Alex came out very knowledgeable and loves to answer questions that you have and really worked with us so we could take care of our termite issue! Plus we got pest control as well 😃😀so I’m happy Bradley and mason came out very knowledgeable helped us to identify a few pests that we learned are beneficial for our home n garden plus the company should invest in a bucket shop vac for them to use because they left broom 🧹 and dustpan at my house . But I let them use my shop vac much easier n faster then broom n dustpan all in all patiently waiting to see if treatment works so far I am more relaxed n calm customer . And they have great price and warranty!. because I had other places come out and do inspection . Ultimately we choose Green Machine Pest Control and thank you 😊

I am always extremely satisfied with Green Machine. My husband and I have been serviced by Green Machine since 2017 and they have been consistent in amazing service. We are serviced every two months and that has been the way its been always. As soon as we have a concern they are committed to helping. Our most recent visit was over termite inspection and extermination. Cody and Cory were very thorough and explained the process in great detail. Travis and Jamily completed the service and did so in a timely manner and also being respectful to my home and property. I was greeted in a friendly and respectful manner, and all my questions and concerns were addressed. I highly recommend Green Machine for those looking for a routine pest control company with good prices or even for more specific and urgent jobs like termites. Green Machine was third company we gathered quotes from; we felt they had the best deal. Alex welcomed my numerous calls with my questions, he even told me he liked getting questions, that's doing his job! They came to the house very quickly and Brad did a fantastic job. Brad was very informative with what he was doing and answered all of my husband's questions. We learned a lot about termites! We also hired them to do our scorpion spraying throughout the year. We are very pleased with the entire process.

Cory and his team are great from responsive office staff to the personable technicians like Doug who always do the best jobs possible. Doug even brings treats for my dogs. *Knock on wood* I still have seen a scorpion my house since using their service for the last 5 years. When ever I have had a question or concern they are quick to respond and come back out if needed for unwanted guests.

Brad H. came out to check out what was going on with my bug situation. He did an exception job at reviewing every area and taking samples back to the office for review. He also treated the whole house as necessary with their indoor spray. He even informed me if there was still activity he would come out again with a few other options. He was in it to really resolve my problem. I had another large company come out who was not able to fix my issue but I have all faith that Brad and the Green Machine team will be able to do it. Bradley and Mason sprayed our family's property for pre-emergent weeds. I cannot express how friendly this team was to me. Brad was extremely knowledgeable and educated me on AZ flora as I am from the North Woods and a very different climate. I had a number of questions, and he was patient and answered every single one of them. They guarantee their work and will come back out for follow-up. Good value for the 1+ acre of property serviced. A little behind on leaving my reviews, but Bryan, Alex and Jamily have all been wonderful in helping us with our general pest inspection and then our more recent rodent extermination. All three of them have been professional, timely, polite, friendly, informative, and effective with their treatments; basically all the things you look for in any company. In addition, each time I've called the office they've been super helpful, kind and shared my sense of urgency when needed. I also believe their prices are reasonable. Best yet though, at the first service they gave us a pretty cool swag bag! I believe Green Machine is a very well run company based on our experience and would highly recommend their services. And again, Bryan, Alex and Jamily are great! Thanks much, Green Machine, for being there when needed.

To say that we love this company would be an understatement! In a day and age where we too often find ourselves disappointed with a lack of customers service, or follow through Green Machine Pest Control delivers on every front. After the initial service call (termite inspection) in which they were on time, with calls and text ahead to keep us posted on eta. True to their word, and agreement they contacted us for the one year follow up (we truly forgot). Again, on time and with updates on eta, service was great and would highly recommend their services to any in need of pest control.

