The people that come out and apply the chemicals on my lawn... always on time, always pleasant and courteous. The folks in the office are always helpful. They even contact me and remind me that it is time for another application. My yard was getting burrs... and my dogs would be loaded with burrs,, in their fur, and we'd have to pick them out. I can’t believe how little I pays people to do the job they do. It’s almost embarrassing.. I spent $200 a year in product and had to either do it myself or pay someone a couple hundred dollars to help me provide we control for my half acre property twice a year…. And when I found these people and they treated my entire property for $200 and 13 months later, I had to have them come back….. are you kidding me? I think I’m stealing from them and taking advantage of them because they’ve given me a weed free year for the same cost as the chemicals that I used to buy (& needless to say having to treat half acre property yourself with a horrible options we have available and exposing ourselves to the chemicals is not a good thing)!!! Call them to do your weed !!! Win-win you pay less than it would cost you to do it yourself and you don’t have to deal with his chemicals and a hassle!

To receive an answer to a request as quickly as I did was incredible. She was outstanding with her kindness, professionalism, efficiency, communication and attitude. This initial service with Aimee made me realize I selected the right company. She worked with me and made me feel appreciated as a customer. I received an email the night before the appointment with a time window. Our technician, Brian, was also excellent. He was prompt, experienced, professional, helpful and patient. He did a great job with the pre and post emergent for our weeds. He let us know when he was finished and asked if I had questions. We then received an invoice and receipt from Marlene, who was kind and expedient as well. The service received from the staff of this company was superb! Good company to deal with for weed spraying. Reasonably priced, and they include a 6-month warranty. We had some very heavy rain about 4.5 months into the warranty, and a few weeds sprouted up. I called for warranty service and they came right out and sprayed the affected areas for no charge. One thing I would note is that communicating with them via email seems to work better than by phone. Phone calls usually went to voice mail, but they were very responsive to emails.

Very friendly young lady I spoke with on the phone explained their weed eradication process, and we agreed to have it done on our property in Sun City West. We weren't home when Custom Weed Tech came out, but neighbor said the follow seemed to do a thorough job. A couple of weeks later, that same neighbor says weeds are all dead & most even gone. He said that everything looks great. Custom's guarantees their work, price for work was reasonable, and payment was east, online. We will definitely be calling Custom Weed and Pest Control next year

For years I had another company doing my weed control. But they kept raising prices and I felt it was becoming a rip off. So I did some Googling and found Custom Weed & Pest Control. Their prices are reasonable and they always come out when promised. This spring I had quite a few weeds sprouting in the backyard so I called them and they came over within a couple days. That's a good response time. After they sprayed I was a little skeptical. The weeds don't die instantly. It takes a few days. But within a week the weeds were all dead. Well done.They also do pest control. I think I'll get them over and make sure I don't have any scorpions coming around.

With other companies, they only spray once a year, for twice the price which means you end up getting weeds before the contract is up. But I like splitting the cost up twice a year and having pre emergent sprayed every six months.

We've been using Custom Weed since '98. For the last 15 years we've been on an acre in Paradise Valley with a 300 ft long "wash" in the far back. I called Ryan too late the first year and the weeds turned into a forest. Again, we were saved by Custom Weed. I can't believe how effective their spraying is.
