In March 2022, I contacted Rattlesnake Solutions (RS) for a snake fencing quote. Jill came out in a timely manner for the quote. I found her to be friendly and informative, answering all of my questions. The quote was for 403 feet of snake fencing, and two gated entrances, the total cost was $6,119.52 (included a 10% veteran discount - thank you!). The install began about 3 weeks after the quote. The first person came out and trenched the fence line so that the snake fencing could be buried 6-8" below ground; that was a 4-hour process. The next guy came out the same day and addressed the gates by adding snake fencing to the gates, including metal edge guards to cover the gaps on the edges of the gates where they meet the fence, as well as pouring cement in the gate opening, where the bottom of the gate meets the ground; this was a 2-hour process. He came back the next day and installed the 403 feet of snake fencing by screwing it into the existing wrought iron fence. They buried about 6-8" of the snake fencing and left 40" above ground attached to the iron fence. They cemented the snake fencing at the fence corners, as well as where it met the house and the block fence wall. The install of the 403' of fencing took 7 hours. A total of 13 hours of work for the entire project. Overall, I'm very happy with the outcome. The only negative I can say (hence the 4 stars instead of 5) is the price is very high, which I knew beforehand, but I knew the install would be done correctly. I received two other quotes for snake fencing prior to signing with RS. One was for about $3,000 MORE than RS, and the other was for about $1,970 total. I didn't go with the quote for $1,970 based on speaking to the guy and how he said the install would be done; I knew there would be problems later (this was from the company that I received a quote from to install a wrought iron fence).

Rattlesnake solutions is great to deal with from start to finish. They returned my phone call promptly and Jill came out to give us an estimate at a very convenient time. Michael was right on time as scheduled to do the installation of a sturdy mesh and nearly invisible barrier on our view fence, along with protection at the gates and the entrance to our courtyard. Their work was very thorough, expedient and professionally done. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and delightful to work with. They are also great in explaining their services and gave me extensive information about rattlesnakes. I just wish we had done this sooner because snakes have been an issue at our house since we moved in 20 years ago and the makeshift barriers we installed were not nearly enough to discourage all the rattlers in our neighborhood. I would highly recommend them and will use them again if we ever relocate.

Rattlesnake solutions is an amazing company. Most people are quick to kill a snake when they see it. These guys (and gals) are on call for people who understand we are in the snakes territory. In mid July, my two year old Springer Spaniel was bitten by a rattle snake in our yard. Fortunately, she recovered and is her joyous, spunky self. After the bite, we had to figure out how to make the yard safe. I read about Rattlesnake Solutions and decided to give them a call. Not only do they know how to protect people and pets, but they understand snakes and will help with their removal. They safeguarded our yard with all the appropriate additions, as we live in Saddlebrooke with desert and washes all around us. The price was very reasonable considering it took them more than 6 hours, not counting the original walk through to see what was needed. AND THEN, after the bill was paid, they discovered they had forgotten to give me a promised discount. I didn't notice it was missing, but this week, the check with the amount of the discount arrived in the mail. Best customer relations ever. Not only are they worth every penny, but they put their customers first. Thank you! In this day and age, you are a rare gift to us as caring and conscientious business people.

