The company was quick to come out and help us with our ants problem. And also deal with a big wasp nest. Dale who came out was very professional, thorough, and even found two more wasp nests that he disposed of quickly. We should see results in two weeks so hoping for the best! The technicians are always very nice. But we've been doing the quarterly treatments for a few years and still have ant incursions. Maybe that's just how it goes in Seattle? However, this morning I called to report that ants are coming in from our entry hall and making their way into the kitchen. They said they can get someone out to us on Friday (today is Monday) and that we should "not do any self treatment or clean up in the mean time". Are you serious? There are ants all over the floor. They are on all of the kitchen counters. They are on the walls. They are making their way into the food cupboards. I'm sitting three rooms away and am constantly feeling like there are ants crawling on me because of this, and I'm supposed to just let it continue for the next 3 and a half days? By the time they get here on Friday, I may have just burned the house down. *SHUDDER* So yeah. I guess its fair to say I'm underwhelmed with the value I'm getting for my money.

I want to say we were pleased with the excellent service and inspection by Insight Pest Northwest. Our service technicians were Mckay and Noah and they both did a fantastic job. They were punctual for the inspection appointment and clearly explained their findings. They strategically identified the steps to set up the treatment and traps. Thank you to both of them and to Insight. Would happily recommend them and they deserve the high Google rating they currently have (4.9 stars)!

We had some rodent activities in our house. I made the call to Insight Pest Control, and they quickly scheduled the initial appointment two days later. The technician, Michael G., is very professional and friendly. He did a thorough examination outside of the house, identified several entry points and fixed all of them. He set up multiple bait stations outside of the house and several glue pads inside the house. He provided good explanation of the process and the product they use. Great experience!!!

Jordan smith came out for my quarterly service and was super helpful and efficient. He even came to me afterwards with tips to help keep our home more secure from pests. He remembered to close the backyard gate as well which I have had issues with previous pest service people. I appreciate him caring enough about my dogs to lock up when he is finished. We used to have tons of issues with spiders and since we have had insight pest solutions come around to spray we haven’t had spiders pop up in the house like we used to. For someone who is terrified of spiders this company is a godsend. I recommend them to anyone with any pest issues! Super friendly and always willing to come out if you have issues in between services. I have never regretted using them!

We’ve been using Insight for over a year and they come out quarterly. My favorite part of the service is that they sweep the spiderwebs/egg sacks from around the eaves of the house, significantly limiting the number of spiders we find in and around our home. We also have seen ants outside, and with their ant prevention, we have peace of mind that they’ll not get inside. Jake Roadhouse provided service for us today and we are as pleased as ever. Super professional and polite people every time.

James came out and is just a fountain of information. We have an infestation of odorous house ants (the ants are odorous, not the house). Our tenant bought some ant traps from a store, and we found an ant dancing on top of it. The traps Insight brought are more sophisticated. They don't actually kill the ants, instead they infect 'em with something. They take it back to the colony which infects them all. You ever see an ant wearing a mask? Me neither. James is going to come back in a couple of weeks for a follow up. I asked James how he trains for this position. He actually has quite a bit of schooling, and he has to take a test and get a license from the state.

They always check-in and see if we are having any current issues with insects and today Nikolai responded quickly for us on a bees nest we discovered the hard way the other day. I chose insight because of the reviews and I'm quite pleased. James was really friendly and answered all of my questions about ants and the mechanism of action for the chemicals being used. He is really knowledgeable about the different kinds and took time to show me how he knew which ones I have. Since the treatment, I haven't seen a single odorous ant in my house, nor have I needed to use the traps James left. Also, he kindly didn't treat for spiders because I like them around. :) I only wish I hadn't waited so long to let the professionals do their job.

We've been experiencing issues with house ants for years and decided to proactively address the issue with professional assistance. Since the beginning, Insight has gone above and beyond to address the problems. Quarterly treatments conducted by knowledgable technicians have given us the results and peace of mind we had hoped for. James is a Technician who took the time to apply strategic bait traps. Rather than merely spray the exterior and leave, he made it a point to conduct follow up inspections in order to eradicate the infestation from the inside, before working on the exterior. My technician was fantastic. With all the development around us, we have had a rat that had found an entrance into our home, and we heard it especially at night. Tech came today and set sticky traps where he suspected their entrance into the house. He then looked the entire perimeter of the house and found what he believed to be an entrance. He closed it off and no sooner had he left, maybe two blocks away, we heard that one of the rats had been caught. I called the office and he turned around and immediately got the trap for me. Fantastic service. Very pleased.

