Really good experience, they were quick and got the job done. They send you a checklist of what to do before and after their service and offer a free follow up if you still have issues. The only issue i had with them was that I was scheduled for the morning but on their end it was scheduled in the afternoon. A quick call resolved that issue the day of the appointment and they were very friendly.

These guys are well worth it. I had house guests that I would hear in the morning at night in the crawl space every other day. I have hedges and ivy all around the house. After a couple of visits from Insight, I have no noises. They also took care of my wasps. Customer for life.

Ryan F came in today for our quarterly service which is usually for spiders. He asked about the kinds of bugs we have been seeing lately, and I mentioned how we had 3 wasps get into the kitchen earlier that day and was concerned about a nest. He did the regular outside part of the visit and then came to tell us he thinks the wasp nest is actually inside the eves by our balcony. He then came with his bee suit and totally took care of the whole thing for us! He said it was a triple layer nest and the biggest part was about the size of his hand! We are so thankful he came and took the extra time to not only ask us about what we have been seeing but to look for, and then take care of, this huge issue. I have had good experiences with insight employees in the past but Ryan F totally knocked it out of the park today for me! Above and beyond for sure!

I have been a customer of Insight for the last couple years for my home and business. They have been very professional, great value and their service effective. The free re-services are great. James has been our provider and he is great, incredibly knowledgeable about the product and services, but also the species and treating only those that are damaging and/or dangerous and protecting beneficial species like pollinators. James returned today to check for a wasp I saw, he was able to identify the species and determine it was a Thread-waisted Wasp which he knew was non-aggressive, non-colonial and a great pollinator. Therefore we didn’t treat and could protect the species as well as avoid using insecticides. James is great.

I've had other pest control companies do just a quick in and out spray, which I always thought was never worth the money -- but Insight really cares about the customer relationship and being thorough to actually address the real problem. I'm very happy with their service and recommend them.

Dallan did a fantastic job dealing with two hornets nests and took care of our property to ensure we didn’t get hit with other insects and any colonies. Dallan was able to come out with 24 hours notice. Amazing. Cole followed up two weeks later, on schedule, to make sure we were happy with the service. A+ all the way.

I had issues with Ants 4-5 yrs ago, after trying everything, I tried Insight Pest Control, I am soo lucky-as after maybe the 2nd time they came out-I have not had anymore issues with Ants and Everyone I know has-is having issues. I have the normal spider issues--the end of summer, but not as bad as I used to and they are not all year long. The Technicians are AWESOME, they love my animals and my dogs Love them, their my dogs buddies 🐾💕🐾

I’ve used Insight Pest Control for nearly 9 years now. Scheduling is easy and the staff is very responsive. I moved up my quarterly service this time because I’d discovered a yellow jacket nest in the ground under a plant, and the technician showed up first thing in the morning just before I had to leave for the day. If they’d been a couple minutes later, I’d have had to call them with directions to the nest. All the technicians are very professional and check with me for any specific pest issues before treating the perimeter and refilling the bait stations. It’s such a relief to let them deal with hard to reach hornet nests instead of risking getting stung again! I’m a gardener and can manage my own pest control, but having Insight’s quarterly service means the ants stay out of my house and the hornets and mice are kept to a minimum. They stop the pests outside so I never find them in the house.

Let’s start with the good. They called to follow up that they were coming every quarter. The people were always nice. The bad.. we still had activity under the house. Why?? Cause they never did under the house. We still had insect problems outside. Still had spider nests, and bugs constantly around the front and back doors. Our service person, Hyrum, went above and beyond in his duties. At one point I was attempting to remove the exterior dryer screen in order to clean it and could not reach it. Everything was explained in detail and Robert's knowledge of bugs and rodents is mind blowing!!! We were having an issue with sugar ants in the kitchen and Robert placed some bait on the backside of the sink. A half hour after Robert left the ants were all over the bait. We tried a few pest companies before insight. Insight does the best work. We have a ant problem as we live by a green belt. They come out quarterly and they do a good job at making sure we see less ants in our home. When something goes wrong they come back for free.

I can't handle spiders whatsoever(The arachnaphobia is so real) and ants are a thorn in my side because we deal with natural waterways here, they come marching in the house...not in the Kitchen or anywhere for food, but worse....to find a new home and I swear Boulevard Park Burien was built on an ant hill that's ground water isn't much below the surface. So welp.... you see, you have to have someone like insight come and do quarterly upkeep so you can live in peace and pest free. Oh and I have really liked all those who have came out (With the exception of one person, and they know not to have that person out again, so not a complaint there.) and I really like the rotation of four individuals that come out. I like the responsive nature of the service and customer service with Insight's quarterly pest service. I can always call in between with other issues. They call and text ahead of the appointment to see if there is anything to add to the regular service. The service technician calls ahead of arrival and upon completion, at least, Christian did. His thoughtful call allowed me to remember i had an internal ant and fruitfly issue inside. He was able to fit me in and swing back around, same day. That was my bad for not catching him sooner. He was masked and wore booties (shoe covers) in the house. Gave me some advice on how i can do better with compost collection and fruitflies. We have gotten rid of the rodent problem in our garage with their help and some needed repair and adjustments.