We had a rattlesnake blocking our front door that did not seem to want to move away. We called Rattlesnake Solutions and they came over right away, even though it was very late on a Friday evening. The gentleman who came to the house was so professional and very calmly captured the snake. He looked around the entire front patio and surrounding area to make sure there weren't any "buddies" hanging out, before transporting the snake out to a desert area, safely away from residences. We own a dog training business in AZ and Rattlesnake Solutions sealed up our training area for us to prevent unwanted entry of wild rattlesnakes. Conveniently it also helps keep some other animals (rabbits, Sonoran toads, etc) from getting in and causing problems. We are extremely pleased with their work. I think they did an exceptional job on the gates especially. They are 100% functional yet close so tightly even a baby rattler won't be getting in. Jill was great to work with and Michael slaved away in the heat with great care and attention to detail. He walked the property with me, he gave me a hand out and said to call anytime for help if any snakes are ever seen (inside of course) but also outside the property. The cement is still drying in the pictures, but wanted to write a review right away. THIS IS SO WORTH IT !!! Have peace of mind and have Rattlesnake Solutions out to resolve all you snake dilemmas. My mom was visiting me while enjoying Arizona’s beautiful weather. We went out to my backyard to find an unwelcome visitor. We didn’t know what to do. Rattlesnake Solutions had been recommended on the Nextdoor App so I found the phone number. We were concerned since we were calling on a Sunday evening that we wouldn’t get a hold of anyone. We were relieved when our call was answered. We were quite impressed with the response time which was about 30 minutes. Bryan safely retrieved the snake and then checked the rest of yard to make sure there weren’t anymore and looked for other visible signs that my backyard wasn’t his home. We have a hillside home in Fountain Hills, our backyard looks over a deep wash. In the first 6 months after our build, we had only three (that we know of!) scaly visitors to our yard, but that was enough for us! Even though our dogs received RS training, we wanted to have extra security and used Rattlesnake Solutions to provide and install our snake fencing. They were thorough and installation went great - we are happy with the result. The only reason for 4.5 stars is that they left some construction trash. Overall, very happy!

On the day of a party, I found by our entrance a fairly large gopher snake which needed relocating. Rattlesnake Solutions was the third call I made and the first one to connect me to a live person. I had an amazing experience with Rattlesnake Solutions LLC. I manage a Residential Community that is still under construction. I was notified by a resident that there were "several" baby rattlesnakes in one of our community parks. I had never used Rattlesnake Solutions before so did not have any relationship set up with them. I was so pleasantly surprised with the prompt attention they gave me. The took the call immediately and let me know they would have someone at my community in about an hour - which in of itself, was impressive. They had to wait for directions to the park where the snakes were seen due to a miscommunication between me and my landscape crew - but did not even seem irritated about the wait. It turned out that there were no rattlesnakes but they identified the snakes that were on site and gave some helpful information regarding baby rattlesnakes that will help us better identify in the future. Our home in Tucson is at the edge of an arroyo with lots of lovely desert wildlife, including rattlesnakes. We don't mind the snakes (they were here first) except when they show up under foot in our backyard or patio area. We don't have a proper rattlesnake fence yet so this is happens fairly frequently. So far we've had to call Rattlesnake Solutions twice at night to catch snakes. In both cases they arrived promptly. They quickly captured the snakes and relocated them to previously mapped out remote areas with suitable shelter and food sources. In each case, they took time to inspect the area for other snakes and offered advice about avoiding dangerous encounters. These folks really know their stuff, genuinely care the snakes, and are polite and professional. Really a model business - we recommend them to all our friends!

We had a rattlesnake in our yard one evening and our dog was barking to warn us while he was trapped. I was able to get my dog out of the yard, but the snake was rattling when I did so. It was terrifying. I contacted Rattlesnake Solutions - they were highly recommended from neighbors - and they called back almost immediately and were able to come out a few days later, install barriers on our gate and fill any gaps in our yard, and search for any other pests in our yard. We had a rattlesnake problem. We had a rattlesnake in our yard. I disposed of it. Next week another one. We had 4 different rattlesnakes in our yard in 4 weeks. Now I'm convinced we need help. I called Rattlesnake Solutions and talked to Jill. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about her work. After talking with her I was confident this was the company I needed. A few days later they sent our their technician Greg. He walked the property with me and told me everything about rattlesnakes and what he was going to do to rattlesnake-proof my property. He did a great job. He sealed up every way a snake, or any other rodent, can get in. I can't say enough good things about him or his quality of work. I would highly recommend this company. I can't thank Rattlesnake Solutions enough for their quick response and careful removal of a mama and 8 baby rattlesnakes from our front porch. Rattlesnake Solutions installed over 200-feet of snake fencing for our dog run in only three days. We chose to have the 1/4-inch mesh installed to the top fence rail. Her estimate was $400 less than the other one we got. They didn't try to sell us protection we didn't need. Jill said that they wouldn't be able to install for about six weeks. When we recently found ourselves calling quite frequently, we decided it was time for snake fencing! 4/6 rattlesnakes we have had have been near our front door/patio/courtyard area, this made the decision for fencing an easy one! My entire new home is open fencing on all sides to a VERY active desert area. Snakes everywhere....including my pool water feature! Rattlesnake Solutions were very quick to respond. They educated me on harmful and not harmful snakes but agreed that no snake is welcome in your pool area. They professionally installed snake fencing and sealed up each and every crack and point of entry. With dry leaves and grass making noise, and 4 dogs barking their heads off, we didn't get a good look at it in the dusk. I was so grateful that he was able to do a thorough search and make sure that my dogs were safe in their backyard. This was the second time I called them to remove a rattlesnake, the first time was last summer. For some reason after living here 20 years I’ve gotten more rattlesnakes recently. Since they are dangerous to both me and my horses I called Rattlesnake Solutions Tucson. Dave gave me an estimate, came out as quickly as possible, and captured the snake. He follows AZ Game and Fish guidelines as to where to release it. He asks that you keep watch on the snake from a safe distance while he is en route as the snakes can move quickly and pretty far. The cost is reasonable for safe removal. I am good at identifying snakes but if you don’t know what kind of snake you have he will do that for you.

