We have been using Zunex since we bought our house 2.5 years ago. We have been very happy with them. They always do a very thorough job and communicate well. Today I particularly enjoyed Mikael, he was very engaging and knowledgeable. Added bonus….. he loved my dog! My friends have used other companies and not had the same level of care. I highly recommend Zunex.

They are thorough in their service, and their price is the lowest in our neighborhood. I really appreciate that they’ll wear booties over their shoes when coming inside the house. They have a great guarantee, and honor re-service without issue. Everyone that has serviced our house has been the most friendliest, and very patient (my young kiddo loves talking to them and is curious every single time.) My neighbor even switched his pest control over to Zunex a little while ago too.

Our tech today was Josh, he has serviced our house several times now with Zunex and is always amazing. The company as a whole is great. Very professional and very friendly. Very knowledgeable about insects and rodents. Came to my door and asked if I needed/wanted to have my house treated. Normally I don't talk to door to door salespeople but this couldn't have happened at a more perfect time as I have been wanting my house treated and am currently having a problem with rodents. Lance was very friendly, knowledgeable, and down to earth not judging me because I was having a rodent problem which was great. He was very transparent about pricing and gave me a great deal. Definitely highly recommend this company. If you see them knocking at your door please at least give them a chance and talk to them. I feel so much better knowing that my house is protected and will stay protected as they come out for free every 30 days to check and make sure there treatment is being effective and to treat again if needed. The spray they use is non-toxic, environmentally friendly, and safe around pets.

The absolute best pest service company I’ve worked with so far. We used to have a subscription with Insight Pest and dealt with no shows, last minute schedule changes, pests that took several visits to exterminate, and not to mention they only do ground level work. I am so thankful and happy with my services after switching to Zunex! They have gone above and beyond addressing my needs, as well as providing services that will protect the ENTIRE home (roof, crawl space, basement, attic, etc.). I also love that they’re a family/friend company where their employees truly are best friends or family members. This provides me comfort knowing that I won’t have to deal with the turnover that I previously saw with Insight, where it was always a new person servicing my home.

Zunex has been servicing my home for a few years now. I first reached out when we moved in and found out the house had odorous ants. They did a full service as well as concentrated on the ant issue. I never had a problem with those ants again. During my regular services the team is always very friendly and professional. The last service I had Mikael and Tom showed up on time and checked to see if I had any specific needs before getting started. They were efficient and thorough and as always friendly and professional. That is a big deal for me because I want to be confident about who I let into my house with my family.

My husband and I rent a house. When we first moved in, we noticed there was an ant issue. The owner didn't do much of anything. We had a professional exterminator show up, gave us the rates of what we're looking at and what it covers. The day they showed up was also the first day of evaluation and 1st extermination. Since we are renters and not owner's our rate for the services is cheaper. Every 3 months they show up to service the whole property. Putting money aside every month for it, is only $60 including the sales tax. That's more affordable than our lawn care service. They were very professional and social able. We plan on living our rental for a few years and not just a couple. Worth the investment when we have 3 kid's and a dog.

We've been on a maintenance protocol controlling ants in our home since Spring 2022. When we saw a re-emergence of those critters this fall, we called Zunex and they quickly scheduled an appointment. Alberto Rabelo came out and did a re-treatment and we haven't seen them since. This is a great company. Highly recommend!

Thank you very much Zunex Pest Control! Today 10/12/2022 Carson Yager performed my initial service for hornets & stink bugs. I was very happy with his customer service/knowledge the first day he came out to do evaluation. Took the time to talk/answer all my questions. And when he came out today to do the initial service, even though he was not 100%, he arrived when he said he would got right to work and was completed in timely manner. I have been in customer service over 25 years, and very nice to see someone with such great customer service.

Above and beyond in every aspect. I had to cancel my initial appointment 1.5 hours before due to an emergency. They made it work for the very next day at the same time. The young man that came out was knowledgeable and very through. I have a very old house and he was so determined (he's a big guy) to get to the root of the problem! Even through the 90 degree temperature (much hotter under the house) He took care of the problem! Sprayed the problem I could see inside and then the perimeter of the house. Explained how these buggers worked and what they searched for. Needless to say I signed on the tablet and look forward to a big free home in my future! Priced right!! Thanks guys!!

They were able to fit us in for an estimate just 2 days after I called. Austin was on time, explained the whole process, addressed all my concerns about our indoor and outdoor pets being affected by any spray. They were extremely polite to us and very nice to my dog. Not only were they able to take care of our Hornet problem that same day, (complete relief since we getting to the point that we couldn't use our front door due to being stung so many times.) they also found and took care of a hive on the property thay we hadn't even noticed. We definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future for any other issues.

