Excellent service as usual. The technician Ryan was here to do an inspection regarding rodent eradication efforts. Which has been successful thanks to their maintenance and services. We let him know about a yellow jacket nest we were recently aware of next to our foundation. He promptly took care of it right away. It is a relief to know that any pest issues we may have we will be addressed in a thorough and professional way. This company is good at communicating, scheduling and performance and we would recommend their services to all our friends and neighbors. Good work!

I was really impressed with Interstate pest management company. This was my first time using them. I called in the morning and they were out that afternoon to treat my house for ants. Charlie was who came out to do the job and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was quick and went right to work . He explained the process to me and timelines as what to expect as far as results go. I was really impressed with the friendliness of every person I interacted with on the phone. Service: rodent inspection Bob was right on time for the appointment window we had scheduled. Very courteous, professional and thorough. He explained what he was going to do and answered questions that I had. Upon completion of his inspection in the crawl space he gave a detailed and easily understood account of his findings and showed me photos of the areas that needed to be addressed. He offered to do the repairs and when asked if my husband could do them he explained what needed to be done. Would definitely call Interstate Pest Management again if the need arises - but hopefully that won't happen!

Bob and the company as a whole are so kind, and professional. From the first initial call in they treated our home and family as a valued customer. They have excellent communication, very prompt and did a through job. Exceeded all expectations! Justin was very punctual. He is very knowledgeable about these services provided by Interstate Pest Management. He explained the difference between rodents and wildlife in their habitat and how to get rid of these pest. He examined the parameters of my home which involves get on the roof, checking the attic and settings traps. He pointed to the ports of entry of these rodents and squirrels. He also treated the outsides of my home. He is very methodical in his explanation of procedures of pest control. I look forward to working with Interstate Pest Management.

Dave came by, right on time, to take care of 3 wasp nests. He also inspected for termites, treated the perimeter of the property for pests and dusted for spiders. He was very friendly and worked efficiently. I received top A+ service at an affordable price. I had called another company prior to calling Interstate for wasp removal and they quoted me with a price that would have cost me more for the wasp removal than I spent on the wasp removal + 3 orher services (all included with Interstate's quarterly plan). The other company was a little slow getting back to me with a date and time for the wasp removal, which worked out in my favor.the delay gave me the opportunity to call another company and I'm so glad that I called Interstate and gave them a try.

I appreciated the 20 minute external check for access points and the traps that were placed outside by those places. I was a bit disappointed with the internal check and placement of traps. They were all placed on the ground by the pantry and back door. (1 was put on an upper shelf) There was no check of the attic or inside the fireplace. We have to relocate most of the traps to the rafters to prevent someone accidentally stepping on them and to give the rats something to go to before getting to the food in the pantry. Fortunately, we still do not have any rodents inside the living space of the house. Overall Chris was polite and gave lots of pets to our excited fur baby 🐶 she loved every minute of it. He said he'll come back in 2 weeks to check the status of the infestation.

I was very happy with the work that Herlindo and his team did to replace the insulation that was impacted by squirrels and mice previously in our attic. They were very thorough, and they did all their very quietly, except for a limited amount of necessary noise. My office was very near where the work was being done and I was able to work almost the entire time they were there. I asked Herlindo several questions about the type of insulation and the damage that he observed and he explained it all to me. I was very satisfied with the the work they did.

Bryce Vaughn was excellent today. He checked an area that was new to us for "animal droppings" and let us know that they were from bats. He let us know that he would alert "headquarters" of the problem and that someone would contact us to do an inspection for bats and give us a bid for work to be done to solve the problem. Otherwise, Bryce did his usual full service alerting us to the active bait traps and asking if we had other questions. We are very pleased with his service as many times we are not home because of part-time work.

I suspected a hornets nest in my Cedar tree directly above the compost pile. (they were entering and exiting through the same area, regularly and in fairly large numbers.) Made an appointment for the next day, my guy was on time, friendly, professional. He left no stone unturned and...yay! No hornets, no nest...some kind of pollenator bees. They were alarmed but did not attack or become aggressive. We decided to leave them alone but he told me if there were any issues in the future to just give the office a call. He checked in with the office and told me there was NO charge! 🥰😊👍 Office staff was also friendly and helpful. In the future I would not hesitate to call them or recommend them. 💜💙💚

All of the above. These people are a class act. They came out today to check on a possible cockroach problem. Turns out it wasn't big enough for the full extermination, and only required baiting and some traps. They'll be back in 2 weeks to check on it unless we call them first. They don't try to sell you what you don't need, and what you do need is treated at a very reasonable price. They also leave us with supplies like traps, and that's all included in the $60 we paid today. Once again, Interstate comes through.

We recently moved to Chehalis from Auburn and were looking for a pest company that could meet our needs. We bought a house that seems to have been a great breeding ground for spiders. Kevin listened to my concerns, looked at a few places that we’ve seen them the most and then laid out his action plan. After treating the property he let me know that we do indeed have many spiders (luckily not the bad kind) under the flashing of the roof. I informed him that we are replacing the roof and he let me know that they would come back out when the roof was off and spray under it to help control these little many legged guys. Crawl space removal and replacement of vapor barrier and insulation was our project. The on site supervisor kept us informed on the progress of the task and was always happy to discuss the project and the tasks to still be accomplished. The removed items were taken daily from the site or stored in the crawl space safely from weather and the site was always clean. The project started as scheduled and was completed as planned. Our thanks go out to the crew. They were great.

