Crenshaw pest control is the best pest control company in Tampa, maybe even all of Florida. Tammy, our technician, was so thorough, professional, and reliable. We used Crenshaw for 2.5 years (the whole time we lived in Tampa) and never had any bug issues. Tammy initially treated for ghost ants and roaches when we first moved in and then we never had a bug inside after that. My only wish is that they serviced the town we now live in farther away. I highly recommend Crenshaw and especially Tammy!!

Excellent service. Mark is very friendly and professional. We used Crenshaw over 6 years ago. Within 2 weeks the bugs were completely gone and we were bug free for years. Earlier the year we had someone stay with us for a couple weeks and they brought roaches with them. We have been unable to get rid of them on our own, so of course we called crenshaw back and I have every confidence that we will again be bug free within a couple weeks. If you call around for quotes you will find cheaper rates but Crenshaw guarantees their service and will come back as many times as needed for no additional charge. I would never use anyone else. They get a triple A plus from me.

Our tech, Randy, is friendly and thorough (and he always has a treat for the dog). If we ever see bugs between our bi-monthly treatments, they send him right back. This has happened fewer than five times in the 16 years we've been Crenshaw customers. We highly recommend them.

I don’t post many reviews but Crenshaw is the best! Very nice and professional. Had a German cockroach issue the other guys couldn’t fix and they were gone in 2 weeks when Crenshaw came over. Owner is very nice and knowable and came out for initial appointment.

I moved here in June 2020 and had a roach and ant issues. Within 1 month of the service, 99% of the issue was gone, after the 2nd service all the issues were gone and every 2 months they come and no issues whatsoever! Randy is awesome! Polite, prompt, and professional. Highly recommend Crenshaw

I have been a customer of Crenshaw's for almost 2 years. I try to use family owned businesses when possible! The services they provide are many and the prices I found to be very reasonable! Crenshaw's has my business! I have them come every 3 months for maintenance! Richard my exterminator is GREAT a True Professional! He is very knowledgeable and explains what he's spraying and what pests it will eliminate. He's prompt, efficient and answers my questions with ease! Richard has taken every precaution to protect his customers from this virus. He's wearing a mask, foot covers and wiping down his equipment all before walking through my door. I couldn't ask for a better service!! Richard has even given me pointers on training my 55 lbs puppy Zues (at no charge!!) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CRENSHAW'S FOR ALL YOUR TERMINATION NEEDS!!

We’ve used several prominent grass weed/ fertilizer companies in the area, all failed terribly. I was approached by the manager who was spraying the neighbors yard. From the start he was very professional pointed out the problem areas and a good strategy to fix it... we took a day or two to consider using them, after several months my grass completely did a 180 for the best!! Absolutely the best, personable, and professional company around...hands down. We frequently are asked who services our lawn and now several of our other neighbors use them too now!! Additionally, we began using them for inside pest control such as ants and American cockroaches, we no longer have any!!

I wound up with a roach problem after helping out a friend. I spent several years trying to control it myself. Not a great outcome.. My sister told me about Crenshaw and said they were amazing. I wish I had known about them to begin with, I could have saved money and time and been past this bad situation sooner. On the first visit I would guess the bug situation was cut back by at least 65-70%. I can't believe it! Thank you !!

Crenshaw Termite & Pest Control was recommended to me by a friend. I started with them last year. Everyone is very friendly, office staff, Mike who sprays for pests, and Caballero who sprays my lawn. My lawn is beautiful, best it has ever looked, and my pesky ants that were crawling around are ALL Gone. I had a rat sighting, coming under my fence, mama and 3 babies, Mike put traps out, no more rats. They are very punctual, friendly and very helpful. I would recommend them very highly. Been using Crenshaw pest control for years. Excellent experiences every time. This one time, I was so freaked out by getting German roaches that I wanted to tent my house. They talked me down from the ledge and took care of the problem simply and quickly. No tents--haha. Family owned and operated, they are personable and knowledgeable. Everyone who has come to the house is friendly and respectful. And you generally get the same person every time, so you have an ongoing relationship and they really know your property and your bug history. It's pretty old fashioned personalized service. These guys know bugs and know how to get rid of them efficiently and effectively. In fact, I have two properties, and in each one, the service guy is dedicated to getting rid of the bugs. No joke, especially with ants. They're gonna find where those little buggers are hiding and eventually get them at the source so they stop coming in your house. Its awesome. Highly recommend!

In less than 1 year, the grass in my yard is so much thicker. Bald spots have filled in, St. Augustine grass is running like crazy, and the weeds are disappearing.
