out over a beetle (thinking it was a roach), and followed up with beetle confirmation from their lab! We recently had an issue pop up, we called him and he was here the next day to assess. Truly, we thought he was the owner of the company based on his professionalism, promptness, and overall great work ethic. If you go with this awesome company, ask for Jason!

I contacted Felix because unfortunately I knew that rats had taken up residence in the attic of my winter home. He could tell by my hysterical voice that I needed someone to come out right away and he graciously made it a point to come out within a couple of hours. Felix confirmed that there was in fact rats living in my attic. He quoted me a very fair price which included sealing up the point of entries and trapping and removing the rats. He also pointed out that there was evidence of termites but I had already contacted another company to address that issue. Over the course of several weeks, his technician Mike came at least 3 times a week and removed close to 30 rats! I'm sure when he quoted me his price, he did not expect to be returning so many times. Because I do not live there during the summer months, Mike had to work with my neighbor's schedule so that he could get access to my home. This was never a problem, he worked around it. I highly recommend Life Pest Control! Felix and his technicians have proven that truly care about their customers. They are professional, dependable and provide excellent service at a very fair price.

More than that Felix the owner is just the nicest most honest person you will ever meet. Everyone on his team is just as sweet and professional. There are so many mediocre to bad businesses out there, run by even worse people half the time. You will never not be happy you that you have Life Pest Control your business. They truly earn it. A couple of months ago we had a serious red ant invasion in our front and backyard. It was getting to the point where the ants were getting into our home and making it impossible to even be outside with my daughters. I called several pest control companies, some didn’t show up, others charged for each little service instead of giving us an option to package each service we wanted. From the moment I called Life Pest Control, Felix put us at ease. He is very knowledgeable and when he came to our property, he was able to customize a plan for us. We’ve now been using this company for a little over 6 months and I am so happy! We started seeing results almost immediately and haven’t had any ants bothering us! I highly recommend this company! Very honest, and always show up on their scheduled date/time.

I have been using Felix for every type of insect, termite, ant, roach, and rodent imaginable for 10 years now! I buy run down properties I gut, renovate, and flip or live in so I have encountered some horrific bugs and rodents and I cannot imagine what I would have done without Felix and Life Pest Control. I have literally called them in tears before with a rat the size of a car I could not seem to kill or scare off to save my life. Felix got him and his little buddies he found in my attic and within 24 hours....all of them were gone and I never had not a single one since. He has rented properties for me, inspected every single house or apartment complex before I buy them and just been the nicest, most honest, dependable person I’ve ever had work for me. He has never let me down in 10 years and always been more efficient and more affordable than anyone else. Don’t waste time with any other company. Trust me. You won’t find better service from better people.

Kudos to an honest company! I called for a termite inspection this morning and just a few hours later, Charlie was at my home checking it out. He could have easily sold me the termite tenting service since I really didn't know what to look for, but he did the inspection and advised that we were fine and did not need their service at this time. WOW! He took the time to explain everything and what we should be on the lookout for in the future. Total time in and out was only 15 min max - no disruption to my day whatsoever. I hope I never have termites, but if I do, they will be my first call for sure. Thanks so much to this homegrown company with real and honest people at the helm.

Felix and his assistant were so nice! Thank you for checking out my place and inspecting my bedroom because I really thought I had bed bugs. But Life Pest Control was super honest and told me that it wasn't that. They helped me with a preventative plan which was optional. I had a situation that was just getting worse and worse no matter what I bought and what I placed; the roaches seemed to thrive off the bait stations and gels; I googled "pest control in my area" and a list came up; it was 8:30 in the morning and the first three companies did not answer nor did they return my call though I left a message. Life Pest Control was next. Felix answered right away; he was extremely helpful. He was very clear about what to expect and how he could help. His prices were very reasonable (I had googled price ranges for pest control in my area before calling anyone); you don't have to sign up for continuing service or a contract to get a good initial price either. He worked with my schedule and when I had to cancel the day of my initial appointment because my kids had the stomach flu he was really understanding. He messaged me to confirm our new appointment and answered all my last minute questions. He arrived exactly at the time he said he would; he was very professional and very thorough and we are extremely satisfied because so far everything has been as he said it would - And he's coming back in one week to spray again for anything that hatches meantime. I really appreciate his integrity and professionalism. There were no hidden fees or surprises. I highly recommend this service from this company.

We recently bought a new Home in Palm Beach Gardens and had a terrible bee infestation in the walls. We had Felix from Life Pest come and he took great care of the problem. Sprayed the outside, inserted foam, fumigated the walls, and sealed the entrances. He has been in contact with us after the fact to make sure the infestation is resolved.
