Called the company for quote and details of service as well as availability. Bob was very thorough in his explanations and they were able to get me into that days schedule. Tech called midway through their window to say he’d be late but will be there. Bryce(the Tech) was quick to take care of the issue as well as answer any questions I had. Being thorough and very communicative about his process, he wrapped up the job and I felt safe in the assumption the job was done correctly and that I could assure my wife the wasp problem was solved.

My first service left me unsatisfied. I reached out and was promptly contacted. I explained my situation and provided photographs. The manager of my region, Josiah, came out in person to talk with me about my concerns. He validated my concerns, told me what I can expect in the future, and said they will use it as a training opportunity for the whole team. He then provided me with the expected service, checking with me along the way. In today’s world where good customer service is not often given, I am very happy with how Saela/Edge handled this.

Fast quotes and service. Reasonable payment plans. They were here the day I called. Guilherme, the exterminator explained to me the process and how it was safe products for my family and pets. There are multiple applications to keep control of the situation and to prevent future spread. I have never dealt with this before but they made me feel reassured it was handled and guaranteed extraction

I got mice in my house, and used their rodent service. The technicians are pretty responsible, and are actively reply to your request when I need additional inspection in the house. They take care of my house with details, and do second visit as long as you call the office. Really appreciate it!

Started pest (ants) service in 2020 after repeated attempts with OTC product failures. Ants had a run up the porch and under the front door. Within a short time, ants were coming out of the floor heating vent; it was GROSS! First service the ants were under control, so I’ve chosen to have an annual contract for continued maintenance. When our rental home also became infested with ants we knew who to call. There they found carpet beetles as well. We have been very pleased with this pest control service and will continue to use Saela. Each technician is professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. No up selling of extra services, and I really appreciate this!

We used to have rats. I gave Saela some money. They set a bunch of rat traps in my crawl space. We no longer have rats. 10/10 would exchange currency for rat removal again. (Oh, specifically, Alex and Terence serviced my home - they were both awesome!)

We have had Saela perform our 2nd pest spray and are happy with their service. price and results. So far no spider bites this year which has always been a problem! I wanted to ad to my previous review. Recently, we discovered some stink bugs in our home "didn't know what a SB was. We were scheduled for another service in a couple of weeks. I called Saela yesterday and they sent Tyler and AL out today. Got a quick education on stink bugs, the guys did the treatment right away. As a small business owner myself, I appreciate and respect responsive customer service. Kudos to all the folks at Saela!

We have been using this company a few years and it's always been a great service. Today Tanner serviced our home and as I was not there, sent a text explaining everything he did. He added that he was unable to close our (admittedly very tricky) gate, which was extremely important to know as we have an autistic child who elopes and would absolutely find an open gate. He let me know in plenty of time to keep my son safe! Thank you so kindly Tanner, your diligence in both taking care of our pest control needs and watching out for our family is much, much appreciated!

The service was polite and thorough. We had no major bug issues, and this continues to be the case. We signed up through an individual who came to our door offering a discount on a year's service. It was our understanding that the first service and a 4 week later follow up were part of the initial treatment and would be billed as one treatment. The next 3 treatments would then follow at 12 week intervals and be billed separately. We were thus surprised when the second (4 week) treatment was billed the same as the first. Upon consulting the contract that we received by email after the initial treatment, we found that the billing did follow the contract. After the above review a refund was made for the most recent service, and the review changed to 5 stars.

I must say that the only one downside is that they’re more on the expensive side in terms of their rates. However, they’re service is worth it! A rat has been sleeping on my husband's car motor for warmth. He found droppings and some something running in dark. He parks on street and they placed trap box, so nothing else would be injured. I asked if they could check the crawl space and they thoroughly inspected it and recommended some fixes that I should do to the crawl space access, garage door weatherstripping and dryer vent. If I don’t want to do it, they said that I could give them a call and they would provide estimates for repairs. Corey and Francisco did a fine job around the house and provided me with excellent information.

We have a quarterly spray contract with Edge. It's great! The show up on the assigned day and get their work done quickly and efficiently. Their technicians are polite and professional. They always remember to close the gate when they are done. If you have an issue in between regular service, they will come out and respray the areas.