We really like this company and how professional, kind and considerate they are. We already use them for our pest control in our extremely satisfied in that area, but we recently decided to try them out for our weed control also. Our service technician was Jamily and she lived up to the reputation of the company and representing them excellently. Very professional, very informative. I knew what you were speaking about, and spent time explaining the entire process and answering any questions. And then watching her perform her work, she did a very detailed job. When she finished, she let me know the number of points about how to make sure that everything was applied properly, to call them back if the weeds are not dead in 14 days or less and they would come back out and take care of it and with no additional charge, as well as a number of other points that reassured me that they wanted to do a good job. I will need to wait the 14 days to see how the product works but I have confidence it will based on their pest control services While they are not the cheapest, they’re also not the most expensive, but their use of high-quality products and excellent service makes it worthwhile to me. It was a 6 month free home inspection. He examine both the interior and exterior of my home. He found signs of termite activity around the baseboards of one of the closets and let me know treatment would be covered through my service agreement and made an appointment for the next day for someone to come out. He also, found and bee swarm on the side of the house, explained the treatment, gave me a quote and performed the service before leaving for the day. He made sure I understood and felt comfortable with all services and gave me his and the office number should I have any questions. He then followed up with everything by email. REPLY: I did not sign up for service over the phone. It was all done via email, so I did not have a rep ensuring I understood the pricing. I will admit I did not closely read the agreement. I have hired several pest control companies over the years and mistakenly figured the pricing and cancellations are all standard. Just your average pest control company. I left my old pest control company because I thought I would be saving money with Green Machine. I misunderstood their pricing to be bi-monthly, like every other pest control company I've hired, but they actually charge you monthly. I think they offer the lower price in the hope that you will make the same mistake as I did. They offer a $100 "discount" on your initial service, but if you try to cancel once you realize you're being charged monthly, they charge you that $100 they took off the first service. I prefer companies that don't play games like this, but otherwise the service has been adequate.

He only told me about their company and how they do things. Did not tell me how other companies do things wrong or try to make them look bad. It was like dealing with someone 20 years ago when you did business with a handshake. I had 2 other quotes scheduled but their way of doing business so much that I cancelled the other two quotes and said to him. Let’s get this done. A few day later they did and excellent job and they gave me the warranty. Unless the termites return this year then I’m a happy camper and highly recommend them.

I have been using Green Machine for a couple years now. I’m terrified of spiders and when a couple spiders showed up in my house I immediately found Green Machine on Yelp and called them to set up an appointment asap. I signed up to have them service my home every other month and that was 2 years ago. I’m never home when they come out to my property so only the outside gets serviced but they do such an amazing job that i never see bugs inside. Currently the home next to mine has been vacant for awhile and they just started remodeling it causing a few large bugs to come my way👀. That and all of a sudden I’m seeing gnats in my kitchen, I decided to have them service the inside as well. I was able to meet the technician Travis that has been treating my home and got to actually speak with him. I’m sure Green Machine has a lot of great employees but Travis went beyond my expectations. He was so informative and extremely friendly even tho I bombarded him with 50 questions about the random issue I’m having with gnats. I did place a call with the company requesting Travis be the only technician that comes out. I’m moving in a few months to North Mesa and I also made sure he would service that home as well.

Brad Humphrey called ahead of scheduled service to ensure I was ready to receive them, Brad not only found and destroyed the two wasp nests in our bouganvillea I thought were there but also found four other wasp nests in our yellow bells and bottle bush plants. Given that this is our second need for wasp control in the last 10 months, Brad suggested we might better served with a monthly contract that would deal with wasps without any additional charges in addition to the scorpions that have stung me inside our home and the termites we had to get treatment for several years ago. I feel relieved that expert help will only be a phone away if needed. In addition Brad sprayed both inside and outside our home to help mitigate the possibility of future pest problems and will re-spray on a quarterly basis.

GREAT GREAT job! I had a problem with springtails after the recent rain and could not get rid of them on my own. They were coming in from outside through the windows, baseboards and even from the drains in the tub and sinks. Boyd came out and did such a thorough job inside (including the drains) and outside. After 2 days, I have not seen any live ones and absolutely none outside. These were harmless pests, but they were driving my family crazy and causing me a lot of anxiety! I feel so much better knowing that they are gone. I definitely recommend this company for pest control.