We have relied on Interstate Pest to keep our house free of odorous house ants for a number of years. We have a quarterly plan, but if those tiny, persistent and brilliantly organized ants or any other pest, such as rats appear (because a neighbor two houses down feeds the crows, thus attracting all manner of guests) Interstate Pest has been excellent about responding and stopping by on an as needed basis without extra charge. They seem to be able to recruit a friendly and conscientious staff, and have really been a tremendous help. We're grateful for their service!

My first experience has been a wonder so far. Interstate is open 7 days a week, got an appointment within 3 days of my initial call. Tracy was informative and clear on the phone--present for all my questions and multiple calls while I was checking with the property owner, and Justin was super knowledgeable and considerate, and went above and beyond; helping me move heavy equipment so that I could do a quick clean and create access, quickly identified problem areas, ascertained points of entry, and then took clear actions to mitigate, shared appropriate and funny stories and had genuine concern for my cat. They explained everything, listened to my concerns and experiences, answered my questions and let me know what to expect and when to call them back. The All Season is the way to go. I'm relieved and confident going forward knowing that I can call them as needed and that there will be weekly visits until the rodent problem is under control and then quarterly check ins for maintenance.

The latest update 4/30/22: last week I had the same company coming back to my place and covering the holes in my house. I see my racoon regularly walking around making his business but there is no way for him to get IN so he has a very sad look on his face 🤣😅🤣 I appreciate the manager finding time to talk to me and discuss how I felt this issue needs to be fixed. We even agreed on no more charges billed to me. Thank you, JT ! 4/20/22: I expected two holes into my crawlspace to be repaired after it was confirmed that my racoon isn't there at the moment however Interstate tech stated he doesn't have any material with him anyway and thinks that we need to wait 2 weeks to see if racoon develops a habit of going in regularly. I placed a camera down there but dozens of videos I have each night wasn't enough for him. He still insisted on placing the paper into one hole, coming back again in about two weeks to check if the paper got touched supposedly proving his destructive behavior and the need of catching him. My opinion is that I need to close the "doors" first to Prevent this from happening. Per tech he will need to catch them all slowly later to make sure the one who's going in is caught too. In two weeks I will have the whole zoo living in my crawlspace and catching ALL will be a bankruptcy case. Needles to say it was 125$ and I still need to deal with it trying to find someone who does bring a material right away to seal it up.

What a reputable business! I contacted Interstate as we had seen a few termites around the house. They asked for photos if we had them and they would attempt to ID from that. Not only where they able to confirm it is a likely non-issue, they responded within 30 min and didn't try to "sell" us on anything - just told us to keep an eye out and reach out if it becomes a larger problem. I’ve been on the quarterly plan for many years and no longer have any issues with large spiders in my house. They have also done a good job at getting rid of the yellow jackets and their nests. Sugar ants were terrible at my home too, but the treatments have kept them at bay. Each summer, the ants try to come back, but disappear with the first treatment. This season, I tried a couple inside my house ant traps and they worked awesome! Set them up in my kitchen and saw the ants going inside within 30 minutes. We left town for a couple days and when we returned, no more ants! Not a single one! We have some farm animals and a dog that wander the property but Zakk demonstrated that they wouldn't be able to get to the rodentcide and they'd only need to be kept away from the pesticide for about an hour after spraying. Initially came just for an inspection and bid, but was willing to do some quick same-day work. Interstate Pest Management was very responsive to my call about sugar ants entering my house near my front door. Brad, the owner, came out the same day and sprayed all around my house and garage area. He educated me about ant society and behavior and said there would be a follow up visit in two weeks. Brad also told me that it takes a while before the ants are all dead. They take baited food back to the nest and that’s where the magic happens. After 8 days, I was still seeing ants near the front door but not nearly as many as before. I called again and asked for a follow up spray just near the front of the house. Again, the company was very responsive and my property was sprayed again the next day. I’m really pleased with the customer service. Again, I got more education about ants which helps me understand that the process takes time. I’m pleased with the knowledge of Interstate Pest Management’s staff, how responsive they are to my concerns, and that they seem to have their act together in terms of office efficiency. We’ve used interstate pest going on 2 years now for our regular pest control. They are a dream to work with. When we moved in we discovered we had a rat problem. Interstate came out and spent a lot of time putting out pet friendly traps in many places and the problem was resolved in a few weeks. They are very mindful of what bait they use and take great caution when they know pets or children are factors. Since then they keep us scheduled regularly for insects. If something comes up and I can’t meet the tech they always do the perimeter and leave me a note letting me know they were there. They just couldn’t make it easier. We had a brief invasion of squirrels a few weeks ago and they came right out, found and plugged the access points. Their technicians are polite, professional, and punctual. Everyone in their office isn’t pleasant to work with and most importantly they are honest. We just couldn’t be happier with their service.

I have been a customer of Interstate Pest Management for a number of years, now, and have been quite satisfied with their services and rates during this time. Their technicians are knowledgeable when it comes to ants, spiders and other unwanted creatures I'd rather not share my home with. Initially, they came to rid my kitchen of unwanted sugar ants who return when the weather gets warm. They put down "bait traps" which the ants retrieve and take back to the nest. Fortunately, my pets (3 cats), are not interested in the traps and don't ever disturb them. When Brandon, Donovan or another technician comes quarterly (or more often, if needed), not only do they take care of ants, they also sweep the spider webs from my windows, check for hornet nests and possible rat infestation, a real problem in Portland this past Winter. I recommend this company highly for they are environmentally friendly as well.