I have had RS LLC come out to my house on the mountain preserve multiple times. Most recently, this Monday morning when I had a pink speckled rattler coiled up at my front door. RS arrived within about 35 mins, which I though was amazing. The team is always professional and you can tell they care about taking care of the snakes vs just killing them. I know the the price may be prohibitive for some people, but I feel its worth it to have the snake carefully and humanely relocated.

The installer was Greyson Getty. Like all Rattlesnake employees, he was prompt, professional open to queries, experienced and does good work. These guys are amazing!! I called in the biggest panic of my life after letting my 5 dogs out to run into a very large and very angry Diamondback Rattlesnake in my backyard. It was the first I'd ever had to deal with in the 16 years I've been here, but of course it had to happen at 10:00 at night when I was alone. The firemen/police wouldn't come because we live on a wash and they only come out if it is trapped and cannot get out on its own and they said "he came in, he'll go back out." But within 15-20 minutes of my panicked call, our guy was here and found me in my backyard and had the snake corralled safely. Then he explained how he would live release him somewhere very safe, far away, in a location that would encourage him to stay there. When we expressed concern over our dogs, he let us know that they also do avoidance training for the dogs and barrier fencing the keep the snakes out, but only if we were interested. We, of course, asked to be contacted. I'm so so SO glad I called, and will forever use them for everything snake related in the future!!

We contacted Rattlesnake Solutions after our dog was bitten by a rattlesnake. I was not home at the time and my wife's priority was getting the dog to the Vet immediately. After several days of searching for the critter, I was not successful finding it. Melisa came out to our home literally immediately after contact. Her depth of knowledge, professionalism, empathy and dedication to task were remarkable. She was not in a rush and took the necessary time to do things right. Unfortunately, she did not find the snake either but days had also passed. She checked the backyard (scene of the crime), front yard, shed, and garage. We definitely got great value for our money. She pointed out areas of concern, despite my prior efforts at snake proofing. We knew it was a younger snake from the bite marks. I am more familiar with larger rattlesnakes from hiking. After learning how little space a young snake requires to get through something, I knew our prior efforts were not adequate. She asked about our interested in someone that could snake proof our yard professionally. I said yes and she arranged for a no charge evaluation for snake fencing. I was pleased to get contacted quickly the same day. Melisa was a real pleasure to work with and we felt more confident our visitor had moved on to another area after her visitation for the search. If I compare my thoroughness to Melisa's thoroughness, she was about 500 times better and it was my yard. Eric contacted us shortly after Melisa left our property and setup an appointment for the following morning (our choice). Eric actually arrived early. He called me prior and left a message about being ahead of schedule but I missed it until after I finished my morning exercise routine. I came back from the kennel to find him hard at work, after going over things with my wife. Just like Melisa the day before, Eric was very knowledgeable, professional, emphatic and dedicated to the task. Even with a day to digest what Melisa told me, Eric pointed out more items of concern or interest. He was careful with measurements and pictures of literally everything for future reference and this turned out to be important later on. As it turned out the job I did against the desert in our backyard was not too bad but our front gate areas could be described as porous regardless of what I originally thought. Eric was prepared for HOA typical concerns and how to address that also. He was totally prepared and sent an email that evening with a well presented quote. I sent back questions, which he answered immediately. After digesting it, we asked for another quote with more than originally recommended. He had the revised quote to us the same evening (He had his pictures and measurements beyond original thoughts from earlier in the day - good job!). I advised we would get back to him in the morning and asked for a general time frame for the work. We contacted him the following morning with signed contract. He advised that Nick would contact us in two or three days with more information and followup during the process. I could have set my watch by the timeliness of Nick's contact. He gave us a day for the upcoming work and was flexible with changing the date, if necessary. He also provided us with the name of the person assigned to do the work. Nick advised he would be in contact throughout the process. We are in wait mode right now but I can advise that the timeliness of contacts and promises are terrific. There is little doubt in my mind about the quality of work to expect and correctness relative to expectations are of upmost importance to them. I would highly recommend at any at time. The quality of the people representing the company make a very large positive statement.

