John, our technician for the last 10 years, is great. He is thorough and proactive. You could set your watch by his prompt arrival times. Issue: The accounting department. 1/ No discount for prepaying annually. 2/ When we do prepay annually, they continue to waste the company's money by sending us a bill and a return envelope each month.

Growing up as a kid we used this company we had Robert as our exterminator I always remember how friendly and helpful he was. 15 years or so later I have my own house now so I called them I asked about robert they said he had retired. My exterminator now is Will he is amazing he provides the same great service I remember as a kid very friendly and easy to work with. My little one who is 3 even loves him he gets exited when we say the bug man is coming and Will is very Interactive with him let’s him hold his flash light and all. I hope they stay around for a long time and my kids get to use you guys as well. I’d prefer a company that treated me like family over just being a number or a pay check. Outstanding Service
