Sera OWe had a big problem with ants and spiders in our new home. I was really glad that I stuck it out and waited for them to have an opening a few weeks later because we were super pleased with our service. Joe was extremely knowledgeable, respectful of our home, kind to our dog, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He also offered us a lot of practical advice to reduce their ability / motivation for coming into the house.
He did warn me that sometimes certain insect activity gets worse before it gets better as you begin the process, but we been spider and ant free all week now. Considering that they were in my bed and shower constantly I’m super happy!

Whenever an issue arises, such as recently with wasps, they send out a technician to take care of the problem right away. Joe Monroe is one of the service technicians and he is fantastic! He is very thorough with everything he does and he explains everything in great detail. He goes above and beyond everything you could imagine to make you happy and to take care of your problem. And he really seems to care about his customers as he remembers past conversations and asks how things are going. The guy was very informative and gave me the complete rundown of what he was doing and a little history lesson on hornets. He was a funny guy and am very pleased he was able to save us or our animals from getting stung. I thought they were wasps but when he told me they were hornets I am glad I had them come out. Now it’s time to enjoy the holiday weekend!!
