The communication and follow through I have gotten from this company has been excellent. Edgar, the technician who came out to our house was very professional, respectful, and thorough when he visited/serviced our home. The people working in the office have been great... Travis did a great job for us! I called about one yellow jacket nest, then found another. Travis took care of them both and found another one too. We also spotted a bald-faced hornets nest (a big one.) Apparently they love our home. All gone now. Travis is very friendly, approachable, and fantastic at explaining the procedure. The price was right too. I found other companies more expensive. Thumbs up to Eagle Pest Eliminators and Travis.

I had an issue with some rats living under a window overhang and all they did was setup some traps. I ended up moving the rocks to open up the area so the rats wouldn't feel comfortable anymore and was able to get them to leave without the help of Eagle Pest but still paid for the traps. Why is setting traps the only options these companies give you? Traps rarely work cause rats are too smart for them.

Just moved to Mukilteo, Wash. We had Todd come out to do an inspection and give pricing, and then if decent, would deal with any issues. Prices were MORE than reasonable. He saw rat issues in the crawl space, that were old, but, he set traps and did spiders so that my wife would be happy (happy wife/happy life or so I am told every AM). Todd was professional, knew his stuff, and showed me things that I was not aware of (above and beyond the pest issues). Interesting guy to talk with. In addition, this company does NOT require that you sign a multi-year contract. In fact, no contract. We can quit anytime that we want, which the only way that we will quit is if moving again. We have never used any other service before. They were all so shady.

Company was recommended by my HOA and I’m 100% satisfied. They sent me an exterminator the day after calling because I was going out of town, and he drove 1.5 hours through traffic to get to me. Well, EAGLE Pest Eliminators, from Everett came to my rescue. I called other pest elimination services, but Eagle had the most professional phone answering person, the quickest time to service my yellow jacket drama and the best price. Derek came out, that very same day and . . . just like magic the little critters are gone. I could not delay in my endeavor of extermination as the bees were located in a rockery, next to a sidewalk, where many children pass, while going to and from school each day. Huge shout out to Eagle Pest Eliminators.

Derek was super professional, knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and within less than a week had caught the 5 squirrels inhabiting my attic! Highly recommended. I have been a customer of Eagle Pest Eliminators for a few years, mainly working with Derek. As Derek has assumed greater managerial roles at the company, my place is now being serviced by Mitch. Eagle Pest staff members always call in advance to schedule the treatment and thoroughly listens to the issues I may be experiencing around the time of treatment. What I really appreciated in Derek is his ability to listen to my frustrations when ant issues flared up this year and to work out a plan with patience to tackle the issues. As he handed off my account to Mitch, I experienced the same level of attentiveness and high quality customer service from Mitch. Also, Derek followed up with a phone call to ask whether everything was to my satisfaction after Mitch left. I am learning that it's hard to be 100% on top of pest issues; that's why it's important to work with a company like Eagle Pest whose staff members are professional, courteous, and creative with problem solving. We used eagle pest eliminators a couple years ago for an issue with a bird getting into an outside vent. Their guy came out and fixed it very quickly and had knowledge about the type of bird it was and even checked our other vent to make sure it was secure. We were very pleased. Fast forward 2 years, we have two dogs now and unfortunately didn't have them on a flea preventative yet. They both brought home fleas after a stay with a family member and so now we had that lovely stress. Mitch was assigned to our job and he is excellent. Super knowledgeable, gives lots of info on the nature of fleas etc (I love that personally) and was super accommodating. The first day he came out we weren't quite as prepared as we should have been. He offered to come back after we got some things moved. When he came back, he was very quick and thorough, made you feel comfortable, and gave detailed instructions on what to do. He also offered to answer any additional questions we may have post treatment via text or call, even on his days off! Which I did use lol, and he responded within 24 hours. You can tell he enjoys what he does. So far so good, the fleas look to be decreasing. Even if they had to come back one more time to respray it'd be worth it. My husband and I are very pleased with their service and Mitch made it a pleasant experience. 5 stars, Definitely recommend. We will use them again if we ever had another issue.

