I just started using these guys with in-home Taexx system. So far we haven't had any problems and they took care of some of the bugs we had giving us trouble. On the business side I will say they were persistent but without being pushy which I really appreciated. Their exterminator was very polite and did a good job.

Very professional, seems to have done a really good job. Said they would come back for free if we have any breakthrough problems between quarterly visits. We had a flying ant “breakthrough” after about 10 days. Called, and they are coming right back. I don’t mind that we had a breakthrough, because they start out with less-strong pesticides (which I like), and only go to stronger as needed.
