Michael BurnapI manage a rental property for my wife and the tenant called saying that due to some nearby construction, there was an influx of rats into the yard. I called Myzzer Rodent Exclusion and within a day Chris came by did an inspection, made recommendations for trimming back trees to eliminate access to the roof and making the property much less appealing to rodents. He and his crew were out 4 days later and did an excellent job. The price was very reasonable and we definitely got great value for the money.
I highly recommend giving Myzzer Rodent Exclusion. We need to support local businesses like this where the principal is a part of our community and does great work too
Michael McleodFantastic service, Chris came over because our tenants saw rats on deck. I was ready to pay anything for a scorched earth solution but he came back with a much more realistic and humane approach. He took into account food sources, vegetation, adjacent properties, house and roof access points to come up with a perfect solution. Could not ask for anything more.
Qiang YuI had bad experiences with some other rodent control companies (I was charged $400 for only placing several mouse traps). I was worried Myzzer would do the same to me as well before Chris arrival.
It turned out Chris was very professional and very honest! He inspected my house and told me the issue was caused by trees touching my house. He never tried to charge me any service that I don't need. Instead, as my situation was so minor, he waived the inspection fee! I trust Chris.
Deborah CosseyWanting to make sure my house and yard were safe and rodent-free (or at least, from my sight!), I called Myzzers and was very impressed with every aspect of my interaction. The online appointment process was easy and efficient and the appt. reminders were helpful. When Chris arrived, he was the perfect educator, communicator and inspector that I could have asked for and, within ten minutes of inspection, determined that there was no evidence of rodent activity in or around my home. And....given that he was here just a short time, he did not charge me for the inspection. What a deal! He certainly knows his field....and I highly recommend Myzzers!

2) Chris came to inspect my house for rodent activities – He is very professional – took time to explain issue in detail – suggested preventive approaches very thoroughly and simple way!
