These guys are fantastic! I had them come out to our business location for our quarterly treatments for insects and other standard pests, and they always do a great job at helping us stay insect-free. Their prices are the best I could find too, unbeatable. We recently had to tent the office building for termites and Courtland was fantastic to work with. He really went above and beyond for us, despite several set backs along the way. He was always very responsive when we had questions and gave clear instructions, guidelines, and expectations throughout the process. Halli at Hughes inspects my home annually for termites and thankfully none were found since they do such a great job with my pest control but she did discover rats this year. We decided to do a crawl space exclusion and trappings to take care of the issue. She was super helpful available from start to finish of the project and turned a horrible situation into a great customer experience. He simply waited for me to get to break in conversation, explained what would happen briefly and got about installation. Dillon came to my house today and re-checked all the sentricon stations. He was very polite, on time, and informed me about how the system works. He also took a picture of some dry-wood termite evidence. He said he's not certified therefore can't treat it and will send a licensed technician to my home. He was very honest.
