A mere review cannot convey the professionalism, talent, politeness, and overall outstanding quality of Pest Pro and its service. Pest Pro is everything a company should be. Customer service, organization, and management/administration are all beyond adequate. It is truly a company and a service that adds value. Not only do they do the job, but they do it well. I originally called Pest Pro when I discovered some ants that had found their way into my house through a crack in the foundation. Packer came out and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. It was so nice to not have to shop or accept a mediocre business for lack of better options. A few months later, I had a routine preventative spray done, and Bryce came out and had the same excellent standard of customer service, professionalism, and talent that Packer had established. I had a two-week follow-up after that one, and Connor was everything I had been spoiled to expect. He even took his boots off while I was showing him a couple of rooms to spray inside. He made some helpful suggestions as well, such as noting that he can spray in ceiling spaces/joists in the basement and that Pest Pro offers a regular maintenance plan. I will definitely be buying that plan, and for the service received I would be willing to pay more than double. THANK YOU PEST PRO!

Bryce was awesome. He called to give me a 15-minute heads up before he arrive, which was super helpful since I was working. He also arrive and finished within the scheduled window. He knew I had a work meeting, so he was kind enough to start working on the inside of the house so that he would exit before I needed to prepare for my call. He was professional and gave me *just* enough detail without grossing me out. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I feel very confident in the service due to Bryce's experience and expertise.

Bryce from Pest Pro was so great. At first I only scheduled for a spider spray inside and outside the house. But I pointed out a wasps nest in one of the trees and then Bryce walked around the property with me and pointed out where wasps where nesting under the housing panels as well. He was able to help me with the wasps as well as the spiders. He was very knowledgeable about the different kind of wasps and he explained how the spray would affect them and how long it would take. He also found 5 extra hornets nests while he was spraying around. Such a great experience thank you so much.

Had spiders invading our home and ants outside. Hired Pest Pros and Jimmy provided the service. He was very thorough and explained everything clearly. As he was spraying I was assaulted and stung by a couple of hornets. Jimmy found 3 nests an destroyed them. He did a great job and look forward to his follow-up. Ironically a few days later we found another 4 nests that were well concealed. Jimmy came back and took care of the problem. Just had the follow-up service. Bryce made the service call. Again very thorough, very helpful. Did a comprehensive job of spraying and removed another 3 wasp nests. My conclusion is whether Jimmy or Bryce make the service call. You're going to be taken care of by the best in the business! Weather changed and the spiders decided to come indoors for the winter. Called and 2 says later Daniel came and resprayed affected areas. Another great technician. Because we paid for the second service, this call was no charge. Have had nothing but great service. Will be calling them again next spring.

My house has a bit of a spider problem for a while now and with spring starting, I figured this would be a good time to get rid of them. I decided on Pest Pro because of all the amazing reviews and I am so glad I did! Arranging the meeting through text was easy and quick thanks to Cole and Forest. A huge shout-out to them since they made everything work smoothly and gave me all the information I needed to make a decision. As for the treatment, Kobe was fantastic! He called before coming, was very friendly and clearly explained the process. Even while I had a brief meeting, he was excellent and made the whole thing seem easy. I plan to update once I can speak on any reduction of bugs, but so far, I couldn't speak more highly! Short-Term Update (2 weeks): So far, I have gone from seeing 1 spider every other day to seeing 0. A huge success in my book! Longer-Term Update (2 months): Still as awesome as I first noted, and a huge thank you to Connor for doing such an incredible job while also working around our meetings! I recommend Pest Pro since everyone has been so awesome to work with (Kobe was so friendly and patient with it being our first time, Forest was fantastic and gave good feedback about how to reduce bugs/spiders in our yard and home, Connor managed to work with our schedules and got every nook and cranny, and Jimmy finished everything effortlessly and made sure communicate to see if we needed anything). A huge thank you to all!

