We love living pest free and being able to enjoy our yard in the summer now! Behind our house is wooded areas with wetlands and a pond which attracts so many bugs. I have a big dog who loves to be outside and not having to worry about ticks is the BEST. I will be using a mosquito Joe year after year.

We live near the woods and honestly, we hardly see a mosquito! Also, have not found a tick or flea on our dog, who plays outside a lot. Best service and quality for the money, super nice staff! Highly recommended

We are very happy with the environmentally safe mosquito and tick spraying. Our property abuts wooded wetlands…which is a breeding ground for mosquitos. We could not sit in our yard before; now we can sit and enjoy its beauty without being attacked by mosquitos. Money well spent.

Super easy to book treatment and team answered all of my questions. It took a few days to notice, and after that the treatment really worked at limiting the amount of mosquitoes. I haven't gotten a bug bite since starting the treatment.

Viola! We can enjoy our yard in the evenings again. This is our second year in our home and last year I had to cut my gardening days short because of mosquitos. Now we’re able to be outside when the sun goes down (with nearly no clothes on) and wouldn’t go without Moquito Joe again

Great results. We live abutting a wooded wetlands area and usually are unable to be outdoors around dusk. This summer we spent almost every day and evening outside with little to no mosquitos. The one time we had some pesky ones out, Mosquito Joe lived up to their promise to come out and retreat right away!

We have used Mosquito Joe for 2 summers and have been very happy with the product and service. Our yard is enjoyable at all times of the day. The entire perimeter is wooded and we still can enjoy it with out layering on additional insect repellent. We recently had a question about the spraying and Bob responded immediately and repeated the treatment. We have used another company in the past and were disappointed in the service in years 2 or 3 not true with Mosquito Joe.

We have used Mosquito Joe for a few years now and have been very pleased with their services. Communication is good, they come when they say they will (weather permitting) and are always professional. They use different treatments around the yard to protect the garden and the pond and do not treat flowers in bloom so the bees pollinating aren't impacted. The mosquitos in our yard have always been brutal and we could never enjoy the yard after 4pm. Now we really do enjoy our yard again.

Mosquito Joe's treatment helped with the mosquito population in my yard almost immediately. Each treatment helped more and more and made our yard and pool easier to enjoy without constantly having to apply bug repellent once dusk approached. The customer service is super friendly and helpful, and I love how they text you regarding the upcoming appointment, so that you are aware that someone will be out within a few days. I now know why they have all these 5 star reviews. They truly deserve them.

Mosquito Joe was referred to us by our neighbor. We are very happy we relied on the referral. We have found the staff professional and knowledgeable. We were impressed with the quick response and ease of setting up our first appointment. We are beyond satisfied with the very reasonable cost plus actually being noticeably mosquito free! We would highly recommend Mosquito Joe especially if you enjoy being treated like a valued customer.

The spraying definitely reduced the number of ticks. I haven't seen one since we started spraying. This is great for us and our dog. It's hard to tell with the mosquitos. There still are a few, but far fewer in our yard than out on the street. But we really didn't spray for the mosquitos.

This was the first time that we ever determined that we’d try to spray for ticks and mosquitoes especially since we had a large event planned fir this past Saturday (7-17-21). After speaking with their phone representative it was decided to do a botanical ( non-toxic ) spray on 7-12-21 then a second application on 7-15-21 to make sure there was no questions of its effectiveness. The event started at 4:00 pm and by 6:00 pm I had several attendees asking for bug spray 1 1/2 can were estimated to be used and this coupled with two ticks brought in by our four legged family member. I called and left a detailed accounting of our experience-I believe Saturday night and left my cell phone. Well surprisingly I never received a call back and today’s Monday 7-19-21. I guess you don’t have to read to far between the lines to figure out how this business operates! Mind you the bills were paid in full the day I received the notice. Unfortunately we were let down by Mosquito Joe’s and cannot give them a good recommendation this review could have been different but they chose to ignore the voicemail and not return the call. Buyer beware don’t let this happen to you, try another outfit and hopefully you have far better results than we did. Good luck 7/28/21 I would like to rescind my first rating of Mosquito Joe’s in Cumberland. After the rating I received an apology from Jen for not responding to my voicemail. Simple miscommunication, while the two applications of the botanical treatment failed to give us the protection for our event they were nice enough to refund 1/2 of the monies paid to them. Clearly they are a first rate operation and do care about their clients. Many thanks for getting back to us and making this somewhat right. It is appreciated and will not be forgotten. Very fast and careful. We use the organic treatment that is safe for the bees and eliminates the mosquitoes. Surprisingly effective considering that we live in a densely wooded area.