Keeping up with the quarterly service has greatly reduced our issues. Nick is great to work with. Jakob came by today to service our quarterly mosquito treatment (which works great). While covering the perimeter he noticed an "odor" and stopped what he was doing to investigate...not what he came out to do, but he took the initiative to provide that additional customer service. Jakob discovered that a squirrel had found its way into one of our patio cushions (which was under the all weather cover) and had passed away. It was quite the mess! Jakob then proceeded to clean up and dispose of the remains. This type of service is so greatly appreciated and Jakob is an amazing representative for the company. Although this was above and beyond what could be expected, a high level of service is typical of our previous experiences with Insight and their wonderful techs!

I recently opened the ceiling in the bathroom on the fourth floor of my townhouse to address a leak. After having the ceiling open, I started hearing what sounded like scratching noises. I called Insight Pest Control to schedule an inspection. They were willing to accommodate squeezing me into the schedule and have someone to my house a day and a half later, which was a relief with the fear of having creatures in my ceiling. My technician was Robert G. He was professional, knowledgeable, and polite. After I described the noise I had been hearing to him, he inspected the crawl space above my bathroom and below the roof. He noted that he also heard the noise, but he did not see any indicators of any type of creatures in the crawl space (dead bugs/animals, feces, or disrupted insulation). He then climbed on top of my roof to check the vents and look for any entry points where something could have gotten into the crawl space. Robert fortuitously previously worked in the contracting business and used to install roofs on townhouses like mine and mentioned that the crawl space in these types of townhouses are typically very well sealed to prevent animals from getting in. After inspecting the roof, he discovered metallic tape that my husband had tied to the vent pipes above the bathroom to scare birds away; we put the tape up the day before we started hearing the noise. Robert very nicely relayed that the sounds of what I though was some type of rodent was only the tape hitting the pipe when the wind blew. We joked that I was glad to not have "ghost mice" and had additional reassurance that it was safe to re-install the sheetrock and seal up the crawl space knowing that there were no animals living in it. The inspection fee is very reasonable (~$150), and they offer comprehensive services. I highly recommend Insight Pest Control and Robert G!

Originally I sought out this company because we had a serious ant problem when we first bought our home. Since then the problem has been eliminated. Recently Kristian came for our quarterly visit. He was very thorough and listened to my needs. He scheduled a two week follow up free of charge. Isaac came for the check up and he went one step further still and checked our crawl space. The pest control service provided is very thorough. The follow up visits are not done on auto pilot, and they will tailor your service to your needs as they spot them! I had an initial sign up discount that didn't get applied right away. I brought this to the attention of the on site technician Isaac, and by the end of my next visit it was satisfactorily resolved. Our family has really been happy with out continued service. We used to have spiders that could haul a semi truck away and eat it for dinner. Not any more. Just the occasional bug that is curious and usually it doesn't go well for them. I recently hired Insight Pest Solutions Seattle to take care of our household pest, rodent, insect, etc. issues. I had very recently parted ways with another pest control company. I was very impressed with the door to door salesmen that initially showed me their services and was equally impressed with Insight's pest program and products. The young men were both very courteous and professional. Furthermore, I was extremely impressed with Insight's technician Mike J, who arrived on time at our home the day after I signed up for the program. Mike J also was very courteous and professional and was able to answer all my questions. He also checked every square inch of the property, including our entire crawl space for pest issues. Then he thoroughly treated all the affected areas on the property. I am completely happy with Insight Pest Control. I continue to be completely satisfied with Insight Pest Control. On 7/2 I had an excellent inspection of the property by a technician, Dylan Jones, a bright, hard working young man who answered all the questions I had. He was very polite and professional.