I was trimming tree limbs in my front yard and got tagged by 2 hornets. I ran inside for cover and noticed a huge bald face hornets nest. The size of a basketball. I needed this problem to be eliminated ASAP because we’re moving and have to be out in 3 days and the area the hornets nest is in is right by where we’re going to walk out all of our stuff from our house. I called around a few places and their next availability wasn’t for at least 2 days. Today is a Saturday by the way. I called Zunex and the owner Josh answered. We exchanged information and he said I’ll be there in a few hours. I was relieved. When he arrived we showed him the nest and he got his things together. He didn’t have a suit to put on or anything besides a respirator because he wasn’t anticipating a job like this today. He sprayed the nest and surrounding areas a few times with his all natural solution. All the while he was getting attacked. Josh was like Superman. Not only was he very communicative, responsive, and professional, but he was a very nice guy and easy to talk to. We invited him in our house to debrief we felt so comfortable with him. I couldn’t recommend Zunex and Josh any more. Expert service all around!

I’ve used Zunex over the past year when spiders started invading. Since then they’ve treated for all kinds of bugs and are very professional, always kind & responsive, and no longer have an issue with any bugs at all. They are affordable and so a great job. My latest treatment was done by Mikael who let me know when he arrived, asked if there were any bugs I had seen so he could adjust if necessary, explained exactly what he was going to do & where, which bugs he was doing preventive maintenance on, answered all questions and was done within about 15 minutes & let me know when he was finished. Highly recommend them for your pest control needs!

I had a horrible rat problem in my basement - droppings everywhere, all of our stored food ruined, etc. I called Zunex and after the first inspection they installed a number of traps and sealed off the multiple entry ways to the basement. I haven’t had a rat problem since (over a year) and while I’ve had a few sightings / issues outside of the house, I’ve always been able to schedule an appointment with a technician immediately. Overall great experience and would highly recommend!

Update review: After two months of service, my spider and mice problem is completely gone. Michael and Josh were the service technician and they were super friendly and helpful. I asked them to spray the balcony which was on the 2nd floor and they did it without hesitation. They even put notes on my account for that specific request for all the future services. Thanks guys!!! Austin Dematteis came out to evaluate the mice trying to habitat in my AC unit outside. He explain the process and explained the bi-monthly treatment service plan afterwards. Service was great, professional, and timely matter. Definitely recommend them. BTW, my HOA recommend them, and the owner's dad actually lives in my neighborhood. LOL

I have used Zunex services on two different homes. We’ve recently moved and noticed some evidence of bugs in the new house. Josh came out within 24 hours of my call and figured out exactly what it was. He treated the house with the appropriate non-toxic chemical and was in and out within 30 minutes. After much hesitation about calling an exterminator and getting a few quotes, I decided to give Zunex a shot. Skyler came by to do an inspection and walk me through the entire process the same day I reached out. The next day, Tanner came to do the initial visit and spray the interior and exterior. I asked him to pay particular attention to a few areas of the home which he did! Both guys were kind, respectful, and professional. I’m impressed by their punctuality and communication thus far. Really appreciated them answering questions and offering me reassurance in terms of safety and efficacy of the products they use. It’s too soon to tell how successful the treatment is but it seems like they stand by their services so I’m hoping to living ant free soon!

We had ants. Like lots of ants. Like everywhere. Other exterminators tried to get rid of them and didn't. Given the great reviews we gave Zunex a try. After their first visit probably 80-90% of the ants were gone. They told us to keep an eye out for where they were coming from. We did and on their subsequent visit we told them. They did their magic in that area and I have not seen a single ant in over 12 months now (And our daughter leaves out food all the time). They have been servicing our home since we moved in about a year ago. They are always professional. Their employees have always been friendly and kind. They have a modern billing and notifications system. They will come by, perform maintenance, leave, and charge my card on file (auto pay) all without me having to do anything. They come ever 2 months and we've found for the quality of service it's incredibly affordable. These folks are doing pest control right. Give them a call and get them out. It's worth every penny. Also mad props to Damon, the original vanquisher of ants. He did an incredible job. Thanks mate you crushed it those months back!

Tanner provided general insect spraying and treatment around the house and yard. He was pleasant, professional, and efficient. He reports having removed spider webs from eaves, which is much appreciated. I also expect to have a tech here for rodent work, though that hasn't yet happened. Great service so far. I very rarely ever see bugs in the house anymore. We used to have spiders and I can’t remember the last time I saw one. We used to have spiders laying eggs all around the exterior lights and that never happens anymore. No wasp nests anymore either.

Carson Yager did our service today and he was awesome. I needed an appointment window in order for me to bring our dogs in while the service is being preformed. Carson gave me a call when he was en route which was much appreciated because I was able to get the dogs in just before he arrived. I’ve been really happy this family business. They’re reasonable, good at communicating, and thorough. I was having a massive ant issue in my condo unit and they set expectations that it might be difficult to combat since the whole building wasn’t being treated but said they’re still willing to try. They treated once inside and outside and I haven’t seen an ant since. I’ve also noticed a decrease in spiders/webs inside and outside my unit. I’m signed up for their quarterly service and I’m so happy this isn’t something I have deal with anymore.

