Michael came out when our normal big business pest control service wouldn’t take care of our problem. He was professional, personable, and explained all our options very thoroughly. He answered all our questions and got to work fixing our issue. He came back several times over the next couple weeks to check in and make sure everything was resolved. I cannot recommend him enough. His attention to detail and individual touch went above and beyond. Will definitely be calling Washington Pest Control for any issues in the future!
