Super professional, timely, and thorough. Ulises is an asset to the community and I am grateful for his help in eradicating the rats that were living under my deck. He was thorough in his inspection, checking all the way around the house for any potential entry points which he suggested that I fix. He came as many times as needed to fully get rid of the rodents and I felt good about paying for the service.

If you're looking for pest management at your home, Iliad Pest Management is the way to go. We had a horrible ant problem a couple of years ago and nothing worked. Orkin was absolutely useless and other companies were really expensive. Iliad Pest Management's price points are very reasonable and Ulises offers incredible service. He's extremely professional, takes the time to get to know us with every visit, and even comes over for free touch ups if we see a flare up of ants/other pests outside of our regular quarterly treatment. Not to mention his treatments worked almost immediately and the ants disappeared overnight! I cannot recommend Iliad Pest Management enough. Seriously call Ulises today if you have a pest problem!

Dan and his team were both amazing! I found a creepy crawler in my basement.He called me back the same day and told me what type of bug it was from a pic and got me scheduled right away. If you need any type of pest control this is the company to call. They are responsive and honest.

Ulises is awesome. He is professional and super responsive. He has gotten rid of a large ant problem that we had and he always goes above and beyond; for instance at today's session he noticed that a raccoon had dug up one of our plants while he was working in the yard so he re-planted it for us. So nice of him!! I highly recommend Iliad and Ulises!

Wonderful experience. The owner came to my home on short notice the same week and was able to address spider and lady bugs. Ulises is amazing. I had to use Iliad Pest Management twice after we moved, once for mice in the crawl space and once for some carpenter ants. Both times everything went great. Scheduling is super easy, he comes, he takes care of the problem, you don't even notice him and your pests are gone. Will absolutely use Iliad again in the future. Thank you!

When you have a rodent in your house. It sucks and for us, it really struck my family to the core because you feel helpless as you hear something gnawing away at your home then scurries out of sight when you attempt to confront it. Ulises from Illiad really provided the know-how and confidence in solving our situation. He treated our situation more than just any job, he continually providing advise and texts to answer all concerns, quickly. Although Iliad doesn't use any special equipment in our situation, their understanding and "secret bait" led to results. We caught the rat in a short, few days and afterwards, haven't had an issue since. You guys rock! Thank you.
