Their communication level is amazing, 2-way text alerts, scheduling flexibility, and everyone on the phone and in-person is super friendly. Aaron handled our treatment today. Arrived promptly when he was scheduled, texted when he was on his way, introduced himself at the door and confirmed the yard and pets were ready. I received a very detailed email minutes after the application was completed. Steven came out to our house today. As he pointed out, this was the first time he had visited our house and it certainly won't be his last time ever. Steven did a fantastic and vey thorough job and went into a lot of great detail on where activity is occurring, especially at the entrance to our garage and in a certain section of our basement. I felt totally comfortable with him in our house and digging around in the basement and checking the concrete sills, as well as going through the rafters in our garage, where he found a substantial mouse nest, which may have started out as a bird's nest. I would definitely recommend Steven inspecting your house, showing you all the potential areas of entry as well as showing you the signs of activity or actual mice in our case in that nest. He also shared some great pointers and tips to help the homeowner do some proactive things on your own if you're the handy type and can help to prevent further interior activity.

We got critters scurrying in our walls. Noah from D&T Pest and Termite Control, INC came out for a free evaluation. He was friendly and engaging, informing us as to where he needed access to and he was courteous enough to ask permission before going into any room in the house. After a thorough investigation, crawling in the attic, dipping into crawl spaces, Noah reported his findings... critters! (mainly mice). He informed us as to the recommended procedure, provided by D&T Pest and Termite Control, was and it seemed reasonable enough to my wife and I. So we had him set some bait in the places where there was evidence of mic. He help us schedule a return visit in 30 days to check on the bait. The whole process was quick and easy. We found a decent sized nest of bald faced hornets in a bush next to our front porch in the morning. We called and were able to have a technician out within several hours to take of the nest. They were excellent! Walked us through the the steps, what to expect, and what the various options were going forward. Pricing was extremely competitive and worth every cent based on the service we received. Will be using D&T going forward for all future pest needs, as well as getting a preventive plan.

D&T has been our choice for pest control for several years. We had issues with mice and they helped control those. I can’t thank Danielle and John at D & T Pest and Termite Control enough for their service! We had a bee problem in our baby’s room. They were coming from the attic hatch, through the light fixtures, it was a nightmare! After several failed attempts through Terminix to find the issue, their lack of concern for the severity of this issue and them ensuring us there was no hive and we just had to “give it time” for the spray to work, we had enough. Weeks of “giving it time” had come and gone and we still actively saw bees in my baby’s room. Immediately after arguing with Terminix of their lack of treatment and lack service, I decided to contact someone local. I contacted D & T Pest and Termite Control and they had a technician out that Monday morning (on time). In less than 5 minutes after explaining the issue, John the technician found a hive in our attic. Not only was he informative, but he was personable and made us feel comfortable since he knew EXACTLY what he was doing and EXACTLY how to take care of it. In under 30 minutes he had removed the hive and treated the affected area appropriately. I wish I had contacted D & T Pest and Termite Control in the first place! I cannot rate them high enough for the service they provided, and how they accommodated my freak out. I can’t thank them enough!

Outstanding company!! I uncovered a termite problem at my house while I was doing some repairs. I called a few different companies to get quotes and whatnot. D & T came to the house, did a full inspection and uncovered another area that I didn't see and neither did the other companies that came. Although D & T were not the lowest in price, they were however, the most thorough, and knowledgeable. D & T is the one call you need to make! I first contacted them about a possible termite infestation. Tim came out the next morning, and immediately upon viewing a specimen I killed the night before, he confirmed it was a termite. I told Tim every spring we've had carpenter ants too. Tim was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his explanation of these types of infestations. He quoted me a price, explained the warranty, and even kindly applied a coupon from their website which I somehow missed. I used Terminix for another house I owned with a termite/ant problem years ago, and the difference in price, service and warranty was night and day. I was so impressed with Tim's personable nature and knowledge that I also signed up for his tick & mosquito program the same day. The following week they were back to do the job. I had to clear out with my dog for a few hours while Tim got to work. When I came back, the termites were making a mass exodus out of the garage! It was unbelievable to watch them swarm out of the door, but again I was highly impressed that he found the nest and was right on it (I felt bad too because apparently they all flew up in his face when he hit it... poor guy!). He had cleaned my kitchen and bathrooms multiple times already before I came home, and it was clear that he was putting a lot of care into this job. Within an hour, the swarming stopped, and I had a few piles of bodies to sweep up that night, but man, did I sleep soundly... not one live termite or ant seen since! They also did the first mosquito and tick application that day, and that evening I grilled dinner outside without one single mosquito anywhere to be seen. We've been enjoying the nice weather outside and feeling so relieved, thanks to D & T. I love when I find a company that provides reasonably priced and reliable services - we're customers for life!

We arrived home from a week long camping trip to find an invasion of wasps in our home. As someone who has a full on phobia of wasps, this was a nightmare situation. Although it was late in the day when we discovered the problem, we had a technician from D & T at our home within two hours of calling. He investigated the situation, gave us his opinion on the best way to take care of the problem, and proceeded to annihilate every wasp he encountered with enthusiasm! He estimated we had a nest about the size of a football within the siding of our home, containing about a hundred bees that were escaping into our attic, and then into the rest of the house from there. He made sure to thoroughly go through and eliminate all of the wasps and gave us instructions on how to proceed going forward. Absolutely great customer service, and we will not hesitate to recommend D& T Pest Control in the future!

I called this afternoon in a panic that there must be a rodent in my house after finding a dropping. From the answering service to the woman in the office to the service man everyone was so friendly and professional! I called early this afternoon and someone came out within just a few hours on such short notice. While they couldn’t find any other droppings or animals they did say they would send the dropping off to someone who specializes in identifying animal droppings and would be able to tell me what kind of animal it would have come from. They also wore booties in the house, which may seem like a given, but more times than not people who have performed other services on our house have come in without them, which drives me crazy since I have a 1 yr old and 2 yr old and we have a “no shoe” policy. Very professional!

They came to our new house after we moved in and discovered an ant problem. During the free inspection they found termites within striking distance of the house, apparently amassing for a full on assault of the various wood that structurally supports our house. They gave me the estimate and after a little discussion the wife and I elected to bring the war to the termites. D&T came back and annihilated the ants with what must have seemed like godlike powers to the ants, and murdered countless generations of termites. I had never considered myself the type to hire mercenaries, but watching D&T work was like watching a pack of Velociraptors let loose on a bunny farm. Word of advice, don't lick the walls when these guys are done.
