They sent one of the owners, Jake. What other company does that? He was prompt, so informative, friendly and professional! I absolutely love this small business! We’ve been using them for a few years and will continue to use them as long as any spiders and creepy crawlers roam the earth. They have such a fantastic team. Super professional and very efficient. Our most recent service was done by Conner and he was absolutely awesome, it’s clear that he loves what he does and did an amazing job representing Natura. Our home is backed up to a wetlands area so we used to get massive spiders, earwigs, and a plethora of all sorts of bugs and mice. We’ve been here almost 4 years and don’t ever see anything on the interior or exterior of our home and since they automatically come service the exterior of the home, we don’t have to remember to call them for a treatment. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

He was and is incredibly knowledgeable and gives you confidence in his work. Today I had the pleasure of Chris & Miguel as my technicians to treat for wasps & spiders. The tech went above and beyond to make sure I felt satisfied with the amount and the placement of the bait stations. We’ve been using Natura for about 6 months now and we’re always happy with the techs that come out and the service provided. Today we had Connor stop by for a general spray and web/wasp nest removal. He let me know when he arrived on our property, asked if I had any specific issues or problem areas, and promptly got to work. He was polite, professional, and efficient. I like the fact that the office sends automated reminders for when they are going to do a scheduled service and the technician calls before arrival. We have been customers for several years and have always liked that their technicians show up on time and even call a few minutes before each appointment to let us know they are on the way. We are customers of the company on an annual contract. As promised, they will provide service free of additional charge if you ever see pests. I saw mice, calling on a Thursday and they had a tech at my house on Monday. The technician, Miguel, did a great job. He arrived within the time frame promised, he wore booties in the house, and was efficient in providing an inspection of the areas in question, leaving new bait traps as needed. As a side note: since signing up as customers earlier in the year due to the presence of sugar ants, we have not had ants! Highly recommend Natura!!!!

I have been using Natura for quite a few years now and have been very happy with their services. I have sugar ant issues and they come in quarterly to keep them away. However, when the ants appear periodically inside, all I have to do is call the office and they respond within a few days to take care of the ants. We were having the rodent stations checked due to activity in our garage and since the hot weather there was a smell of at least one dead rat somewhere. Zack did a great job; he was friendly, knowledgable and eager to help. They always come out whenever we call about seeing a spider or ant. We had them come out and do a few extra treatments since we are surrounded by mature growth trees and back to a nature preserve. We’ve had many different pest control companies and all the people from Natura who come out are always humble and friendly and glad to help. I used to work in pest control and these guys know their stuff, and based on how happy their pest control techs are, it seems like Natura knows how to keep their employees happy.

We’ve been with Natura since we moved into our newly built home (2020), and we have a quarterly service set up with them. They’re always so nice and responsive. I haven’t seen Summer ants and I’ve only seen very few spiders in my home. We’ve had wasp problems every year but they were quick to come take care of it. Wasps seem to like to set up camp in my backyard so I’m so glad we have Natura who is always available when needed. I’ve also learned from previous homes that pest prevention is key! Chris Grover happened to call at the right time for my service! 2 days ago I SAW a rat going under my house through a vent on the side. I explained the situation and he put a workable solution of a bait box in the vicinity. His explanation of how they work, and the timeframe to expect results in mAde perfect sense, and I feel we’re in good hands. Additionally this time of year is BAD for spiders, so he cleared cobwebs and sprayed all the requisite areas so my tribe will stop getting freaked out.

This was my first experience dealing with a bug infestation, which I initially tried to handle on my own (fruit flies) but the infestation went beyond what I was capable of doing on my own. I was totally overwhelmed, stressed out and unable to live comfortably in my own home. I’m immunocompromised so this was an even bigger issue for me. Natura pest was the first company I reached out to (which is unlike me and I like to see my options) BUT after speaking with Payton, I knew this was the company I was going to go with, which made the whole experience sooo much smoother and less stressful. No one wants to be calling multiple companies stressing out, trying to figure out what to do. Payton was so incredibly compassionate in communicating with me, it felt like I was talking to a family member. I felt so heard, so taken care of and really cared for. I immediately knew that this company had a huge heart and integrity in what they do. I knew I was going to be taken care of and navigated through this stressful time with ease and compassion. And that is what exactly happened. I was so lucky to have Joey sent out for an initial inspection. I had a lot of indoor plants and Payton had mentioned they can have fungus/mold or fruit flies infestation too. Joey is so knowledgeable and intelligent- backed with the most humble and compassionate communication. It felt like I had a friend over, so personable. Talking with him and having him see the inside of my apartment was truly an experience that I gained lifelong wisdom and knowledge from. He knows an incredible amount about plants, took the time to explain it all to me, inspect my plants and come up with a plan on how to bring my home back to pre-infestation. I felt really heard and respected and taken care of by Joey. He went above and beyond and even helped me move my very heavy plants to the outdoor trash- as I’m physically disabled. I cannot say enough good things about this company except that they didn’t feel like working with a company but working with a network of close friends and family and I’m truly lucky to have gained them as a part of my community and support network. I’m so grateful for them.

