Great experience with Paratex. Ray was right on time, super friendly, and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed my issue quickly and told me a treatment wasn’t actually needed at this time. He also didn’t charge me for the time or the visit!

When I called Paratex and described our concern. Ray assured me that it was seasonal and not uncommon. I asked if he would come out and take a look anyway, which he did, for a cup of coffee! He confirmed that our experience was normal and we talked about other types of problems that are common in the area. I learned a lot. Ray will be my first call if I have a problem in the future.

I work for another pest control company that does not offer or have the ability to run recertification courses. Fortunately Paratex does offer this to all their employees and other staff from other companies. Ray has been very professional and they take their business very seriously. It is obvious they take the time to offer their employees proper training and believe in doing the right thing. As someone who has worked in pest control for years, this is a good company I can and would recommend.

I called for some extra help with vermin behind our wood pile, and Stacy was absolutely great! It felt like talking to a nice neighbor or the owner of a local, small town business in that she answered immediately, she listened carefully, and she acted quickly to address my request. It is great, not just, to have a person on the end of the phone, but a person who sounds appreciative of our business and genuinely committed to being of excellent service. Her supervisor, Becka, was cut from the same, client-oriented cloth, as she, too, was outstanding and personable. Makes me very glad we switched, recently, from a big conglomerate to Tristar.

I've used Paratex for years now and they're awesome! I've mostly used Steve for ants for our West Seattle home, although we've also successfully dealt with rats and hornets on other occasions. Steve's a true professional and super reliable. He's also fun to chat with and very informative about what I'm seeing. Paratex has always been very generous and direct with pricing. We emailed Paratex and Mei promptly arranged with Ray to come by for an inspection this week. Ray was able to come by the day after we reached out which was great. In addition to inspecting our place, he was very educational, giving a breakdown of the Seattle region and what to expect as far as pests go in our area and pointers on simple every day things we can do as preventative measures. If a pest situation ever arises in the future I will definitely reach out to him again.

Have ongoing maintenance agreement for home and office. Not expensive and its handled reliably and carefully. One less thing to worry about. Nguyen Hoang I think you are reporting on the wrong business! There are two tenants on that property unrelated to Paratex. In checking they have several signs warning of unauthorized parking. Their spaces are limited. If you park their private property without authorization with warning signs there may be a consequence. If you are not a customer of these businesses or have legitimate business with them you should not assume you can park in their spaces without authorization.

Great customer service. Folks at Paratex were prompt to respond and provided hassle free service for mattress fumigation.

It is truly disturbing to hear rats scratching in the roof during the midnight hours while you are trying to sleep. When we called Paratex, they came promptly to our house, set traps, eliminated the entry areas and fixed the problem. It has been over 6 months and not a trace of another rat! Thank you Paratex, you guys are awesome!!!!
