We have been using the Turf Doctor for several years. Jim Robertson is always very thorough and listens when we have any concerns about our lawn. Also, they are just a phone call away with any questions that we might have in between visits. It took a while but we finally have a lawn that we like! A lot! My sister actually told me the other day that it was so nice it looked fake! 🤗🤗🤗

We have been using Turf Doctor for years!! Always happy with the service provided. Jonny gave us a courtesy call before coming. Our schedules were conflicting. He was very flexible and we worked out a plan. This was his first time at our property and he willingly answered my questions. He was congenial, cooperative and professional. Justin Thomas is very professional and accommodating. He always calls to verify appointments not to interfere with the lawn mowing service. He is polite and courteous. Blaine is always professional and friendly. He lets us know when is coming, and he takes the time to explain what he is applying to the lawn and why. Nichole is also very professional and friendly. She gives us a heads of when she will service the property and makes sure that we have closed windows and turned of A/C units prior to her fogging the property for mosquitos, fleas and ticks.

My lawn has never looked so good and it has only been one season of using the Turf Doctor. I have tried another competitor for 3 years and then gave up because they were a waste of my money! My lawn was in really bad shape before I hired the Turf Doctor and they warned me it would get worse before it gets better but all I saw was improvements and even right now in December it looks so good! Cody J is the best!!! He does a great job of taking care of my yard. We use Turf doctor for mosquito and tick control. The treatments are awesome becasue we can sit outside on the open deck and do not have to worry about biting insects. The dogs can run around the yard and play and we hardly ever see a tick on them from our own backyard. Worth every penny of the service!!!

Once I signed up for the service, Turf Doctor provided the first treatment in a couple days. Let's hope the treatment is as effective as the customer service!

We have Joe Hart for our lawn care, he does a very good job. I had questions on Poison Ivory we have out back, he asked to see it, cause not real sure it was, but it is. I told him what I was using on it. He said that was good, but he gave me some recommendation on other sprays. The next day I went out and got some and started using it. So far so good. Thank you Joe

I have used multiple lawn care companies over the years but two years ago made a decision to hire The Turf Doctor and it was the best decision I made as my lawn has never looked as good as it does now. The staff is professional and do a fantastic job and one think I love is they call a day before they come out to let me know what time they will be arriving as well as what they will be applying on that day as I have them do the complete lawn maintenance lawn, aerating, lime application, Tick & mosquitos treatment. He walked the entire property prior to starting the service to ensure he understood the lay of the land. He was also very knowledgeable about the areas to avoid spraying (budding flowers, garden beds, etc). 3 stars may be generous but I was promised an amazing lawn, better than the competitor I was using and who my neighbors still use and my lawn looks horrible and there's looks amazing. It's still early in the season, so I'll give them a chance, but right now, not impressed. I were at the end of summer and wow!!!! What a great job they did. Works as advertised. A great local company comprised of a group of passionate professionals. The Turf Doctor is prompt, friendly, reliable and fairly priced. They treat my lawn and it's never looked better. Their mosquito and tick control service has significantly reduced mosquitoes and I haven't seen a tick in my yard since the first time their truck pulled in my driveway. Whether it's Wayne, Albert or Peter who show up. They get the job done quickly and most times you don't even know they're there except for The Turf Doctor sign they leave behind.

We are particular about timing...we like to get done immediately in a.m., first visit as we are often using the areas treated by 8.30 a.m. John Sawyer actually texted or called my wife the night before and double checked on our preference, and was 10 minutes early. I owned a lawncare business for 28 years and used Turf Doctor as a subcontractor for 15-16 of those years, and will continue to do so for our apartment buildings and home for years to come.

Best decision we made all summer was to have our lawn treated. Before the treatment we couldn't sit outside at all, after the treatment, we were able to stay out even late into the night without any bugs. It has been safe for our cat and dog, they didn't get a tick all summer. I would highly recommend anyone who deals with mosquitoes or ticks around their home have this done. Great job!

After a longer than usual response (2 weeks) to our calls about a return of carpenter ants, concerns about ticks/mosquitos, and mushrooms on the lawn, we received two calls about the mushrooms yesterday and today Phil Gallant, Pest Control Specialist came to deal with our other two issues. Phil was helpful - explaining the process of ridding our house of ants (what we could expect and when the ants might be gone), and thorough - reviewing the areas to spray for ticks and mosquitos. He was friendly and courteous - easy to work with.

I called. They said they cannot give any estimates and to call back next year in April. Perplexed by this. It's now September. What do they do all winter? I think I will call another service to see if they provide an estimate in fewer than 7 months. If not maybe I will try them again.
