We've used Overson Pest Control since we purchased our home and we have never had an issue with any bugs. Our neighbors in the area use other companies and don't seem to receive the same quality of service from the companies they use. We are very happy with the service! Their people are friendly, prompt, efficient and you barely hear them. They knock at our door, ask a couple questions and they do their work. They make it so easy. Side note: our daughter went to work for another pest control company and they offered us free service, but we refused it because we are so happy with Overson. We haven't heard good things about that other company and it wasnt worth the risk to our home and our peace of mind. We are pest free because of the incredible service we receive from Overson. I have been an Overson Pest Control customer for over a year now. Their system works! My scorpions are dead and my black widows are gone! Their technicians are courteous and knowledgeable. Communication is top-notch. I decided to leave a review today because we had our first communication glitch (regarding scheduling). I responded to their email, expressing my frustration pretty bluntly and Jessica from their office immediately picked up the phone. She was friendly and apologetic and had already fixed the issue based on my expressed preferences. That is customer service at it's finest! Kudos to everyone in the office and in the field at Overson!!

I own a special needs business at the end of a strip mall so all the roof rats play at my place at the end of day. I cannot express how grateful I am for Overson Pest Control as they have made managing this FRUSTRATING situation more bearable, especially when rats increased after 2 new tenants moved into buildings next door that sat empty for 9 months. Completely out of my control circumstances! I am the only tenant doing anything about these roof rats too, but haven't had a single rat at ground level of my business since Overson started servicing our business (going on 5 months now). Main areas have not been impacted as rats are continuously caught in the traps set in ceiling. No destruction of property anymore or signs of them on ground level, so I am beyond grateful!! Jared has caught so many for us and is as kind and empathetic as they come. I highly recommend Overson Pest Control Company!!

I had Hyrum assigned to me. I am complimenting not on the job he did, which was but good, but the person he is. I just arrived from work, ran in the house, grabbed the tip money and went back out side. By that time he was done and leaving. He saw me and stopped. It was then that I saw he had another person with him. I gave him the 10.00 and apologized that I didn't have more, but I was only expecting one person. I said maybe the could split it, it would at least buy them both something to drink. He thanked me graciously and handed the whole tip to the other guy and said that he would give the whole amount to him. I was impressed. His momma raised him well. She would be proud.

After finding a scorpion in my kitchen and a few roaches I started calling around for an exterminator. When I was calling I was pleasantly surprised to get the phone answered instead of having to leave a message. I was treated with respect and all of my questions were answered. I was able to schedule an appointment the following day which was great as it was my day off, so I didn't have to wait for service. The pricing was very reasonable. I received a text message to confirm setting up my account. Very easy to complete the process. I also received an email with the prep procedure. I received a courtesy call from Logan the technician the next day when he was on the way. When he arrived he was very professional and answered any remaining questions I had about the service. He sprayed outside, inside, put down insect bait and sticky traps (to check for most insect traffic). He also explained the best steps to aid in eliminating the problem. It was also explained that I would receive a reminder text a couple of days before my next service. I was very pleased with the service.

Mass boxes and furniture are common in a move but what is important to recognize is the importance of making sure you house is free of unwanted critters and bugs. Overson Pest Control answered the call for help. A phone call away they arrived on time and took care of business within days of making the call Technician was professional, prompt and skill full. The house I bought was flipped so no one lived in it for months. Because of that, cockroaches decided it would be a nice place to stay. Overson has helped me get rid of this problem. They would come inbetween treatments for free if I saw roaches. They set up sticky traps in the garage where they thought they were getting in and replace them every two months. They also did a heavy outside spray when it was bad to make sure they were getting them for me. I can now sleep at night with the light off and don't have to worry my dogs are chasing cockroaches every time they look interested in something. Thanks!

I was originally recommend to the company by my friend Carson Standridge who is quite the critic himself. Not only has Overson Pest Control strengthened my relationship with Carson, but they have completely changed my life. My property had suffered from brown recluse spiders, which are scientifically known as the loxosceles reculsa (for all you science nerds out there), for years. Those are nasty little critters who have been completely exterminated due to to the dandy and professional work of Overson Pest Control. This company will change your life just like it changed mine!!! They are magical!!!

So At first I could not believe how this company had so many five star reviews but after my first service I understand why they do so first let’s start with common courtesy the tech was running a little behind so they called to let me know awesome communication not many companies do that anymore second When my tech Jared Palmer showed up he was very professional and explained everything in detail answered all of our questions if that was not enough he came in asked if he could come back in or needed to knock again very polite then he was very detailed on spraying inside the house then let us know he was going outside and what did my eyes see he had a duster of some type and cleaned all and any cob webs he saw I never seen that before and then very detailed around outside he took his time and made sure no area was not treated I have to say I understand why so many five star reviews and if all the techs are Like Jared Palmer the tech I had then five star reviews must come easy for this company thank you Jared for your detailed work and care.
