Joe was the technician who visited on 8/21 for our quarterly visit primarily established for mice control. Joe provided excellent service. He was polite, pleasant, clearly explained what he was doing and was very thorough. He took the time to carefully inspect the area and identify openings that needed attention and attended to them (this has not been the practice of other technicians who have done quarterly visits, usually they refill the bait and seem to consider their task complete). He also explained the need to add additional equipment given the signs he observed. IMO he deserves a 5 star rating and his service was much appreciated and made me feel as if this is a service worth paying for (there have been times that I have doubted this in the past). Thank you Joe!

Our home inspection and pest removal experience with Green Shield Pest Solutions, particularly our technician Joe, was a top notch experience today. Joe absolutely jumped into our problem with both feet and quickly found the source of our issue, not only treating the trouble spots but ably removing what looks like months (if not years) of wasp home-making in a difficult-to-access area. His diligent and careful work went a great distance toward relieving us of a great deal of concern over our newly-discovered wasp problem in our new home. We are glad that we went with Green Shield for our issue and hope that our continued business with them throughout the next year has us working with Joe as often as possible!

Green Shield has been great so far. I've had a contract with them since last spring and they come out quarterly for preventative coverage. I had an issue with carpenter ants when I first moved into my newly built home and they were here once, laid bait and I haven't had a problem since! Very rarely do I see a bug in my house thanks to their perimeter prevention. Very happy! Shayne is usually my treatment specialist, he's great!

Called Green Shield after moving into a new house when we started noticing ticks on our dog multiple times a week. Since the first treatment we haven’t noticed a single tick. Knocked those mosquitos out too! Joe is our technician and he took great care of our yard all summer. A friend recommended green sheild and I'm so glad they did. They came right away the first time and we noticed a bit more tick activity after the first spray so they sent someone out to spray again (free of charge) we just had our second monthly treatment and the technician was amazing! Joe went above and beyond, even finding a baby bird I had been taking care of. He kept me in the loop throu the whole process,sprayed everywhere and was really nice and thoughtful. We've consistently seen less and less ticks and mosquitoes and are able to enjoy our yard. 10 out of 10 p.s of you can request a person I would 100% ask for Joe every time! Update we are now on our 5 treatment and since treatment 2 not one tick, the mosquitoes are way down and even have less ants! Absolutely recommend greenshield! Once again our technician Joe was amazing, even though we've been through this a few times he still keeps me in the loop, answers all of my questions and goes out of his way to be helpful. Even in the horrible heat we were having he was super friendly and didnt skimp on his job! Ask for Joe! Update: since the tick treatment went so well we have added in rat/mice terminating and Nick just left, he was amazing at answering any and all our questions, showing us where problem areas might be and fixing them, told us what to expect, how the certain products he was using worked, used a multi step solution and really was just a nice guy. If anyone needs pest services I would absolutely use green sheild. They use products that target the specific problem and doesnt harm anything else, are affordable and honestly out of the few I've personally met seem to be generally truly nice people

From the first telephone contact to the actual visit, we have been very satisfied with this company. Both Colby, on the telephone, and Brian, in person during our appointment, were thorough in explaining what they would do to eliminate our rodents (the ants and bees were treated without extra fees). Brian even retrieved a long-lost favorite spatula that had disappeared behind our stove, an added bonus. We feel better, knowing that the mice living in our attic, basement, and elsewhere will do no further damage. Highly recommended.

Yellow jacket problem in a small roof over a side door. Called and spoke to Louise who directed me to her son Colby. Both were very professional, Colby explained the whole process and emailed the contract. We only wanted the one time service. Angel was the technician who came 2 days later, was very thorough. I found Green Shield Pest Solutions from a google search and it had some of the best reviews in the area and I know why. They are great! Came out right away assessed our rodent problem and walked us through the plan for the service for the year. Brian was able to find the issue the hole where the mice were getting in and sealed it right away with steel wool and foam on top. We haven't noticed any activity so the traps are doing the job! Also we asked Brian to wear a mask due to having an unvaccinated toddler in the house and without question he and his colleague put them on. 10/10 would recommend for a pest removal needs!