I called Pest Pro due to carpet beetles (I didn 't know such a thing existed - gross). So far I've had two treatments and am awaiting my third. The product they use is safe for pets and humans once it dries so I felt comfortable having the treatment in my home. So far I've seen a huge reduction in beetles and am hopeful that the recommended third treatment will do the trick. It's hard to find company's you can trust these days, that's why we chose Pest Pros. Our technician, Bryce Bollinger, has been here a few times and always goes the extra mile for us. The insects and spiders have been crazy this year. When Bryce showed up we had a list of areas we felt needs some extra attention. As always, he smile and thanks us for the business and went to work. He was professional and took care of everything on the list better than we expected. He's the kind of team member I would hope to work with if I had my own business. Bryce Bollinger is the guy you should request. I'd not met him, but when he came in he immediately knew the bugs and they were actually not what we thought (springtails, not fleas), and explained why we'd had a hard time getting rid of them. He knew seriously everything about them (he studied it in school, apparently, in a lab environment, so he was quite sure) but he seriously did such a good job and we are FINALLY seeing results. I got his card and fully intend to request him on all our future sprays. He also was just a good guy. Friendly, got it done promptly, and was very professional. Ask for Bryce when you're booking.

Daniel has been out to our place twice now and both times he was amazing! We had more mice than we had expected so he came out and filled our bate stations again and added more. The first time he did a great job of finding cracks in the rock foundation and filling them. He even went into the crawl space (awful place) to make sure we had a bate station down there. He made sure to place the stations where my dogs could not get them and he was thorough about what to expect moving forward. He was quick and efficient, yet thorough and patient with me as I have never had to do this before. He put everything back the way it was before he moved it to place stations, he left nothing behind and had booties on to not track anything into the house. He even made it up and down our crazy loft stairs. I was worried about finding a good place that wasn't just a big corporation with underpaid workers that don't know what they are doing and was super impressed with this company and with Daniel. I would highly recommend!

The previous company we use to work with didn't do service in our new area so when I found PestPro and read about their service I gave them a call and was pleased how quickly they got us in. After the first service all the pests were gone within a few days and remained thay way for months. With subscribing to the monthly plan by the time the next service came around we had barely started to notice some webs and a few bugs outside. I was fortunate enough to have Bryce come out to assess my property with an emphasis on stinging insects. His service and attention to detail were second to none. Last summer, I learned I'm deathly allergic to yellowjackets and hornets via a random sting on my knee - which sent me into anaphylactic shock. Just last week another one got me and caused quite the scare, fun stuff. So let's just say thoroughness is a must - and Bryce spared no effort in doing so. He followed a brief overview of my limited knowledge regarding my infestation issue and immediately went to work inspecting every possible area of the property. He concluded his trip with a thorough report of his findings, as well as his executed treatment plan. As he was about to leave, a hornet flew right up to me at my front door. He watched it squeeze into a tiny slot in the bottom of my screen door and suggested I go inside immediately so he could treat that as well. He was aware of my circumstance, and attention to detail like that can be life-saving. Legit the best customer service I've ever experienced. 10/10

