Really excellent service. Prompt, friendly, professional and treatment was fast and 100% effective. The only reason I deducted a star is because I asked if they could do a full inspection but was told they do not go into attics due to liability issues and that seems completely bizarre for a pest management company since many infestations occur in attics. However, 5 star service for the one wasp nest extermination the did for us and if we have an outdoor issue however I would absolutely call them again.

Hands down SPM is the Best. My first Ant treatment (years ago) Adam came out and treated. He was awesome and explained what I should expect in a day or two...it was amazing. I was so excited I had to call and tell them I had dead Ants everywhere in my living room. To this day (knock on wood) no Ants in my living room. I had signed up for the maintenance plan and glad I did. Because of a very bad roof install I ended up with a milion Ants everywhere in the main bath. We have an Airbnb and hired Sound to do quarterly inspections of the house and preventative bed bug spray. They always email before they come and are accommodating to special requests like arriving after guests leave at 11:00. We’ve had the same exterminator come every time Terry and he knows me and is always so kind! We found a hole under the back deck rodents were living in. He set up bait stations at no additional cost and the problem is now gone. I’ve used other pest companies before and these guys are the best and good pricing!

I was quite alarmed when I saw the gigantic ants on my deck and wanted to use a local, high quality company to remediate them. I feel very fortunate to have chosen Sound Pest Management! They had appointments available right away, were very professional and knowledgeable, and even checked my home for any additional possible pest problems. They noticed the screen into the crawlspace had a hole in it and screened it up for me. Before leaving they explained what to look for to ensure I felt comfortable with the treatment. They are very considerate of the chemicals they use and where they place them to ensure only bad pests are impacted and insects that serve the environment, such as bees, are protected. They include a online report on what services were performed. This is a full service company with helpful, knowledgeable, and caring staff.

The owner, Frank, runs a tight ship and has great employees (Jacob is the one that services our house) — polite, punctual, skilled at their craft, and take the time to educate you on what they are doing. In general, their prices are competitive compared to what other companies charge, and, when you factor in that they do not try and sell you on services that you do not need and they do all the work they quote (note: read some negative reviews on some of the other companies and you will see what I mean), their prices are VERY competitive to take care of whatever rodent issue you might have.

Jacob came out on super short notice, to help me deal with a ground-hornet nest that was impeding some exterior siding work on the house I had scheduled for next day. Work was super thorough -- even needing to trim some shrubs back to get full access to the nest. They used a relatively safe (pyrithrin based) pesticide, which I appreciate. Great communication, both phone and email, and in person, and they offer good easy payment methods (billing via email). Will not hesitate to call on them again!

Considering that we still have an ant problem, however I heard that it's not their fault. I was told that they're supposed to be ripping out the carpet which they won't at my apartment complex The Verandas in Tacoma cuz they'd rather give us the runaround and blame it on us. Anyway, I must say that I was very happy because unbeknownst to me when the guy came in to fumigate my home which again I also didn't know again due to my apartment complex because they told me that they were going to come but I didn't know I had to leave for 2 hours. So I rushed trying to get dressed and ready. So this was a last-minute thing. So they told me to take my kitty out as well. So I couldn't find her. My heart started pounding and I was running around the house looking for her and him and the maintenance guy we're so sweet they were both literally like helped me look for her and my heart was pounding trying to find her because I didn't want to obviously leave without her. So to me I thought that was very sweet that he went the extra mile to help me look for her and told me to calm down and take my time and not rush which was a breath of fresh air.💕🙌🥰

Overall did nice job. Got rid of our rat problem. But they had to be asked to put the blue booties over their shoes before walking in house and coming back out of craw space where there is rat feces and urine. Also took the two black boxes used outside to poison rats with him. Would have liked to have kept them. Paid enough for the service!

I work with upwards of 5-6 pest companies and these guys i feel more comfortable sending they're name and number out than anyone. The company is professional, well run by Frank, and the bottom line is, I can refer him out, which i do on a regular basis and not get a call back saying Sound Pest didn't answer the phone or call back or they didn't know what they we doing when they got here. I can depend on him to get the done and thats all I care about quite frankly (no pun intented) lol. Would refer them to anyone! I could go on but I'll stop here.
