What I appreciate about them most is that they really provide personalized service, working with you anytime you have a question or a concern, and tailoring their treatments to your lawn. I've been using Florida's Finest for both lawn and pest control for years and I'm very happy with both their performance and service. Recently, Justin bought a new product to experiment with controlling Torpedo grass in my lawn...none of my past lawn service providers would have done that! Derek took a call from me on Friday night and came right out the next business day to inspect and talk to me about some new service at my house. If you are looking for a new service for either or both lawn & pest, I highly recommend Florida's Finest.

Great service! I recently moved into a new home and had been seeing small German roaches pop up in the bathrooms and that was a No No. I tried one of the bigger named pest control services and have them come in a few times and it didn't fix the problem. I contact Florida Finest and they were out within a week to help get rid of the problem. After 2 treatments the roaches were no more! I still use their services every 2 months to keep the pests at bay!

Being a new homeowner, I had many questions which were answered with details including discussing bills. Anytime I’ve had a problem, they have come to my house within 24 hours. Florida's Finest Lawn and Pest Control has done an outstanding job in managing our zoysa lawn, landscaping and outside pests for 5 years. They consistently bring expertise and determination to fully address any needs or problems, and excel at communications regarding scheduling, treatments and managing issues. Recently they went above and beyond to deal with high and very hard to reach wasps nests, and treat a perimeter area with a new small pest problem. Besides identifying the root cause and treating the area, the technician surpassed our expectations by recaulking, performing proactive steps and making suggestions to avoid any problems in the surrounding area. Florida's Finest Lawn & Pest Control Inc. Is by far the best pest control service in the state. I have used many of the other "big" companies that are far more expensive and they do not come any where near the quality of service and professionalism of their employees that Florida's Finest does. Sean is always on time, always polite and courteous. He's very knowledgeable about the business and very professional. I'm always comfortable to have him in my home (which I never was with the other companies). Their prices are very reasonable and I never have any bug problems. If I ever would I know I could just call and they would come right out and take care of the problem. Ellen in the office is a joy to work with and is so pleasant to talk with. 4/15/21 UPDATE I cannot begin to explain how incredibly satisfied I am with this company. The owner, Justin, works very hard to earn your business. If things are not right and you're unhappy with the way things are coming along in your yard, Justin will listen, take responsibility and males an action plan to resolve the issues. This is what I look for when working with local businesses. Thank you so much, Justin! Love this company! They are extremely professional and thorough. Unlike the big box companies, these guys take their time and are passionate about what they do. Super knowledgeable too! Everyone from the manager, Justin, to their secretary who answers the phone , to Chayse and Chris who service my property. My lawn looks great and continues to flourish. If I come across any issues, they address it right away!

Derek came out to our initial call and set up ant traps and sprayed for spiders. We now have roof rats and again Derek came to our rescue. Professional and helpful. Will def recommend

Justin is my superhero when it comes to my lawn care. Always professional and intent in doing and suggesting helpful ways to keep the lawn at its best! He just did a core aeration and I would highly encourage you to have it done, I really believe that it is going to help improve the overall health and look to my lawn. I’ve lived in Florida for over 10 years and have yet to find a lawn service as comprehensive and knowledgeable as Floridas Finest. We were with the big box companies for a while but saw that they really lacked the training and skills to truly weed out certain kinds of impurities in a yard. In the course of a few months Floridas Finest had our lawn completely clean and perfect. There like an extension of family, everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable you don’t feel like you’re talking to him for me at all but a close friend. I’d recommend them to anyone who is unsatisfied with their lawn service.

A few years ago; I used one of the larger lawn services. The results were not good. So I decide to treat my lawn myself. So over the years I would buy weed & feed as well as insect control, with a slightly little better results. But last year I decided that I no longer wanted the chemicals in garage and decide to look for another Lawn service. That is when I found “Florida’s Fines Lawn & Pest Control”. This was one of those times in your life, I could pat myself on the back for making a great/fantastic choice. My lawn has never, never look as good – Green, Thick and Healthy. After a horrible experience with a company I had used for YEARS, I asked my neighbor who was taking such great care of his lawn. He told me "Florida's Finest" and he raved about them. I called them and they started getting my yard back in shape. Justin came out on the sprinkler system section of my contract. He spent a lot of (patient) time with this (senior widowed) lady. He explained everything that was right and wrong with my system. He made suggestions but never pressured me into anything. (I know, right, this is a first in the lawn care business!) Long story short, my yard is gorgeous and I get compliments all the time from my neighbors. Oh, and just a side note here: My son and I talked, we cancelled the company that was doing his yard (the same one I had been using), and he's now a very satisfied client of Florida's Finest. If I could give them a hundred stars, I would. You can't go wrong with Florida's Finest, trust me!

Great lawn service! The owner and all techs are very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Our lawn looks amazing and the best condition. The rates are great and it's a much better more cost effective than doing the service ourselves. They have come back several times for follow treatments at no additional cost, and have managed to get rid of the crabgrass in our yard. I highly recommend.

After using a few other services in the area its nice to have a lawn service who listens and offers great advice without trying to upsell you into buying extra services Justin spent over an hour and a half helping me make sure our irrigation system was working correctly and what needed to be replaced and/or adjusted For the cost they charge it was well worth it. Just got our first lawn application right on time as promised Looking forward getting our lawn back and looking good

All the technicians were pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful and within no time our yard looked amazing and our house was rid of pests. Very good service. I sometimes miss their call, but I like that they call before coming to service the property. It is a good reminder and also allows for me to ask them to get a certain area or make sure they get the spider webs in the pool enclosure or any little specific thing I want them to focus on. No issues in a few years of having the service (pest control) and their prices are good and consistent.

Florida's Finest are experts at all round lawn and pest control. Orlando has all sorts of bugs and critters that eat your lawn and come into your house. The crew at Florida's Finest got rid of all the bugs and make the lawn look great with weed treatment and fertilizers. Plus they whack the ants and bugs in the lawn as well. We were attacked by Army worms one day and they killed them off too. I'd recommend them.
