If we ever have any issues with pests outside our normal scheduled service they are very quick to come over and take care of it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! I can not say enough glowing things about the service and quality. They have always gone above and beyond. The customer service superior! We had such an issue with Elm Tree bugs and they not only did an initial treatment but kept coming back out to get them under control. Also since they have been treating the outside of the property I have not needed to treat the inside of the house, which with small children and animals is a big plus not to have to worry about them being exposed to those chemicals. Like I said at the start of this ...I can't say enough good things! Again... HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Called them and was quickly scheduled. The technician was thorough and tested inside and out of my home. He took care of wasp nests, spiders, and set bait traps for rodents. Tanner Pest Control has been my pest control company for almost a decade. They always send the nicest technicians! They have been so great to work with my schedule, and accommodating to my pet. I trust them because their product is safe for animals. Their technicians always wear foot coverings inside your house, and ask you if there is anything else they can do for you while they are here. Highly recommended. Tanner Pest Control is very thorough! Great service. Our house is an older house with years worth of spider web accumulation. The Tanner Pest Control technician took the time to scrape all of those spider webs out of every window. When we told him we had a lot of pests, he took the extra time to spray every nook and cranny that we pointed out as susceptible to invasion. We also appreciated the professionalism and cleanliness of the technician; our house was scheduled at the end of the day and when he showed up, his clothes and shoes were still perfectly clean. I've been very impressed with Tanner Pest Control. They are reasonably priced, and so nice to work with. Anytime I've had a problem or concern, they respond ASAP. We live in a neighborhood where a lot of people have chicken coops and wood piles, and they have eliminated any rodent problems we had. They spray for spiders, too, and the spider population in and around our house has greatly decreased. I recommend Tanner to everyone.

They were not only on time, but a little early. They did a thorough inspection and let me know what they found. They wore masks and put on shoe covers before entering our house. They were polite and respectful. We had called other companies who would not agree to come out unless we signed up for regular service, but Tanner agreed to do a one-time inspection without signing a contract. We started using Tanner Pest Control last year and we have noticed a big difference from our prior pest control company. We are not seeing bugs and cobwebs in our yard and home. Also, in the Spring we have not had Wasps nest and not as many flying around our home as usual. We use to get a lot of wasps in our yard; that is why we started to use a pest control company in the first place. Their service techs are professional and they wear foot coverings before entering our home. It is nice to know that the product they use is working. The Wasps are gone and the cobwebs have not been seen. I would recommend them to anyone for pest control services.

We have used Tanners services for about 6 years now. All of the staff are clean, polite, on time and we never worry about our belongings or kids when they are in the house. Several years ago we had voles. Without asking they would continue to come by, check the yard, do what they needed to in order to get rid of them. If you have any issues after services, they will be there that day to spray or whatever needed to take care of it. Although they are a great value, I would pay more for their service for the peace of mind and quality of services!

The level of service is what we appreciate most about Tanner Pest Control. Each Service we're notified of our upcoming service 2-3 days beforehand by phone, where the date/time are confirmed. The pesticides used have been quite effective in ridding our house and garage of insects large and small. Billing is simple and consistent.

I have always had a pleasant experience with the technicians and they are very easy to work with. But the real question is do they know what they are doing and does their product work? YES! They have a great knowledge of their services and their products. I have significantly less spiders than before we started, no problem with ants or bees/wasps. We are in a new development and live near a farm so we even get furry pests and they are great at eradicating those pests as well. I am very happy and will continue to use their services for years to come.

I can't recommend enough going with a one year contract with these guys. We moved into a new house and a few issues, but I was so reluctant to commit to a contract - particularly in the wake of buying a house and moving expenses, but what these guys handle is so comprehensive that you'd be amazed what you need them for. I have called once a month at least since signing on. It's definitely been a great value and what's more, they're reliable, they come when they say, and they are salt of the earth people. I had called Steve originally to see if he knew anyone who would be able remove a pear tree. At time he didn't know anyone at the moment. So I had gotten a mouse in the garage on Sunday afternoon. I had texted Steve about it and he said that he would come take care of it and replaced any traps that needed to be. Prior to all this Stuart had come out to do some pest control service so I had mentioned the tree then . Stuart and Steve both came out today took care of the garage issue and then proceeded to make plans for the tree removal. They both went out of their way to remove the tree inasmuch as to go all the way back to the office to get some tools. They both did a professional job at taking the tree down even though the tree was being stubborn. I would recommend them to anyone because of the awesome job that they do. I really appreciate their service.

And their solutions work SO MUCH BETTER than my previous DIY attempts. I wasted hundreds of dollars on DIY products to kill wasps on my property. Tanner Pest control is fantastic! Stop looking! You will not find a better person to work with at a better price. We thought we had termites and called Orkin. The guy came out and said it was Carpenter ants. A few days later I actually got a video of white bugs in the hole in our wood floor. I called around and Steve Tanner talked to me for about 20 minutes about what was going on. I sent him the video and he diagnosed it right there. Steve was very, very knowledgeable and super friendly and easy going. We called a few other places to get a number of quotes. Orkin made an appointment and never showed. A1 Exterminators came out but wanted $1,600 for the job and were all about getting the money. And some other place who were very friendly and knowledgeable but wanted more money for the same service. Steve was cheaper than the rest, clearly knew more, and was just so easy to work with. I could not be happier with the service. Matt and Steve came out and took care of everything quickly, cleanly, and were just super friendly and helpful. I will surely use Tanner Pest control for all my pest needs in the future.

We had a problem with a nest of yellow jackets in our backyard. The insects were flying in and out of a crack in my retaining wall several times per minute, but none of the treatments that I tried from the hardware store seemed to be working. They just kept coming back. I called Tanner Pest Control, and they came to my home right away. Steve quickly figured out that a large nest was hidden deep inside the wall, and he was able to fix the problem immediately with the chemicals in his truck. Several weeks later, I still have not seen a single yellow jacket in the yard. I would highly recommend Tanner Pest Control, and they will be the first people I call if I have any future issues with pests in or around my home.
