They gave me a 7-9 am window and Cody M showed up at 7 which was amazing. He was knowledgeable and efficient. We have two dogs so he was able to instruct me on keeping them outside while he sprayed the outside and then I put them out why he did the inside. Since this was the first service he explained the flush our method which was also very helpful. Definitely would recommend Orange Pest Control to any of my family or friends.

Called Orange Pest Control and they were able to come out for first flush out treatment in less than a week of us moving into our new home. Very good value for the price and Alex was very professional and educational about exactly what we will see initially after the flush. Almost immediately, he was able to flush out a black widow spider that we would have otherwise not have known about. Very thorough, inside/outside the house as well as in the garage. They came recommended to me by family and friends, and in turn, I’d also recommend them!

We have used orange for years now. We took a break for a 3 month period just to try a company called Moxie that advertised as cheaper...boy was THAT a mistake... not only did Moxie try and scam us into paying for an entire year contract (when it was NO COMMITMENT) but it was an exact example of you get what you pay for. Thier stuff did NOT work (they gave the 'ol "bugs come out after you spray" excuse even though we hadnt had a gap between service change) and we have never had a problem when using Orange! We switched right back and havnt had a problem with bugs since! We are certainly loyal customers who learned our lesson and the techs are always very kind and polite! Not to mention, there was no cancelation fee, contract etc even when we tried out the other company! Thanks Orange!

We’ve used Orange for over two years and they are great. The previous owner of our home didn’t do any pest control- and our house constantly had bugs. They did a huge treat in the beginning and even came back and re-treated a few times. Anytime I see a bug in the house, they will come back and retreat- but I haven’t seen anything in the house in over a year!

Used Orange Pest Control for 7 months at my previous home. Just built a new home which comes with many little crawlers by the nature of a new build -- first place I thought of was Orange. Always professional, but most importantly, they always take extra care of my property, ensuring they take the time to inspect and clean out all the spider webs they find and notify me of any concerns. I hired Orange Pest Control to service my house for scorpions. The house was unoccupied for 18 months before we moved in and many of the neighbors had been treating their properties so naturally everything moved into our home before we bought it and moved in. At once point during the services we were still having scorpion sightings and we were a bit frustrated and thinking about using another company. A day or two after we decided to switch, Chandler came by for the monthly service and we told him this would be the last. He asked why and we explained the concern. He then took it upon himself to change the treatment plan he was scheduled to complete and upgrade the mix he was going to use from a maintenance mixture to an initial treatment mixture. He then spent extra time in areas we had sightings and double checked everything inside and out twice. He even changed all the glue boards, plus added extras to areas he thought would be helpful. He really went above and beyond and as he left he apologized for the prior problems, reminded us that they would come back free of charge anytime there was an issue and told us he was sorry to see us go. We have been scorpion free ever since. Chandler saved Orange Pest control a client that day. His and the company's professionalism, customer service, friendliness and willingness to understand and correct an issue will keep us customers for a long time to come. He was very friendly and answered all my questions and was able to get me set up with an appointment as soon as Tuesday the next week. I received an email and phone confirmation the day before. I don't generally like spraying around my home but will occasionally see scorpions so I use this company twice a year for that purpose. However, not only was I due for my bi-annual spray for scorpions, but I've also suddenly been seeing a few ants in my kitchen. My tech, Chandler, listened to my concerns, and was very knowledgeable about how ant colonies function and was just generally a friendly, polite young man. As with everyone who has come to my house to spray from this company, I would give him a 10 out of 10 for service, punctuality and so forth. I fully expect my ant problem will be resolved soon!

My wife and I moved into a new house and promptly discovered that we had a scorpion problem. This was especially scary for us since we have a young toddler who is in everything. We looked at a few companies before going with orange pest. They by far had the best price and stellar reviews. The effect on our home was as dramatic as is was fast. We went from seeing 3-4 scorpions a day to none. In the six months since they have come out we have seen only 2 scorpions and they were dead. I cannot more highly recommend this company and the work they do. One added bonus is that they are one of the few service companies that is always on time. They have never been late once and are always communicative.

I've been using Orange Pest Control for about a year. The people that come and service my home are always so kind and efficient. They usually give a 2 hour window of when they'll show up and they've always shown up at the beginning of that time frame. Some companies make you wait around all day, not this one. The folks I deal with on the phone are so helpful and understanding if I need to reschedule due to my work hours fluctuating. Thanks Orange Pest Control! Highly recommend 😊 if you are worried about your pets, their solution is totally safe once it dries usually takes 30 mins to 1 hour.

I just moved here from California so did not know so many things about bug control but he has educated me and has been absolutely amazing. It's so hard to find great customer service now a days. I'm a relatively new Orange Pest Control customer, and if their service remains consistent I will be a customer for life. My house is under reconstruction after a fire, and in May, shortly after my brand new walls were up and painted, termites showed up. I called 6 different companies for inspections and estimates, and Orange Pest Control beat all the others. Tyler took the time to walk through the house with me, answered every question, explained what parts of the home would need to be treated, why, and how that would happen. He also gave me a diagram which explained it all. Orange Pest Control was competitively priced, and they offered the most cost-effective extended warranty. Since the house is now almost ready to move back into, I called them to set up regular pest control services. Both the person on the phone and Andrew, who came out, asked specifically about what types of pests I was seeing and needed controlled. I was also told about the different options for regular servicing. Both Tyler and Andrew were on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I am a very satisfied customer, and I highly recommend Orange Pest Control.

We got 2 other quotes and the pricing from Orange was by far the most affordable and most detailed treatment. On the day of treatment, Shaun arrived a little early and started promptly on treatment, making sure I understood the process and had any questions answered. He also treated our house for ants after he completed the termite treatment for a discount. Total time took about 2.5 hours and he was fantastic, thank you Shaun! Called for scorpion control after a particularly horrifying night the night before. First off, they do text quotes/ questions which is amazing! Every company should do this. Tyler was who I texted with and he was thorough in his responses, answered all my questions and best of all, he was able to schedule Chandler to come out same day (actually like 1 hour later) to do a flush out initial treatment. Chandler showed up to do the treatment and was very patient in answering all my questions, he is very knowledgeable and was able to ease my mind some. He was very respectful in my home and patient while I moved my pet's around. Now...I wait to hopefully see no more scorpions or at least only dead ones. Any activity between treatment they come out and re-spray no charge but that has not been needed often. This month termite treatment was needed and the treatment went flawlessly. We had a sever influx of scorpions last summer like I have never seen. There was a lot of remodeling and landscaping done last spring in my older desert neighborhood. And the scorpions were on the move. Orange come out and treated the house. The scorpion problem was so bad they came out two weeks later and re-sprayed for free. They are wonderful. I personally love Shaun. He listens to us about flare areas, he looks for what he thinks are hot spots and makes sure we are always more than happy with our service. He has been fantastic during Covid, being aware not to contaminate the house for his hands or shoes. He wears a mast and social distances. But he has always been considerate, way before Covid. Orange always leaves me feeling safe when it comes to protecting my family and dog, especially against those darn scorpions. Can't say enough good things about then.

We live in citrus groves and we have had a scorpion problem for years. In the past we have tried other pest control companies with no luck. We kept finding them in our house the past couple of months and with a baby I told my husband we have to hire someone. He didn’t believe pest control helps with scorpions because of our previous experience and thought it would be a waste of money. One afternoon I was hurrying out to get my trash bin from my back yard to put on the street and realized I was going to be to late.
