Debug has been nothing short of professional! We get consistent updates on when all services will be performed and like getting notifications on when a technician checks into our property. The technician is knowledgeable and happy to educate us on any questions we may have about our current service or other needs we may have. The mosquito service is amazing! Debug was not only quick and easy to book, but also the customer service ladies that answer the phones are really pleasant and understanding. This is the first time I used a service like this and they explained the process, the packages and what to expect. Nick, the technician that came out to my rental property was not only extremely punctual but understanding of me not being available at that moment. When I finally was available, he showed up once again punctual. Nick made me feel like the situation will be resolved, he explained what he was doing every step of the way and what to expect and when. Jose was wonderful. We were tempted to try to keep the white faced hornet nest. They are such remarkable constructions. He considered with us what was involved in doing so safely. In the end we had him bag and take it away. He then explained why the hornets not captured would continue to swarm the site and reassured us about how long they would do so. He came on schedule and was completely professional, calm and properly prepared for the job, wearing protective gear. We couldn’t have been more satisfied!

I was very satisfied with using their services. Timely, professional and Amy Hernandez thoroughly took time to educate me on "if" I had had rodents orodents or bats in my attic and was honest in letting me know that all oh that all droppings were old from previous owner. They typically do 3 service calls calls and and as nothing was found a thing was found upon the 2nd attempt to trap they they returned a portion of my payment. So far it has been a good experience dealing with debug pest control. Keith was professional and on time. Great communication. Answering all of the questions that I had. The bugs/insects were not identified by the technician. He sprayed a chemical in the basement, where the affected area is and around the outside of the house. I will patiently wait fourteen days and will follow up and update this review. So far I have noticed less bugs/insect activity. Update: Ok, 30 day warranty and it's pricey. One and done.

I called and spoke to Tim, the CEO. He listened intently on my insect issue (mites) and suggested that we drop off samples at his office. He, in turn, brought them to URI where a thorough analysis was done which indicated exactly what type of mites (Book mites) they were, and the suggested solution. Even though we live on Block Island, he said that he'd do whatever was needed to help us. He even provided us with a contact concerning mold, if this was another issue that we needed to address. He's personable, caring, and will get back to you when he says he will. What more could you ask for.

Had a problem with aggressive yellow jackets, as well as larger wasps. I was stung twice within minutes of each other 2 weeks ago by the yellow jackets. Called Debug who were effective in ridding us of an ant problem a few years ago. Debug technician, Bryan, noticed the location of the nest within moments of arriving! (I had not found it). He removed that and also treated the location of the wasps. Bryan was professional and explained things well. Overall we are very satisfied.

I have been using Debug for two years now. Before picking Debug I shopped around and found other companies to be more expensive and employees to be not so nice. Debug came to my house to inspect and right from the start they were impressionable, funny, and had a great attitude for a bit less money. Let's face it, you get what you pay for. I don't mind paying for great service that works fabulous. Before they spray my yard my dogs are riddled with ticks, after they spray no ticks in site. They spray my inside and out for ants and I only need them to come back once. Oh the joys of living in the woods. My Tech Alexis great, professional and does a great job. Thank you.

Really impressed. I was finding mouse poop in 2 spots in my home, set traps for about a week with no luck so I was freaked out about them multiplying. I called Debug yesterday. Someone answered the phone right away and they could send someone next day. No sales pitches or anything, just friendly and informative. Charlie came to our house today and after inspecting he said we don't have an infestation, its just one or two mice. He was so honest and actually said it wouldn't be worth it for us to pay for the service I chose. He gave us advice on how to handle it and showed us some more droppings to address in the garage. He was thorough and honest and I was so impressed. I've never had a company actually advise me that I don't need to pay them as much as I though and then teach me how to handle it myself. For that I would definitely like to give them my business in the future for any pest/rodent needs. Highly recommend.

I have been a client for approximately 21 years using scheduled preventative treatments, 4 times per year. the Debug team do everything they are supposed to do, show up on time, are very courteous and professional, take care of what needs doing; and, if I ask for little extra love for my garden shed, they take care of it for me. Dylan was running early so he called to see if I could meet him early. I was home so appreciated getting it done early. I told him that due to our dogs (unfriendly) we have the basement and garage checked. He reminded me he would like to do the perimeter. Dylan asked about problems and I said, just mice. We called Debug Pest Control after battling mice for about 6 years. Alex was our technician and he was amazing! His first inspection he listened to exactly what our problem was and where we were seeing/hearing activity. He placed about 12 bait traps around the house. He then walked around the exterior of our home and plugged all the holes where mice could be getting in. Alex was able to mitigate our mice issue we've been dealing with for 6 years in less than 2 months! We are thrilled with the results and will be going back for preventative treatment in the future! Alex called me about 90 minutes before the appointment time and asked if he could come early, which was great. He arrived and immediately treated my property for carpenter ants. He was polite and professional. I also stated I had an issue with mice in my sheds and he gave me some bait stations. I also signed a contract for them to treat my property 4 times a year as the price was reasonable.

I've had both carpenter ants and mice issues in my house. I called Debug to help out since all the measures I was taking were not working. The ant issue was eliminated almost immediately. Bill, our Debug technician, comes back every few weeks to check the mouse traps and baits. Since we called them, we haven't been hearing mice in the attic and the traps/baits have been quickly killing off the mice that get into the house before they can become a nuisance. Initially, they were responsive - easy to set up an appointment, quick response, and an automated system to confirm the appointment. But once the technician was an hour late, I called the office for an updated ETA and they passed the onus on to the technician, who never called or showed. Then, the office stopped taking any calls abruptly at 5pm though they say they're open until 8pm. Just terrible communication and follow-up. EDIT: After a call with the service manager - who reached out from home - they recognized their mistake, apologized, and worked to correct. New appointment scheduled. Raised from 2 to 4 stars. I've been with them over 10 years. We've gotten to a point where they spray an organic mixture around my foundation and I very rarely get outside bugs in my home. If I see a problem I can call them back to retreat. They even have this ant bait that is out of this world. Its one drop on a little filter paper Is got rid of several colonies of carpenter ants. These ants were so aggressive. 1st they were outside and I was getting 2 or 3 in the house per day and we went on vacation and there was a zillion of them trooping right through the house. After 2 days of that gel bait on filter paper we saw none. I highly recommend.

The technician was very prompt, professional and knowledgeable and explained all aspects of the treatment. He also gave us tips to watch the yellowjackets in case they returned.
