Sean was so helpful! He’s very knowledgeable and we thought we had sugar ants but turns out it was ghost ants! And they were everywhere and he came sprayed a week later we’ve only seen one! Highly recommend this company!

Shawn was sent to my home to conduct a termite inspection. He was given a two hour window that would be possible before new renters showed up and was told that nobody would be available to let him in (i gave him a door code). He made it to the house exactly on time and finished the inspection an hour prior to the new tenants showing up. He even text me a photo of a picture that had broken after falling off a wall and moved it to a hidden location for me since I would not be able to make it. The inspection document was promptly sent back to me after payment. He noted that I did have multiple signs of termites but they were all old enough and he saw evidence of prior treatment so he vould recommend continued monitoring with no treatment at the time. I appreciate the professionalism, help, and honesty that Shawn provided and will absolutely reach out to Keller's with any future pest control assistance that I need!

Joe with Keller has been taking care of our home ever since we moved to Florida seven years ago. He is very professional and goes the extra mile responding to my questions on a timely basis in between appointment calls. I would want no other technician as he makes sure we are bug free. He even loves our dog! He divides our service with Jude whom is also a blessing. Jude comes running anytime I have critters that need removed or investigated. I had been researching different pest control companies when I came upon Keller's Pest Control. They were able to come out in a timely manner, give me an estimate (which was a fair price), and even complete the service the same day, which involved taking down a couple of wasp nests. Harry, the technician, told me that he has been with the company for over 20 years, first as a customer and now as a technician. He was very kind and professional and informative. When I had a question after he left, the office staff was able to answer and take care of everything in a very kind manner. Very impressed!

Called another company and got verbally abused. Called Keller and they had Harry call me back. He understood exactly what I wanted which was spray for ants to carry back to the nest. He sprayed inside and out. Did not spray contact killing pesticide because he wants the ants to carry the spray back to the nest and kill the queen and wipe out the nest. I've had this done in the last 5 houses I've owned, and it works great. Usually for a year or more. Harry knew exactly what I was talking about and did exactly what I asked and then said if I had any problem he'd be back out as a courtesy. Office staff was professional and courteous. Harry was very kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. Will call them again if I ever need to spray again.

I have a preschool and recently had trouble with roaches I called Kellers and someone was out next day. Within a few days the problem was over. Then we had a rodent problem. I immediately called Kellers. Their inspector came out and immediately saw where they were getting in. He came back next day and fixed all the holes and put traps out . Next day we had caught 3 in the attic. He kept coming back for the remainder of the week but we had no more problems. The service was amazing and everything was taken care of immediately.. The service man took the time to educate us on future prevention of bugs. He also gave us clear instructions on what to do prior to having the house treated. We are scheduled for an annual checkup, and they arrived right on time again! That always is a good sign. we had a discussion on what if anything was going on, and a description of what services were going to be performed. When they were done, we had a short meeting and I was given a report on what was found and corrected. Everything was fine and very professionally completed. I have no hesitation on recommending Keller's Pest Control. They do a great job.

Keller’s came out to install wire mesh at all vent and stack openings mainly to keep Palm Rats out of attic of our new house. Jude the technician was very knowledgeable & professional, arrived on time both for installation which included setting 4 traps and inspecting traps 24 hours later. Nothing found in traps so he’s coming back in 3 days to reinspect. I would have given Keller’s 5 stars but I thought their pricing was a bit high. I would recommend them.

Terry from Keller’s pest control was on time and very knowledgeable about roaches. He found the root of the cause quickly and did an one time spray out. There is a follow up visit and Terry was very professional in the follow up calls. I on the other hand was awful on replying however a few weeks later (after I finally called back) he still came out for the follow up spray. The roaches are few and far between now and the value for the services are very fair. Highly recommend Kellers Pest Control.

I had a huge infestation of bighead ants in the roof and walls of my RV after renting in a mobile home park. I had ants falling from light fixtures onto my head while at my computer and even started having nightmares from them being everywhere and crawling on me. Boric acid, sprays, baits, nothing I could buy in the store was working to keep them dead. I called Keller's Pest Control, they came out within a week and sprayed all around the outside and inside, within 3 days all the ants were dead. I've had them come out and spray every 3 months since(they even said 6 months would be fine but I asked for quarterly) and now I rarely find a few dead ants, never any alive. Great work and great peace of mind.

Woke up one morning and itched all over, then found several dreaded bed bugs. I couldn't imagine I had them but there they were. Somehow they were brought into the house. Of course I immediately googled them to see what I needed to do to get rid of them. Forget using the over the counter foggers, they didn't work. As I was driving to work a few days later I heard on the local radio station an ad talking about bed bugs. It was Keller's Pest Control ad. I called the next day and a day later Taylor showed up and inspected the house. She supplied me with an estimate and a list of preparation that needed to get done prior to the applied Heat Treatment to my house. A week later they were here. I was more than ready to get rid of these pests. After a quick walk thru they were ready to start the treatment. They informed me that I would be back in the house by dinner. So here I am reviewing Kellers and thank them as I no longer have bed bugs and can resume to getting a great nights sleep. I highly recommend them. A great experience from start to finish. Thanks
