I called Pine State Pest Solutions when I started noticing mouse droppings in my home. Setting traps myself wasn’t cutting it as I didn’t even know where they were getting in! Someone was here the next day inspecting my home and taking care of the problem. They were professional, on time, very nice, and understanding! If you’ve had rodents or other pest problems you know how stressful it can be. Thankful that I will no longer have to be afraid in my own house. I will be able to sleep a lot better not hearing them run around in the walls! Would highly recommend this company to anyone struggling with a pest issue.

They were very prompt, showed up when they said. The technician was kind and very respectful of my fear of mice. He was also respectful of my dogs, making sure any traps or bait stations were not accessible to the dogs. Would highly recommend!!

Ben did a phenomenal job for us. We have a large piece of property and he went about his business quickly and efficiently. I used Pine State Pest Solutions for the first time this year for brown-tail moths and tick/mosquito control. I just assumed it would be incredibly expense but was shocked at how affordable--and effective--it was. They saved my apple trees being decimated by brown-tail moths in one treatment and we went from having ticks being a daily occurrence to not seeing one all summer. Also, the added mosquito treatment left me bug bite free all summer--and that is saying A LOT. I'm a customer for life. Highly recommend giving this local company a call.

Pine State has been treating our house for ticks for two years. Prior to using their services, my son was treated for Lyme twice and we found ticks on our dog and cats almost daily. This past tick season we didn't find a single tick on our animals or in our house. It's worth every penny!

Can you please update your website and information provided on it to be correct? You have stated on your website that "the bald faced hornet is the most common hornet in Maine." Being a pest control company you should at least know that the bald faced wasp is not a hornet and that no hornets natively exist in Maine.

We own an apartment building that unfortunately has had issues with fleas, cockroaches and bed bugs due to previous tenants that were less than clean. Each time Pine State Pest has been friendly, professional, knowledgeable and gets the job done efficiently. Since they have come (and being more careful when selecting tenants) we have not had any more trouble with bugs/pests. And they are also very reasonable with their prices. DO not abandon hope - or sell your home like i almost did! Just call Parker and his crew! 5 stars is not enough for these guys! I cannot say enough good things about this company. The customer service is a A+ +. The application is second-to-none I have used other services that are well-known that cannot even come close to competing with Parker and his crew. I have never had any issues with them and they have been extremely responsive every time that I have called. Before i took the drastic step of just about giving my house away I called Pine State Pest... I have used them for mosquitos and ticks with great results. and then the STINK BUGS took over... I tried EVERYTHING - every home remedy, everything but they were everywhere, I went to the grocery store and one fell out of my purse.. not good! I was at my wits end and called, they came the next day and sprayed.. now i have none! if something smells now i can't blame it on a bug. In the past I had used another local company for mice removal. I have a HUGE mouse problem also, it took several trips to my house.. but the little pitter pat of tiny paws are not ancient history.. If you are looking for Pest Control look no further this is the place you need to be- they are the best hands down

Pine State Pest did an absolutely amazing job. Every technician that we had the pleasure of meeting was not only professional, but extremely knowledgeable. One of the biggest surprises was when the owner of the company showed up the day of the treatment. This company definitely goes above and beyond when it comes to pest management and is very thorough in their approach. The good news is while putting the house back together, we have found no live signs of the little critters. The scary part is that I found many dead ones in the dresser drawers and even in the large dresser nearest the exit to the bedroom. When I first found them on the mattress and then did an inspection of the furniture I couldn’t find a trace. We originally thought the worst of the problem was just the mattress. Just goes to show how crafty these bugs are. So the heat treatment was absolutely the best approach as it was able to eliminate the ones that were hiding in the cracks and crevices.

Great service! We live in thr country with lots of ticks. I was finding ticks in my house on a daily basis. We even had a lyme scare with our 2 year old daughter. We had enough, so we called Pine State. Parker and his team were at our house within days. They sprayed the yard and house perimeter and I have not seen a tick yet! Only 4 stars for now because I was the 1st call of the day & yet the tech was late. Not a huge deal except that I had to keep the chickens confined until he came and the chickens were not happy. The important issues are the staff is great and most importantly is that the ticks are controlled. I am happy with their services & have recommended them from my experience with them last year. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars now 😊

We had a severe carpenter ant infestation in our garage. We called these guys and were expecting them to simply survey the damage and then have to make a separate appointment for them to come back to do the work. They sent two techs over, who checked out damage and immediately went to work treating the inside and the outside of both our home and garage areas. They were personable and professional. A few days later we saw one ant and gave them a second call. They returned and again treated the inside, with a promise to come back to treat the outside one more time, once the rain stopped, which they did. The price was very fair and we would highly recommend them! We plan to use them on a regular basis for maintenance treatments.

Parker from Pine State Pest treated my yard last year for ticks. They had become so prevalent in the moist grass that it was impossible not to have a handful of ticks trying to find a tasty meal every time I weeded or mowed. The other day I spoke with an employee that works here.. Joe I believe his name was. He was doing his job, and I pulled him aside at a store and starting asking him questions about pest control related issues I am having at my business and home. Normally I would get “sorry please call the office to schedule an appointment, or I’m on the clock and I can’t talk right now”. Not this guy.. we talked for about 15-20 minutes, and every question I had I got my answers before the questions were even finished.. very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about his job. You don’t find many employees that are willing to talk or give knowledge without pressing jobs down your throat. I respected that very much. I used a bigger company now, but I will be switching everything over to this company because of this employee. Highly recommend! I’m not sure who the owner is, but you’ve got yourself a good egg with this guy. Keep it up!