Alyson came and spent a long time spraying in and outside our home and told us all about what she did, and how the ants will be gone.. 12/10/21. I needed an access door to the crawl space redone. Well to be frank, I just had a couple pieces of wood to close off the area. Cody called me and scheduled an appointment and noticed the cement needed to be leveled/ shaved to accommodate the door. Once we agreed on the work and the price, he came by and did the job fast, efficient and professional. He even secured all my crawl space vents that weren’t bolted correctly and were becoming an issue/entry point. Thanks edge for another job well done and THANK YOU CODY! Update: have had another great visit from edge so I can be pest free. Every employee that has come to my house has been professional and easy to talk to. I totally recommend Edge, Whether you are having a problem or not. I wish I’d had them sooner as a preventative service. Edge does such a good job treating our home and preventing ant infestations. Ants are very pervasive in our neighborhood, but have not been a problem for us since we started using Edge. Our service provider did a wonderful job on this most recent visit.

With my experience it was nothing less then a 5 star experience. I say this because I had to get a vehicle serviced due to an infestation. My appointment was set for a Saturday between 4 pm and 8 pm. They go by 4 hour blocks, as to make sure they can service everyone. But, rather then waiting so long to get treated, they contacted me and offered to show up sooner. So rather then waiting for so long it was about 2:30 pm when they were able to come and service the vehicle. The two drivers/employees were super friendly, even within the exchange of texts, they seemed excited and happy to be working for Edge. On arrival they still had that energetic attitude! The treatment was quick it only took about ten minutes to complete and another ten minutes for the eco-friendly pesticides to dry. Thank you guys! I Would Recommend.

My dad is a "bug man" and if he lived here in my corner of the country I would obviously go through him for this service. But as an alternative, Edge is great. We have been using their service for over a year now and are satisfied. The only bugs we see are dead bugs. Most of the time. Pacific Northwest = #spiderexplosion in the summer months. So, a few get through. But, the techs that come out have been really patient with us. They are quick to get it all done, are thorough, and if at any point you need an additional service or weren't satisfied, they will come back out at no extra charge. They even knocked down about 50 or more mud daubers in our garage. And cleaned it up after! Nasty business. Thumbs up to these guys. I just recommended them to my cousin. So, if that doesn't show that I am pleased with the results then I don't know what to tell you.

Great service, consistent for almost two years. You can tell that this company conducts great training because it feels like all employees are on the same page as it comes to taking care of customers. I especially like that in between scheduled visits, if you spot bugs or spiders they will come out free of charge. I especially want to recognize Carlos, who is an on-site tech, he is professionally kind, and pays attention to details. He's even played with our kids, dog (when he barks), and randomly thrown a soiled diaper away when it was in the way of his spraying. My contract is up but I am continuing to use this company. 1/23/20—my service was today and again, same great service with attention to detail that I’ve grown to expect. Edge has just returned for the one month follow up. They are responsive and on time. The first visit worked perfectly. The ants took the bait. Looked like we were running an ant farm for a couple days. However they were confined to just where the bait was and path in & out. Very satisfied thus far with results. Their early sales pitch can be pretty aggressive, but the results have been good to date.

Tristan, Matt, and Jeff have just been awesome. They always call before they come, they are always on time, and they are always seriously polite and conscientious of keeping my house as clean as possible. They have even helped me bring in my groceries, which I will forever be thankful for! Seriously, though, after the first two weeks (it was reduced by 90% the first week) my rodent issues were completely over; and I have literally seen ONE carpet beetle since beginning treatment. The initial conversation regarding pricing and services with customer service rep on the phone and the service entomologist in person were not aligned what so ever, so once all service and pricing details were confirmed, which were more than I was quoted by the phone rep, things went more smoothly. Not happy that o had to pay more but I really need them the service. The inspection and service call went really well. Sent in two service entomologists both were friendly and knowledgeable about the services provided.

I would never usually do a review on pest control because why advertise that? But it's a reality if you live any length of time - sooner or later you might need their services. Edge is amazing! I cannot believe how knowledgeable they are about whatever they are treating. Corey usually comes to my house and he not only knows what he is doing but he is a sweetheart which is just a plus. At first I couldn't believe that all "natural" products would work - I don't even have to leave the house - but so far they seem to be working very well. Originally I called a nationally well known pest company but the guy kept telling me different stories - he had to order product, he was at the ER, and so on. After over a week of various excuses I called Edge and they told me they could come out in 4 hours and they did. Corey told me, "Don't worry - I always want your business." Price? They are about the same price point as the others - they did have me sign a one year contract because the after care ensures that the treatment worked - so Edge can warrantied the work. So far I am very happy.