After arriving, he carefully and expertly removed the trapped raccoon from my property (which was not so easy, because I needed it to be transferred from one cage to another). He offered helpful advice before leaving. I am a happy customer. On a second occasion after the review above, the technician Jerry B. came to my property to remove another racoon. When he removed it, I especially appreciated the fact that he gave it some water to drink before putting it in his truck, since the animal had been out in the heat for a long time. Jerry has given me very good advice about how to handle my problem. I especially appreciate that Pest Pro managed to fit me into their schedule on apparently what was already an extremely busy and hot day. I was very happy with Pest Pro. I did some research and found 5 different pest control companies in my area that had overall positive reviews and contacted each of them. Pest Pro got back to me within 2 hours of me emailing, and I still haven't heard back from the other companies (it's now been almost 2 weeks). I ended up having Pest Pro come out to give me a final estimate. Connor Aste (the technician) came to my house. He went over the property with me, both inside and out, and answered all my questions clearly. As we were looking around the property he mentioned some of the rock structures and walls around flower beds as common places bugs like to live (I'd mentioned I wanted most bugs gone from the property, not just keeping them out of the house). In the end I opted to have them add those as well the fences to my contract (for a minimal increase in service cost over treating just the house). I was very happy with the end cost and agreed to their 12 month contract (one treatment every 2 months). He sprayed the first treatment right then. The technician was also very friendly and happy to help with odd spots I wanted sprayed. I've been treating my house and property myself every few months for the past 2 years, which has eliminated most bugs. I opted to have a company do it because I realized the extra cost over what I pay for the sprays was minimal and then I don't have to worry about it. Even though I had been doing that, just 2 days after my initial treatment I've already seen a few dead bugs around (more than I normally see from my own treatments) so I believe their sprays are more effective than what I'd been using. Overall I'd definitely recommend Pest Pro to anyone who's looking for a pest control company. ** Note this review is based on emailing the company a few times and the initial visit. If I have a bad experience during the 12 months of my contract I'll update the review accordingly **

I have the platinum plan. Monthly bill for bi-monthly visits. They use eco- and pet-friendly chems I think, so it usually doesn’t quite last the whole 2 months before we notice spiders again. *However* it’s a guaranteed service. So the first few months we had this service we were calling to have them come basically monthly, because they say “even if you see just one bug,” and they came out again every time with zero pushback, and that’s why they get 5 stars. I really don’t care how long the treatment lasts as long as they keep coming whenever I call as soon as I see pests. The other thing- every tech they’ve sent out has been really professional and very friendly. Most of the time I’m talkative and friendly, but the one time I had meetings working from home you had no idea the guy was even here. Connor has come twice, and James was here last time. Both went above and beyond, helping me get all the nooks and crannies. Good dudes!

I don’t normally write reviews but I have just been so impressed by PestPro. David came out on 6/21 to place bait boxes in our backyard after I spotted a couple rats and holes in my yard. He was very nice and knowledgeable. The fee was the least when I called for estimates at several companies. He said it would take a few weeks, but call back if we saw evidence of rats. Well, after filling the holes a few weeks ago—the holes were dug out again, letting us know that we still had rats. Today, Cole came out and checked the boxes. They were all empty, so he refilled the boxes and put two more out. When I went to pay him, he said it was free! What great service! I had looked at other companies that charge you a yearly fee, so I appreciate being able to just pay for them getting rid of the rats, one price, one time.

At first I was not overly impressed with Pest Pro. We have a field mice problem in our garden and they were eating all of our young bedding plants. I was catching several mice a week in conventional traps but the mounds kept coming back. The technician came back one time to refill the bait traps but again it did little to help. I initially left a bad review because I felt we paid for a service that we did not receive. After learning of our dissatisfaction I got immediate response and met with Max at our home. He diagnosed the problem as two fold - mice and gophers. The traps would do little to catch the gophers so Pest Pro determined more bait traps were needed. The point I want to stress is that they seem genuinely concerned that we feel good about their service and are sincere about their warranty. I'm not sure yet if the additional traps are working but I do know that if I call them they will be there to look deeper into the problem. UPDATE: I think the gophers problem is under control! We spend about $800 in the spring for bedding flowers and next year I will call Max to control these varmints before spending a dime on flowers. I would recommend these guys again.

I had a wasp problem underneath my porch that had no direct access. My only complaint about Pest Pros is that I had to call 3 or 4 times (and leave voicemails) over the course of a week to schedule an appointment. Recently, a salesperson from Aptive knocked at our door and talked me in to trying their service. The hook was that they told me they had a "special treatment" for snails. Max knows his stuff when it comes to bugs. He came to my house early on time. Helped us move things around so he could spray. Very nice courteous and I will certainly be using him for all my pest and bug needs in all my apartments. This guy rocks! I would recommend Pest Pro to everyone!
