My first time to meet this gentleman to do service to my home outside. He came on time, introduced himself and briefed me what he was going to do and asked me if there was any particular area that needs more attention. I told him just the regular type of service that Orkin usually do for my home and the area around the house. He did a real good job and I’m happy with the service. I noticed he was careful where he sprayed, no clutter and no knocking down things in the area. I would appreciate you sending him again the next time my home needs servicing. Thank you. My technician, Greg, had done his job and more, quickly. He removed 2 rodents from out- side my house, collapsed the tunnels, cleared spider webs, and drained my wheelbarrow of hatching mosquito water.. I have used Orkin for 35 years, ever since we moved in. My Dad said to trust them. I still do.

They have always been on time and very polite. When we have a new pop up of the ants they come out fast and walk us through what they are doing. They also give us tips on how to maintain if they can't get there fast.

We moved into our new home in the forest on the OP and were immediately invaded by ants ( small coconut ants and large black carpenter ants) . They were everywhere-constantly. I was concerned that they would soon build colonies in our structure . I tried variations of web based ideas with ant baits and traps to no success, for months . They eventually found all of our pantry goods as well as children’s water cups at night, trash , etc . I am talking hundreds of ants if not thousands. Ultimately I signed up with Orkin . Matt is our local rep. Honestly he feels like a member of the family . He told me it would take several months to get ahead of them . He has exterminated all of our ants( no drilling or injecting the structure needed) . They have been gone for about 7 months now. We have small children and a cat and he was very sensitive to timing of his applications and communication. There is a company text that comes several days prior to arrival as well as the day of . This is very helpful for us to let him in . My children also discovered a large black paper hornet nest ( basketball) 40’ from our door. I called Matt , he came the next day and exterminated it ( above his routine trip) . They also sweep all eaves outside to clear spiders and small hornet nests. I am a do it yourselfer’ but this is one perk I am willing, and had to pay for to reach success . Highly recommended.

Brandon Servuk came into our office to check our ceiling for any pest. He did a lot more than just look for pests! He took a piece of wood out of our ceiling that could've came down and hurt someone. He also "fixed" (in quotations because it just needed batteries) our thermostat for our heater! We haven't had heats for a few months and he took the thermostat off the wall and started trying to fix it. The fact that he went above and beyond his normal duties is outstanding. He deserves a raise + more because his customer service is amazing! Thank you Brandon :)

I have been a customer with this company for eight months. I signed a yearly contract and it was worth every cent. Everyone was very friendly and even one person let us know that our dryer lint trap from the outside needs to be cleaned to prevent a fire. Very pleased with this company. They went above and beyond their services and I will maintain my contract agreement with them.