****UPDATE**** This business responded promptly to my concerns and attempted to rectify the issues. It's been three weeks and no rodents were caught. The placement of the traps are not in the correct place - or where the rats would travel. My extreme fear of rodents is irrational but my reality. I appreciate the prompt service call (next day). The technician was wonderful with a positive attitude/disposition and very thourough. I recommend this business. The only downside are the rat traps being next to places I access in the basement regulalry (example: next to the washer & dryer) and the traps being out in the open where I will see the dead rats (also afrtaid of dead rats) will limit my use of the basement until the situation is under control.

I called Zunex on June 2nd after having seen 4 or 5 carpenter ants in a new construction home, Josh was able to schedule an appointment for an inspection and service on June 3rd. Damon arrived during his scheduled time slot and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He spent a bit of time inspecting the areas where we had seen the ants and also in the crawl space. While no nests or trails were found he advised treatment to make sure we didn’t wind up with an infestation which we absolutely agreed with. He spent time going around the home and knocking down webs and any wasps nests he saw. He treated the exterior with granules and whatever else they use, I’m sure he told me what it was but I don’t recall. Damon did warn us we could see an increased amount of activity while there was any die off. It’s been a few days and we have seen zero activity, we spent yesterday outside on the deck with friends and saw no bugs. After our appointment we received an email detailing all of the chemicals used, areas treated and any notes from Damon. We did sign up for continued service and received a copy of that breakdown as well, including a list of which months they will visit. Overall we were super satisfied with Damon, the work he did and the professionalism he showed.

Damon with Zunex Pest Control recently came out to inspect a problem we were starting to have with mice. My roommate and I live in a 2-bedroom daylight basement apartment with a 2-story house above us which is rented by another family. A couple months ago the landlord replaced the house's sump pump which is downstairs in a closet off our bathroom. Not too long afterwards we started noticing signs of mice activity in our bathroom, kitchen, living room, and my bedroom since it is closest to the bathroom. I even caught a mouse on video when I saw him running along the wall from the kitchen to the living room where I had been sitting in a chair. Damon came out and after his inspection he found where the most likely entry and exit point was on the outside of the house next to where the sump pump was inside the house. Everything he pointed out made sense to me. After my okay he got to work taking care of the problem inside and outside the house. He explained what he was doing and why. He also included additional treatment to alleviate other pests such as ants and fleas that might be in the house upstairs and down in our apartment. He was very professional and thorough during his visit. Since his visit there has been no further signs of mice. Before he started his work, and after he professionally explained my options, I agreed to purchase a year's service that included 6 follow up visits, but in hindsight and after talking with my roommate, I should have asked for a shorter-term agreement, probably 6 months instead of 12, because I realized later on that I’m not sure if the landlord would be willing to deduct the 6 future visits from our monthly rent. That was my fault. My roommate and I are very grateful for the work Damon did to stop the mice from getting into our house. I enthusiastically recommend Zunex Pest Control to anyone who is looking for a great exterminator business.

I found a ground wasp nest between some rockery outside of my carport. I got a recommendation for Zunex off of my town's Facebook community group that evening, and I'm so glad I did!! Josh, the owner, was immediately responsive to my questions online. The next morning, I was able to text with Bella, who scheduled me for the soonest quote time possible the following day. I was given only a 2-hour window to expect my technician. Help was on the way! The tech, Carson Yager, arrived promptly and was SO nice and helpful. He taught me a lot (and was a great conversationalist!) and he got to work right away. He sprayed the nest thoroughly (and bravely!!) and now, almost 2 hours later, I see no activity around the nest area. I really appreciated how explanatory he was, taking the time to educate me on the process and chemicals used (seriously, I learned SO much cool stuff from him). And, there's a one-month guarantee window on the service, so if I see signs of activity return, Zunex will be back to fix the problem until it is solved. I felt the pricing to be fair for what was being provided, especially since the poor guy didn't have a bee suit to help protect him from an angry swarm of buzzybois!! The alternative was to do it myself, which I did not feel safe doing at ALL, especially because I have health problems. The safety, quality, and pricing of hiring a pro was worth more to me that possibly (probably) getting stung and ending up in the ER! I will be spreading the word about Zunex, and they are now my go-to for any pestilence issues that may arise at my home. They were extremely thorough! We were using another pest control company who had just been out a few days prior and they said everything looked good. When Zunex came by to see if we were interested in switching, they were super kind and professional. They asked questions, did additional spaces and they found another wasp nest that I (and my last provider) hadn’t even seen. 10/10 would recommend.

Mikael was very professional and friendly. He came inside the house to put bait for ants. Since I have a dog, he told me to be very careful not to have my dod lick or ingest the bait. He also educated on what not to do in order for the bait to work. Don't kill the ant so it will take the bait to its colony.
