We have been very pleased with all the services offered by Dean's since we signed up with them 6 years ago. From the phone staff to the technicians to the mowers and irrigation techs, every encounter has been positive. Our current lawn technician is JEREMIAH. He is courteous, friendly, accommodating, and very knowledgeable about all the conditions in our lawn. He took his time to answer our questions and explain the procedures he was doing. His cheerful personality added to the positive experience we have had with Dean's. Keep up the good work everyone!

We've been with Deans 4 years and our lawn has always looked great. But with any service company the tech is what make the difference. The tech we have had for the last 2 years is by far the best person we have ever dealt with. He always communicates when he's coming and wants to know if we have anything that needs special attention. I have used Dean’s for 2 1/2 years and have had excellent service. The three or four times we have had minor issues, Dean’s office staff have been excellent and they are very responsive. This review is for the special service that technician Justine provided when a rat invaded our garage for the first time in 10 years of ownership. Justine is one of the most enthusiastic and knowledgeable service providers I have ever experienced - across a wide range of service companies. He recently discovered Tuttle mealybugs in some brown patches, explained what they do and showed me what they look like (very tiny!), and began treatment on them that day. I called on Monday because I thought I might have mice in my garage. I had seen droppings. Within an hour Justine called me. She offered me same day service. I declined because I had plans. She offered Tuesday at 11 am which was perfect. She arrived on Tuesday on time. Examined the droppings and let me know it was from Palmetto bugs . She applied something that would last a year. Justine is always so polite, professional and friendly. She asked me to write a review. I had trouble following the directions on the postcard so I called deans. When we have had bugs in the house Justine has come to our rescue! She loves her job. The first time she came she saw where the bugs/ants were and got on her hands and knees and followed them to a tiny little hole between the caulk and doorway to the bathroom. The whole time she's on the floor laughing and saying how she just loves her job. I look forward to her monthly visits since she is so positive and happy. If everyone of us could capture her attitude the world would be a much better place.

We started with Deans at our new house. The weeds are worse than when we contracted with them. We contacted them today about it and they said a supervisor treated our yard from 4:15-4:20. I was cutting the yard at that time. Did not see anyone. They didn’t leave a yard flag or anything at the door. But have a work invoice that you can see in the online portal. Wonder how May invoices they upload without treating the property? They appear to be trying to make us happy. The technician called and said he forgot to put the yard flag and the office put the wrong time on the invoice

We used Deans Pest control service for an ant and weevil problem in our house, and Rusty came out 3 or 4 times . He is wonderful, did a great job, inside and out spraying. He also left us those ant boxes so we could trap them. With a great deal of packaging our flour, sugar , pasta, I could go on, in air tight containers, and with Rusty spraying, I think we have dealt with this annoying problem. Rusty was respectful, on time when he said he would be here, checked under my stove, for crumbs and we did,, so we pulled out the stove, cleaned behind, and I would use him again, no issues. Thank you Rusty and Deans Pest service.

Rusty arrived right on time & then I showed him where I have seen ants in our kitchen & lanai. He clearly explained what kind of ants they were & how he would treat them. Then he thoroughly sprayed (inside kitchen & lanai) & spread granules (around perimeter of house). Rusty was very polite; he addressed my concerns about our dog possibly licking or eating the granules - upset tummy. Deans is a terrific service, very responsive. Rust came out the same day I called!

Justine came today after we saw ghost ants in the kitchen area and left ant traps and sprayed outside around the garage door entrance to the kitchen and front door to solve our problem. She does good work and can usually come on the same day needed.

Called them because of persistent ghost ants. Our technician Amber had treated for them previously but they returned. I was concerned when she arrived because they seemed to have disappeared and thought I was wasting her time. She went right to work and discovered many places where they were entering or trails and baited them. Soon the bait was covered with ants feeding on the poison to hopefully take back to the nest. She also noted some roach droppings and put out bait traps for them. Very happy with her service.

Dont know about the service but one of your truck/van just passed a stopped school bus on Grand Island Shores road at 7:53 this morning. Good thing the kids had already loaded. I honked my horn 3 times because i could tell he wasnt going to stop. He turned into Brightwater subdivision. Please be more careful! Update: Thank you for responding, however i feel you are sugar coating the situation. I always escort my child to the bus stop because of the excessive speed and carelessness of the morning driver. I was right there in my van. Your driver slowed to a rolling stop and YES the flashing lights & sign had just been turned off but the bus was still waiting for the children to be seated, and hadn't started moving. Very OFTEN, there are late children that run up to the bus from both sides and the back! From where your driver was he wouldn't have been able to see a child coming from the road in front of my van. Drivers should NEVER move until that bus is moving! !

Called Dean's concerning mole crickets in my lawn. Deans sent a tech out to treat lawn. Two weeks later Ricky C. showed up for a follow up. He spent time explaining my problem and detailed what he was going to do. He went above and beyond by checking our whole yard, and not just the specific matter we called about that day.
