I've had the Advanced Pest Solution team over to my house to spray the property for bugs a few times this summer, as well as having them come for a home inspection for flies. They have been very professional and detail oriented each time. Every service they do, they leave you with a detailed and personal invoice so you know exactly what was done where, and any recommendations they may have for you to do to help with any issues we're experiencing. They are stand up honest people who care about their work and their relationship with the customer.

We started using Advanced Pest Solutions about 3 yrs ago. We have a seasonal camp and needed to get rid of carpenter ants and mice. They do an excellent job! When I close up camp, I no longer have to put everything away. So much easier now. No more mouse remnants and droppings. Totally gone! We are going to get the little camp open again and hiring them to help me get the place clean, starting with the ceiling tiles coming down, and eliminating years of gross-ness. They are 100% great at what they do. And I will continue their services every year. They have made my camp life so much easier!

Highly recommend Advanced Pest Solutions!! They perform a triannual service for me at my lake house and I have noticed a huge difference in reduction of all activity in my house, especially mice and other rodents. The are able to service my house without me being there which I appreciate and also make sure to keep it very clean. They are wonderful at communicating with service reminder emails, calls with updates and then detailed notes post the visit. I feel you get a great value for the wonderful service they provide. If you want a great quality and service getting rid of ticks and mosquitoes this is your company. They came today for the first time and Ken showed up right on the dot friendly and easy to chat with and was done really quick. They worked with my schedule. I was worried about my pets by they set my mind at ease as I have 2 dogs and never done this before. So if you want a great friendly and awesome company this is the company.

We started using Advanced Pest Solutions last year at our home in Gardiner and were so happy with them that I called them recently to help with my mom’s home in Boothbay. We could not be more happy with the professionalism and over the top service. Aside from being so thorough, inspecting mom’s house and explaining everything he was doing, and then finally addressing the rodents in the basement and build up of spider webs down there, he recognized that mom is elderly and can’t get into the basement easily and offered to replace all the blown lightbulbs, talk about over the top service! Thank you for being such a wonderful partner in helping us control these pesky pests! You guys are are simply wonderful!

They walked around my property with me and pointed out access points in my house that mice could use to get in and gave me recommendations about what I could do to prevent it from happening again. I was pleased to get this personalized service. Then they treated my house, outbuildings and yard. We called Advanced Pest Services with a bad ant problem…. They responded immediately and came the next day!! They treated the house inside and out… then, recommended a rodent treatment. After about a week, we spotted a few ants here and there. I called them for a return visit and again they showed up on time and delivered!! NO MORE ANTS!!! No more rodents!! They also took every cobweb on every floor of the house and treated for spiders!! My place was a mess and they came in and did the job!!! So happy!!! Thank you for being a true professional!! I was under contract in my due diligence period (170 Thayer Rd Whitefield, ME 04353) and discovered extreme rot/termite damage to the 1810 structure. I called Advanced Pest Control to get some information. I ran out of time and decided to offer the sellers a reduced price due to the quoted structural repair $35k and they passed on my offer. After hearing back from Advanced Pest Control I now know in the future that he would come inspect and give a certificate that would follow the house regardless if I bought or not. The sellers in this case are not disclosing this condition which is very disheartening and wish there was more I could do to warn the next buyer. I will definitely hire APC as soon as I'm under contract again. Thank you for the returned call as well as informing me on how to proceed in the future when termites are found.

Advanced pest set up a trap for us to get rid of ground hogs and ended up removing the ground hog as well as a skunk and raccoon. Quick response time and excellent customer services!