I called Green Machine Pest Control out for something I thought that had been living in my addict. They showed up, searched the addict and could not find a trace or anything living up there. They offered some preventative items so I wouldn't have to call back later because AZ is known to have rats and mice up there. I didn't get it done at the time but I will. The techs simply suggested the service and didn't try and push it down my throat. The service was no charge, I didn't pay anything but I will have them back to perform the preventative items. I used to have a serious issue with scorpions several years ago here in Gilbert. This stopped virtually immediately once Green Machine began servicing my yard and house. I have to admit I wondered at time about the every other month application process, but that question was quickly resolved when I saw the results. I had an ant issue last year and they came out and took care of it on the FIRST application. This year the ants were an issue in a different part of the yard. I called and they came the next afternoon with the end result of the issue being resolved. They are on time, every time. They do not try to hard sell me on anything else. I have never felt short changed on their service or concern for addressing the current pest issue at hand. I trust them for their word which to me should be golden now-a-days. Several of their technicians have came for the application process. All of them have been professional AND knew what they were talking about. Yesterday was no exception. Yesterday Brad was the technician and the service was just as equally as high as the previous responses I've experienced with Green Machine over the last 3 years. Brad was on-time, VERY polite, and called to say he was on his was. There have been countless attempts by other exterminators who have stopped by my home to lure me away over the years. Some were even a tad bit lower. To me its about quality, confidence, fairness, and keeping one's word. I have all of that with Green Machine. Unless something drastically changes, they will continue to be my exterminator for the foreseeable future.

Chase visited our house five times. The first was to provide a quote, which included a detailed examination and then explanation of the likely entry points, and an explanation of the strategy for traps and bait stations. I requested a quote from a second company, and the tech didn't even bother to look in the yard or attic. Chase returned to lay traps and bait stations plus seal possible entryways, and then came three times to check . He was always well within the promised time slot and gave very clear explanations of what was happening. As far as we can tell, out attic is now rat free, but so long as neighbors leave fruit and don't attempt serious control, I have no illusion that the rat problem has been solved. But I'll be back to Green Machine is the rats get bad.

Love this company! I switched from City Wide Pest because they kept increasing my price little by little. When I called this company (about 6 months ago) I was so impressed when they said they only need to come every other month (They will come as many times as you want, if needed, but every other month is enough!) It's so much easier than every month and the products they use actually last that long! Cody performed the first post roof rat treatment inspection today and found no rats in any attic traps or outside bait boxes. I believe he had sealed my house so effectively in the "exclusion" treatment last week that those rodents can no longer find a way into my attic. I met Cory, the owner, And one of his techs (I forgot his name) when they stopped by my house offering a free inspection for roof rats. They claimed that my neighbors down the street were experiencing a problem with roof rats and so they wanted to make sure all of the neighbors were rat free. First thing that came to my mind was "Yeah right. These guys are just trying to market themselves." So I played the ignorant ditzy girl roll just to see if they would tried to con me. I let them in and they went to the backyard to check around the citrus trees. They thoroughly examined the fruit that dropped to the ground for evidence of being eaten by rats. Then the tech went up to the attic. He was up there for a bit then called for Cory to "come take a look at this". I dont go up there EVER so I don't know what they were looking at but they both came down and proceeded to check around the outside perimeter of the house and noticed a little screen missing from one of those little holes up towards the roof. They offered a service where they would come out and make sure any holes or potential spaces where a critter could squeeze into the house, would be sealed. I declined their offer and asked them what the conclusion of the inspection was. They said I was all good. No signs of any rat infestation. I was shocked! I knew that we didn't have a problem with rats but I wanted to test their integrity and honesty. They were just about to leave when I asked them about other services they provided. I already had a reliable and very effective pest control service subscription but I like to support my local small businesses. Because I value their honesty and integrity and Cory and his tech didn't try to sell me services that I didn't need, I cancelled my bug service and switched to Green Machine for my scorpion and bug control. Haven't seen one scorpion! After we had a couple weeks of random rain, I did notice a few creepy crawlers in my driveway SO I texted Cory and he sent out a tech the very next day to retreat at no charge. I really like EVERYONE at Green Machine. Their prices are affordable, the service and techs are very knowledgeable and courteous, and I highly recommend them to anyone!
