I rarely post reviews for businesses. But I am sharing my experience with an AMPM Exterminators professional. I had a little Black Ants infestation in my bathroom and was fed up with trying to get someone to eliminate the problem. My neighbors had had the same infestation and recommended this pest control company. When I called for an appointment I was asked a number of questions in order to determine what services needed to be provided and the cost. I was happy to get an appointment set up for the next day. The technician inspected the bathroom and the ant infestation was coming from under the sink. Ants love moisture and there was a hole giving them access. After applying the product needed to eliminate the infestation he showed me how they gained entry and what preventative measures I could take to ensure not getting another infestation. Thanks guys.

I called for a service to be done as soon as possible. Phillip was out the same day very nice and gave me some tips to help with preventative! Again they were quick, efficient and even wore masks and shoe coverings to keep my floor clean. I'm definitely feeling better now and will be keeping Ampm exterminators for regular service.

Ampm exterminators were able to come out that weekend to do the initial service. John gave me a call to let me know he was on his way, and with a great personality and demeanor, he was able to come through the residence and check the walls, plus went around the perimeter, checking for bugs and spraying down their product as a barrier. They have a call back for no extra charge if I see anything out of place as well. Happy with the setup and hope for a lasting business relationship.

I'm a property manager for a strip mall construction site on Queen Anne Hill in Seattle. Deadlines are crucial in this industry. Carpenter Ants infestations are the last thing you need. I got the report from construction site manager with details of what he saw and pictures. I did some research on pest control companies and opted for AMPM Exterminators. I sent the pictures and info on where the Carpenter Ants were seen. The technician called me and answered all my questions and ensured prompt service. We live in Sammamish and were in need of a pest control professional. Little Black Ants were marching in our kitchen and walk in pantry. Never saw an army of Ants this big. Hot summer in Seattle and there are pests galore. I live in Magnolia and my goodness the Black Ants have moved in. The little pests invaded the pantry. My wife freaked out when she found Ants in an open box of cereal. I mean there were so many. I had AMPM Exterminators do a Carpenter Ant infestation last year so gave them a call. Told them I had them out to my home last year. The gentleman gave me a clear recap of what needed to be done after I answered pertinent questions. First and foremost was to determine these were little Black Ants. The professional checked the entire kitchen not just the pantry. Those little bugs can march in all directions. I was once again impressed with the thorough job and told him so.

I recently had an ant infestation in my 8-apartment complex in Bellevue. A friend recommended I call local company AMPM Exterminators. The technician was very thorough in explaining their ant infestation elimination process. Was very happy he told me to check with all my renters to see how many units were Infested. A thorough check of the perimeter was done. Some work done within the units. Once job was completed I was given a list of preventative measures to take to ensure the Ants wouldn't re-appear. Please forgive my delay in responding. If my life was as well organized as AMPM Exterminators, you would have received my review last week. The two technicians who performed my annual inspection, were exactly what I have become to expect from AMPM, right on time, courteous, professional, and pleasant. The training they received was obvious, from their professional appearance, including their pulling on shoe coverings before entering our home, to explaining all that they were inspecting for. After a thorough investigation of the interior, they performed a 360-degree inspection of the exterior. I really appreciate how they took the time to explain why they check what they do, and what they are looking for. They also gave me a few suggestions as to other services that are available, but at no time did I feel pressured to purchase additional services, which I greatly appreciate. Our initial pest control treatment was many, many years ago, and AMPM has performed my annual inspection each and every year, all with the same five-star professionalism. About 8 years ago, during my annual inspection, your technician discovered a tiny bit of sawdust hidden away against the interior wall of my foundation, a place where I would have never seen. AMPM responded by completely retreating my entire house, inside and out. This was a considerable undertaking, which took several days, but they made sure we were not inconvenienced in the least. I can't tell you what a wonderful service they provided and continue to provide. My sincere thanks to AMPM Exterminators for excellent customer service and support.May your new year hold many blessings for you all. Many thanks.

I had a infestation situation in a large home and didn't know where they all came from. AMPM Exterminators explained roaches were travelers. With the many people in and out they can be in a purse, luggage, bag of clothes brought in the home. Never thought in 3 weeks I would be free of them. AMPM came in, educated me on what I need to do on my part. It was teamwork. No grease on the counters, stove, cabinets etc. AMPM explained that they feed off this... Food. Cracks I needed to seal the spaces. Behind the stove and refrigerator, I needed to make sure it to was spotless. The house from the looks looked very clean. But AMPM press his hands above the stove cabinets and show me how sticky it was. "Grease", he said. Then I pressed my hands and it was sticky with hard to see grease. So I pull out the stove and refrigerator and dishwasher. I washed down all cabinets until I could feel no grease. As AMPM told me to do. I couldn't thank them enough. They did wonderful work and I will always call on them when I need extermination done. Thank you very much.

I love this company! I’m so afraid of spiders, and there was a spider nest in our backyard, which made the spiders feel comfortable roaming about my house. Ampm exterminators came out the next day and sprayed around to kill the nest. I have them do preventative maintenance to keep the spiders away and have not seen even 1 since they came and fixed my problem!

AM/PM delivered on their promise. They had scheduled us for a Tuesday appointment, but the Tech was actually able to come out the same day I called which was a Saturday. The tech that came out found and described the cause and then he helped me to eliminate several problem areas that had contributed to our mice problem. He worked hard for 4 hours with me showing me how the mice got in my house. He sealed all of the holes he could find and was very professional, clean and friendly considering that we were dealing with rodents and hard work. I would use them or recommend them again for sure.

They have customer service down, and worked with my busy schedule, even after 5 pm. After bad tenants left my rental property in utter shambles, they came to the rescue and really saved the house. Roaches beware! Gordon and his team really know what they are doing. They got the job done quickly & didn’t charge an arm and a leg. We've been on Ampm pest control service for 9 years at least. They have an office in Seattle, and that's who we work with. We get text messages and/or an email saying that we're scheduled for such and such time. And with a response number if we can't do that. They handle it. Then they text when they're on the way. If I ever have any questions, I can call the Seattle office and get some commentary from them, and the technicians that come to visit. They've upped their game in terms of communication to the customer. That has been positive in terms of our experience.