I'd give them ten stars if it was an option! Eagle Pest Eliminators was recommended to me by several people on my NextDoor forum, and I'm so glad we hired them. We had been dealing with a clicking/tapping noise happening intermittently at all hours coming from our bedroom wall, and could not figure out what it was on our own. Luckily Nathan from Eagle was able to come out and help us find the culprit, which turned out to be a yellow jacket nest that had set up shop inside the wall and was trying to eat their way through the drywall- yikes! Nathan climbed out on our roof in a bee-proof suit like a total pro to treat the issue and we have not had any problems since. They were able to fit us into the schedule quickly and did a super thorough and professional investigation before giving us a very affordable estimate. Nathan put careful consideration into his treatment recommendations and explained how he was going to take extra care to make sure that the nest was completely eradicated so that they would not have to come out again, keeping our wallets in mind. I appreciate when businesses show a high degree of integrity and treat their customers the way that they would want to be treated. The ant problem in our home had become unbearable so we called Eagle Pest Eliminators in Everett. Long story short, Dolores and Jon were awesome! Dolores arranged for a tech on short notice to come out and inspect. Jon, a field supervisor, came out, inspected, gave us a recommendation, and was able to take care of it right then and there. We've been having pigeon problems on our deck for some time now and I had been trying to find a local company to come out and assist. I had been in contact with another company first, who eventually just ghosted me. As soon as I called Eagle Pest, they were friendly, and responsive. They had to call out to one of their employees to see if they could solve our particular problem, and I got a call back the same day and made an appointment for a consultation for just a few days later. Once the technician arrived, he was friendly, knowledgeable and got right down to business about how to solve the problem. A few of my neighbors have the same issue and he was right back out the next day to help them as well. If we have any pest issues in the future, Eagle Pest will be the first company I call again!

Eagle Pest is has been a pleasure to work with. I called and left a message. 2 hours later I got a call back and Derek came out same day. Derek we very nice, walked the property, and was very though in his explanation of what he saw, suggested resolution, a cost was much pass expensive than I expected. He set traps and within hours one of them had caught one. I texted him to let him know and stopped by the next to check them all and dispose of all unwanted critters. He had been an exterminator for over 20 years. Oh boy does he know his stuff. He was able to locate where the bed bugs were coming from and made recommendations. Called Eagle Pest on Monday, and they were able to send a bird specialist, Melecio, to my house the next morning (for a free estimate). Every other pest control company I called didn't do free estimates or had long lead times. Although we determined my problem was not something that could be addressed by most pest control companies, Melecio still gave me honest and detailed advice on how to potentially solve my issue. Overall very good customer service end to end.

Amazing fella came out and did a very thorough inspection of crawlspace, garage, interior, and exterior. Located and trapped several mice and we have not had any return since he blocked potential entrances. Called for bull face hornet and yellow jacket removal in summer as well. We called Eagle to help us out with those pesky sugar ants! They came out to our house super fast (talking same day here!). Jon was amazingly knowledgeable about how to get rid of them and fast. They treated the exterior of the house and gave us some "yummy" bait for inside (along with the warning that the ants will go crazy for it and come out of the wood works) and soon they were gone and havent been back!! We had a problem with rodents coming into the house and couldn't figure out why. I ended up seeing one of Eagle Pest trucks on the road and figured "what the hell, check em out on Google, if they have good reviews, send it". Reviews were good, booked with them and they were able to send a technician (Randy) over within a totally reasonable timeframe. Randy found that there were entry ways into the house interior via crawl space vents and then holes in the drywall behind our dishwasher and stove. He buttoned those up and a couple other areas in the crawl space. He also recommended that we redo / fortify our crawl space door. Randy also set out traps and bait stations around the permiter. After these changes to the environment, we've been rodent free. We ended up doing an additional month of traps / bait stations just to see if anything else came through but they've been empty since. While the initial cost was a bit hard to stomach (I have nothing to compare this against, just being honest), we're VERYYYYY happy with the service we received, Randy was very professional, courteous, and timely. Would recommend to a friend.
