I finally decided to have the professionals install Christmas lights this year and after this experience I will never do it myself again. The team that came to the house was extremely professional. They came in a company vehicle, wearing clothing with company logos, there were zero doubts about who they were. They had the lights installed and ready in under two hours which probably would have been faster if I wasn't out there chatting with them half the time. By the end I felt more like I had made friends than paid for a service. Overall great experience and great quality, I will absolutely use them again.

By luck of the dial, I was routed to Paske and I don't regret it! I was able to talk to a real person, that sent me a recap email for the services we discussed. They held their appointment times (daily for a week!) and what I really appreciate is them taking the time to make sure I was informed every step of the way. Plus they closed the job by sealing the entry. Will use again!... we found out we have wasps now...

I originally called them because I had squirrels bite through the outside wall of the house and get in the walls. They came the same day and made a humane plan for relocating the animals caught. The home I purchased had been vacant for two years. Some holes along the foundation indicated the possibility of wildlife living under the home. When I contacted Paske they came out to the house and after reviewing the foundation brought out traps to catch the wildlife and relocate them. After about two weeks of daily baiting and the capture and relocation of a possum and a ground hog, activity around the traps ceased. Paske returned to the property with steel mesh and blocked the holes so other wildlife could not enter. The wildlife experts they used were professional and courteous and never upset the six cats that live with me.

Paske was great to work with. We found them through Home Advisor and they contacted us within about 30 minutes. Jacob was very knowledgeable and willing to work with our tight timeline of needing our squirrel concern remediated prior to going out of town. Both Josh and Jacob wanted to ensure my husband and I were comfortable with our choice and decision and then worked in a very timely manner to help us with our squirrel issue. Josh walked us through the bid and estimate, took pictures for us to see and provided knowledge and ideas to continue to help us in the future. I could not believe that service this good still exists! I had some squirrels getting into my roof, once I admitted to myself that I was going to break my neck trying to fix it on my own, I gave Paske a call. After filling out their form, I received a call within the hour, and they were able to send a skilled technician that day! I worked with Derrick, who was so friendly, and so helpful. He got straight to work, and now the problem is totally handled. Best part of all, they even took a check! I can't say enough good things about my experience. Still using this company! And, they are still wonderful! They come out every three months and perform general pest control, and inspection. The people who come out are always friendly, and professional. This past Friday, when Gary came to do the inspection, and spraying, our groceries were being delivered. They were supposed to be delivered two hours earlier. Gary was very kind, and thoughtful, and helped us get the groceries inside. That type of thoughtfulness really goes a long way with me. It was so unexpected, and a really nice surprise. I just really appreciate the people with this company.

We brought home Bed-Bugs after an extended hotel stay.... Made the call and the next morning our Tech arrived and he verified we did have an issue. And he treated the house and furniture asked us to give it 2 hours to dry and explained what we should look for, also assuring us that he cleaned the current critters out completely. They returned each week to inspect for NEW bugs and gave us a 2nd treatment.... this repeated each week til they find no more bugs.... We have used them before for other issues, and I feel that anyone that wants to avoid the hassle call, PASKE ! You won't regret it!

They came out to remove a bird in our walls which was fine. The technician had put a screen in where the birds had gotten access to our home. One month later another bird got in our walls. I went to inspect the area where the screen was installed, there was no screen. The technician might have installed it on the wrong access. I went ahead and fixed it myself this time, but the owner of the company reached out to try and make things right. I understand mistakes happen. The technician was professional and did a great job of removal while keeping the wildlife safe. Would recommend.

I ran across a coupon for 15% off Christmas light installation, I called to schedule an appointment but started to hang up when they answered introducing themselves as a pest control company. Everyone was pleasant and professional from the time of booking to the completed install. The guys that installed the lights did an AMAZING job and also took the time to explain the timer feature. Always been pleased with service. Once Covid came they began spraying outside only. Problem I have with this is that the price didn’t go down. We paid the same amount as when they sprayed inside and out. That didn’t really add up for me. Called to cancel and was told we were under a contract. I don’t recall signing a contract. Phone contact appeared to have an attitude. Just not the same service we received when we 1st started using this company. They have expanded their business, which is great, but I feel like they’ve lost the personal service we received in the beginning.

We just moved into a house that had so many bugs! We had been talking about getting an exterminator to come out here and then we found ants one weekend so we called them as soon as possible after that. They were able to get here quickly and the ants were gone within the day. We also haven't seen any wasps since then and just a couple spiders but even those have been disappearing as well. I called multiple places to get a quote and Paske was definitely a good price. The woman I spoke with talked me through the whole process and did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. Perry came to our house to patch some holes from carpenter bees because we are selling our house. He was there on time and asked if he could also spray our home for bugs because he noticed some spiders hanging around. He also dusted and corked places that I hadn't noticed the carpenter bees had gotten to. He was very professional and we will definitely be calling to have our new home sprayed at well.

John showed up within the hour and after about 30 minutes was able to find the dead raccoon (under house) causing a horrible smell in my house! John was very professional and friendly. Charles came by to dust my attic and spray my house. First of all Charles was very personable and answered all my questions regarding my problem. He was polite and professional but laid back enough to have a conversation which I like since someone I don’t know is coming into my house. Also the gentlemen I talked to on the phone were very patient and flexible when it came to rescheduling my service multiple times since I was unsure of what I wanted done. I know nothing about spiders and they were kind enough to take time out of their day to inform me of what characteristics of different spiders were. I’m so happy I chose this business. The service I requested was for birds making nests in my cedar siding and especially for squirrels. A trap was set and I was told it would be checked daily and to call if I saw a squirrel in the trap. On a Friday evening there was one in the trap so I immediately called. No answer, closed for the weekend! Inspections were daily. I know only because I received texts telling me someone was coming. I was always at work but I trust that someone checked. My complaint is that no one ever let me know if the trap ever caught anything! The texts stopped and the trap came down. No info or phone call with the results. I still don't know the results of my $875.00. This is the second time I have used this company and I am a little disappointed .......Cheri

I noticed that sparrows were building a nest inside the cap on the chimney flue that vents my furnace and water heater. That could be a very dangerous situation. A technician was able to come out that same afternoon. He removed the nesting material, cabled out the chimney and applied temporary screening to prevent their re-entry. The technician also advised that I have my HVAC company check the duct work at the furnace in the event nesting material had made its way that far down the chimney, which I did. I ordered a custom made chimney cap from them and it was available and installed within a few weeks. Paske Pest Control & Wildlife Solutions provided a prompt and effective solution to my problem.

Yesterday morning I called inquiring about an issue I was having. The response time was great! I believe the cost was fair and I was very happy with how the problem, bumble bees, was handled. This may be early as I have not had my second round or ant maintenance but having talked to two employees over the phone and one in person I was made to feel at ease. Me and my dog accidentally disturbed a yellow jacket wasp nest in the woods in our backyard. We were viciously attacked by a swarm, I got over 12 stings, one near my left eye. I found Paske on angies list, called them and they showed up the next day, found the nest and exterminated them. I carefully went down there a couple of days later and didn't see any at all. The poor exterminator got stung himself even through the protective clothing! He did a great job, and said if I saw anymore, to call back and he would come out and apply another treatment.