Called Natura about a bees nest in our sauna. Dalton was on site the next business day, sprayed the bees and said they would be gone in 3 days. The bees were eliminated in 3 days like he said and Connor came out the following Saturday to remove nest and make sure bees were gone. They also went around the house, shop and outbuildings knocking nests and spraying. We're really satisfied with Natura pest control and will use them as our pest control experts!

Had a ant problem, looked around online at several places. Natura had great reviews not just on google but also locals and local social media pages. Had tried several different sprays, traps, gel from local stores may have temporarily worked but they also came back. We signed up for a 1 year service where they come by quarterly and since then havent had an ant problem since also very rarely see any other bugs like spiders and such. They came today for the quarterly service sprayed all around the exterior and some places inside. I believe tech name was Mike he was willing answer any questions and had great info and response. We will keep using them as their service works and i dont have to follow up they just show up when it's time. Also any time a issue with ants comes up between services just need to call them and they are back out free of charge. Good company and great service!

I always knew when they were coming for the quarterly service and knew what they did if I was home or not. They were great communicators. Last summer my neighbor introduced me to another pest control business that was was a little cheaper. So I decided to save some money. That was a huge mistake. They didn't show up for the quarterly service even after calling them. And to this day, I really don't know what if anything they did the last 8 months. As luck would have it, I got an email from Natura asking me to come back. I jumped right on it. Within a few days a very knowledgeable representative, Colton, from Natura came and serviced my home. Explained in detail what he was going to do. Colton was a very nice young man who knows what he is doing. After he finished the service he went over what he found and I know in 3 months he will be back. One of the great things about Natura is when you see ants, mice or moles you just give them a call and they come out fast. I know this because of what they did for me before. Sign up with them as soon as you can because you won't be sorry. Take it from me who made the mistake of going with someone else for 8 months and regretted it. Vince with Natura came out to do my quarterly service. He was great! I expressed my concerns with our box elder problems and he seemed to genuinely care. He really wanted to do a great job for me! I really like using Natura. I like the smell of the essential oils they use and feel comfortable knowing they aren’t spraying with a bunch of nasty chemicals. Natura sent their best bug fighting superninja Chris to the rescue and before long we were insect free and have remaind so ever since. No more checking under the blankets for toe chewing spiders before bedtime. No more waking up to all the ants in the world collectively stealing our poor cat's food. Chris rocks. Bugs fear him. They speak of him in hushed voices and scatter like fall leaves when they see that green and white van drive up the street. Also props on their branding, I assumed they were a national franchise but my boy Chris informed me they're a locally owned mom and pop, so well done. Natura is legit, they do it right. Hire them. Keep your money local and kill a bunch of bugs, it's a win-win. Also did I mention Chris rocks?

We struggled over the summer with ants that didn’t seem to want to leave but the guaranteed repeated visits (3 in two weeks), eventually killed them off. They have several different ways of treating for ants and I appreciate that all of them are non-toxic. Chris is personable, and trustworthy. ((Some of your newer technicians should be trained with him, as I bet they would benefit from his work and behavior in public!))

I would say the service is ok. I don't have any benchmark to compare it, but the company is responsive. A typical service takes about 10-20 minutes and they service your home once every three months. They are similar to other companies in terms of billing and price, however the main difference is they can bill you monthly, where other companies will bill you quarterly. In my experience a service once every three months is not nearly enough. And I have had to call them to come out multiple times per month in many occasions, which is why I day they are responsive. The additional service calls are free but need to be requested. They usually come to service within a couple of days. My main reason for testing the service was due to the wide range of pests that they try to eliminate, however I am still dealing with excessive amounts of slugs, spiders, beetles, mosquitoes and crane flies and most discouraging the bait stations have not eliminated my rodent problem. I am on the fence in terms of renewing my contract next year. I don't see any benefit over the winter months if the service can't control rodents at the most likely time of year they would infiltrate the home. Comparatively I haven't found any reasonable service directly focused on rodents that I would pay for.