Great service! I encountered a diamond back in my front patio in north Scottsdale. It went under a pot and did not emerge. Concerned that there was a den there, I called Rattlesnake Solutions and Brian arrived within 25 minutes. (This was a Friday morning around noon in early March.). I showed him a picture I had taken and he confirmed it was a rattle snake and identified it as a young female. After investigating and moving the pot, he ran water into the hole and she emerged in about 5 minutes. After putting her in a closed bucket, he proceeded to check for signs of other snakes while explaining their habits and how I should be alert for males to come around if her scent lingered. All in all, a frightening experience became a highly educational one due to Brian’s calm demeanor and expertise. I recommend this company without reservation.

I thought for sure he would not be able to find it In the darkness . Finding a rattlesnake in the master bedroom of our home in North Scottsdale was terrifying. My wife came out of the bathroom and screamed like I have never heard before and I jumped out of the bed to find the coiled snake smiling at me with his rattle going off loudly. “What do we do?!” We called the police and they sent the fire department to take the snake away. But my wife didn’t sleep that night, or the next night, or the next. I called Rattlesnake Solutions and they Came the next morning. They checked the entire outside perimeter of the house and the entire inside thoroughly. We learned that having a birdfeeder in our front yard attracts small rodents who eat the fallen seeds off the ground and that is probably why the snake found its way to our home. The snake probably found its way into our home seeking relief from the heat...we left the back door wide open for our dogs. The snake was probably inside for more than a couple of days until discovered. They gave us advice on what we could do to prevent this from occurring in the future. But most importantly, they gave me and my wife the peace of mind that there was no more snakes in the house. My wife slept soundly that night. I highly recommend RS...totally worth the money!

Early Sunday evening I discovered a Gila Monster in my back yard . I figured it was thirsty so I gave it some water and then began searching for someone to retrieve it as these little guys are endangered and protected species . Meanwhile , I have two one year old miniature Schnauzer puppies that I worried about getting bit by this reptile . My brother found Rattlesnake solutions on the internet and passed on their contact info . I called them right away and a fellow named "Grayson" answered and told me they could be out within 45 minutes . I live in Ahwatukee and this guy drove all the way from Surprise and arrived at my home in about 45 minutes ! Grayson was very knowledgeable of Gila Monsters and took time to educate me a bit about them . He retrieved the reptile from my back yard and then too it out into the mountain area behind our subdivision and released it . These Gila Monsters are the most poisonous of the reptile family so with not much knowledge or experience with these creatures along with my desire to do my best to preserve it's life , I think having Reptile Solutions come out was a good decision . They did charge me a nominal fee for this quick service that I think was very appropriate . I highly recommend this company and appreciate the fact that they were there when I needed them .

We have some construction going on around the house. We noticed a good sized snake (not a rattlesnake, but a gopher snake) in the driveway and just let it be as it seemed to be doing no harm. The construction guys were a little freaked out by it and wanted to "dispose" of the snake inhumanely. Even though I'm not a big fan of snakes, I wasn't going to let that happen!
