My family and I had struggled with a massive ant issue for months. Had multiple companies come out and do the job however nothing worked and we were very unsatisfied. That’s until we found Brinx, We called Jared, he was very friendly and had a very good understanding of what the problem was as to why we had so many ants. Jared then immediately put us on the schedule to come out that same week. He came in and did the job quickly and efficiently and we have not seen a single ant since! I am an extremely satisfied customer and will be calling Brinx if we have issues in the future!

Had an issue develop with Termites starting to eat the deck. Contacted Brinx, Kelly was OUTSTANDING to deal with, and set up an appointment for the next day. I called Brinx after Terminix pulled a no-call no-show and basically excused it away by emphasizing that it's their "busy season" and that the no show didn't cost me any money, just two hours of my time which they apologize for. They let me know that I could take my business elsewhere. So I called Brinx and although it's their busy season I was able to get an appointment for the following day. The guy was very personable and took care of my carpenter ants/bees.