We just had Insight Pest Solutions come out because of hearing some scratching noises in our ceiling. My time, as most as most peoples are, is very valuable to me and my expectations are quite high when it comes to customer service. I am usually disappointed after scheduling something like this. However, the process was super simple-from scheduling the appointment on the phone, to them showing up on the date and time planned. Not only was the sales rep informative when i was scheduling but Aaron, the actual person that set the traps etc was fantastic. Aaron was professional, showed up on time and was very energetic and friendly. He was super knowledgeable and gave some great tips and suggestions on keeping mice, rats out. Aaron explained the whole process, was very patient and answered all my (many) questions. He showed me where he was putting the traps, and told me about the ant, spider and wasp deterrent he used which was also helpful. I would highly recommend this company so far. I've had Insight coming for about 6 months now. The techs that come out have been so polite and professional. Gerrit and Dayton were the last two that came and they were both wonderful! My house is pretty messy, and having things in the way has made it hard for them to treat everywhere they need to... but they are always friendly and helpful, working with me to find ways I can help prepare and get better control of the ants. Even with the messy house and me forgetting to call for follow up visits as was recommended, the ants are WAY less than they used to be. The ants have been my biggest issue since I bought the house 9 years ago, but they also treat outside to help with spiders, rats, and other pests. I notice other people in the area have had lots of spiders and some other bugs and beetles all over this year, but I haven't had very many spiders compared to previous years and none of those beetle things that are all over this area. I also have pets and kids and I love that I don't have to worry about their products harming any of us. I'm so glad I decided to try Insight Pest Control! I think the price is fair and completely worth it!

We called Insight after reading about it on line; we had a huge spider problem, with spiders absolutely everywhere. The service was friendly, and they sent someone out that week. The treatment got rid of the spiders, and we enrolled in their quarterly service. Our treatment today is being done by Matt Hawes, a very courteous technician who is treating some of our trees which appear to have some sort of mite issue. We are very satisfied with the service we have received from Insight, and plan to continue with the quarterly service for the foreseeable future.

I cannot tell you enough how excited I was to have an Insight representative knock on our front door out of the blue! We were having ant issues (and rodent issues) over the years and since moving back , I was just going crazy especially with the ants in the kitchen and bathroom ( and anywhere else they wanted to go). The first technicians came by and helped immensely with setting the traps and overall spraying in and out ( for not just our specific issue but spiders too!). What I felt made a vast difference was Daniel's (Tuttle) follow up visit after the 1st visit which his magic touch made all our ants stay away and of course kept the critters outdoors ( not in our basement) with the bait traps. He fortunately came out for our three month check today and did a very thorough job in checking traps, getting rid of cobwebs around the house and also did the preventative spraying ( non -toxic) to keep the pests at bay. I signed up for quarterly maintenance. Initially, I contacted them through the "contact us" on the website. They were very prompt in calling me back, then told me that the scheduler would call in an hour. I didn't hear back that day. I called the next day and was told that the only person who could schedule was out of the office until the next day. The scheduler called me back on the day she was supposed to return and gave me a time and date for the first service. The technician never showed up and I never got a call saying that there was a problem or any kind of contact. I contacted the company to say that I would not be using their services. At least they apologized and offered to call the tech to see what happened. Edit: Tech showed up about 1 hour 15 min after scheduled time. To his credit, he initially said that it said an hour later on his schedule (even though the scheduler had it confirmed for earlier), but then said, "But, it doesn't matter, I apologize for showing up late." It is too bad that I had arranged a few different schedules to make this time work, because it seems like at least they can recognize when they made a mistake. However, showing up 1 hour 15 minutes late without a phone call is just a bit much for me. Edit Again: The owner, Matt, contacted me and apologized and took full responsibility for the mistake. It turns out, they usually give a two hour window for arrivals. So technically, the tech was on time, but by the time I was told, he was late. He offered to make it right so I thought I would give them another chance. I haven't run into too many companies that actually have amazing customer service. :) This time, the tech showed up a little early (good for me!) and was very thorough in his inspection and treatment of the house. While we haven't had a good amount of time to test the results, I am confident that their treatment will either work, or they will do whatever necessary to make it right. I would recommend this company to anyone! Thanks to everyone involved. You guys make a great company!

We live by a water source, so it makes sense, but yuck!! They were highly responsive and helped us get the information we needed to inform the property management company. Matt has been extremely helpful today. My only disappointment with this service has been the timing of our quarterly service because the ant problem gets out of hand quickly. Also noticed that it is imperative to have both the inside and outside of our home sprayed each quarter - not just the outside. We have never had an issue with any pests other than the sugar ants. I will continue this service if we can eradicate the ant issues. The technician are all extremely professional and will take the time to educate us on prevention.
