Cherry LiuSuper professional, timely, and thorough. Ulises is an asset to the community and I am grateful for his help in eradicating the rats that were living under my deck. He was thorough in his inspection, checking all the way around the house for any potential entry points which he suggested that I fix. He came as many times as needed to fully get rid of the rodents and I felt good about paying for the service.
Stephanie CaceresIf you're looking for pest management at your home, Iliad Pest Management is the way to go. We had a horrible ant problem a couple of years ago and nothing worked. Orkin was absolutely useless and other companies were really expensive. Iliad Pest Management's price points are very reasonable and Ulises offers incredible service. He's extremely professional, takes the time to get to know us with every visit, and even comes over for free touch ups if we see a flare up of ants/other pests outside of our regular quarterly treatment. Not to mention his treatments worked almost immediately and the ants disappeared overnight!
I cannot recommend Iliad Pest Management enough. Seriously call Ulises today if you have a pest problem!

It sucks and for us, it really struck my family to the core because you feel helpless as you hear something gnawing away at your home then scurries out of sight when you attempt to confront it. Ulises from Illiad really provided the know-how and confidence in solving our situation. He treated our situation more than just any job, he continually providing advise and texts to answer all concerns, quickly. Although Iliad doesn't use any special equipment in our situation, their understanding and "secret bait" led to results. We caught the rat in a short, few days and afterwards, haven't had an issue since. You guys rock! Thank you.
Tyler DustinNo more sugar ants! We used Iliad for a treatment for our ant invasion, and have seen long term results. Two seasons later, still no ants. Professional, responsive, and effective - highly recommend!