Be aware that they only sell services in packages and I feel like I overpaid compared to the other local quotes we received. They were super helpful and kind. Came the same day I called. Told me every detail of what they were doing. Wore masks and shoe covers. They were here for probably 20 minutes. They explained costs ($110 for first visit and $130 for next 8 visits over two years) and cancellation policy. I felt taken care of and like I can call at anytime. They just came today so can’t review the results yet but I already see dead ants 👏🏻

We had some tiny flies in the bathrooms that looked like fruit flies, which made no sense. Edge identified them as drain flies and then sprayed around the floor perimeter and outside. There were dead flies on the floor. We googled drain flies and saw a recommendation for a mixture of salt, baking soda and vinegar that we poured down our drains for a few days and after that the pesky flies seemed were gone. Edge still comes out on their schedule to spray outside. Bottom line: We appreciate them identifying the critters, but feel that they didn't really address the issue.

Ok, I had my first "Service" from Edge yesterday, so this review is based on that interaction alone. I had called a number of companies to address a Yellow Jacket problem. Edge was able to respond in the time frame needed. Now, I am not much for Service Contracts and I told them that. But based on my interaction with Cody, the Tech that did the job, I am reconsidering my view. Cody was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful. Cody showed up in a clean, newer service van. In a complete Edge uniform including certification and ID badges. Everything about my interaction with Cody was positive. Likewise, my interaction with Dellin and Marissa at their call center was very positive as well. Very professional, honest and found an additional discount for me. Now, I have 3 more service calls as part of my agreement and I look forward to seeing how those go. I will update my review at those times. But for today, it was a 5 star experience. I hope that continues.

Tristan Peters and another technician arrived within the scheduled time frame, after calling 30 minutes prior to their visit. When they arrived they introduced themselves, wore protective slippers upon entering my home, and went about their task quickly and thoroughly, spraying inside and outside the house. It took 30-40 minutes. When done, Tristan clearly and concisely explained next steps and what to expect, handing me a booklet about the company and services. Thank you.

I will be honest, I don’t like having to call contractors (plumbers, electricians, roof cleaners, etc...) -reason for that is tons of bad experiences, especially when it comes to pricing/money and selling me something that I do not really need or want. I can say I was pleasantly surprised when Matt from Edge came out to our house today! He thoroughly inspected our home, educated me on what my problem was and let me know what needed to be done, without me feeling like I was being robbed!!! I don’t know how many times I felt like someone overcharged me for something, but I couldn’t prove it! Well, NOT today! I will definitely come back to these guys with any issues I run into in the future (which actually I hope won’t happen, because who likes having to deal with pests...) I had a really good experience with the office support staff. I called several times to have some of my questions answered, which revolved around trying to match up my notes to the agreement that was sent to me for approval. Everytime I contacted the office they found the correct person for me to talk with. Each person was very helpful and courteous with no hint of making me think that I was bothering them or wasting their time. I even talked to their accounting and contracts department. The person answering my call figured out that I was not seeing all of the purchase agreement. So he sent me what I was missing and confirmed with me that I received what I was missing. From there I had a question about how the individual charges would be split up and billed to me. I was transferred to the commercial side of the business, and the person answering the call took time to explain things to me. Most other businesses would have transferred me back to the operator simply because I was a residential customer and not a commercial customer. I was thoroughly satisfied with the answers I received and with the helpful attitudes I was shown each time I called. So my thanks go out to the following folks who took good care of me: Audrey, Jake, Kyler, Brandon, Zack, Hanna, and Justin. All of you demonstrated really fine customer service, but most of all you all made me feel comfortable about your services that I was purchasing. Now getting on to the service technician who came out for the initial time to begin what I signed up for. He called way before showing up to my residence. He listened to what I was explaining so he knew what happened that caused me to call for an extermination service. From there he went to work and concentrated on the rodent problem. After which, he explained his strategy about what he had set up to handle the situation. Then he went to work on the initial work for insect extermination. He worked very independently, so I didn't feel the need to follow him around. He would announce when he was coming into my house from the outside. Finally he explained all that he had accomplished in a way that I understood what was actually done and to let me know a schedule of what would be coming up next. Despite that he said he’d come back and spray the parts he couldn’t reach later! I understand however our apartment is really small and his efficiency while here definitely made up for it! The kids who came in seemed pretty rushed to finish the job. The rodents are coming from crawl space. I had to specifically tell them to go in the crawl space and put the mesh to seal and openings. I am told that some of the big openings require special experts to seal them. Honestly I dont have confidence that all openings are sealed and rodents will never enter the house again.
