We called Viking because we had an invasion of Ants. We got service with in 48 hrs of making the call. Our tech Eric Baker came in asked us questions to better understand our concerns. Did a treatment. Explained the process and told us that if we are still havint concerns in 7 to 10 days to call them back to re treat. Very professional and respectful.

Have bed bugs? Call Viking right away!!! We picked up bed bugs on a vacation in Massachusetts. After trying to get rid of them ourselves didn't work we decided to call professionals. I'm glad I called Viking! All of the people we have dealt with have been great. The first person I spoke to clearly went over the process and cost. Then onto scheduling which was a breeze. All of the technicians showed sympathy for what we were going through and listened to and took care of our concerns. They give a 60 day warranty after the second service. My wife got bit again after the second service and they didn't hesitate to send over a tech to take care of it. We have been bite free for a couple of weeks now. I can't recommend them more for bed bug service!

Whenever I call Viking, they are professional, responsive and are willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. I have been working with them for 3 years now and have had them provide an array of services from termite, bed bug, rodent inspections as well as COVID sterilization. Today, when I called, was no exception. Michael M was professional and took the time to find the answer via research and time. He promptly called me back an hour later, upon request ,and booked me for immediate service. He was super polite and helpful. She was polite and determined to get our problem taken care of as soon as possible. I highly recommend Viking Pest Control ! We had a severe ant problem, they were coming into the house and biting my daughter whose room faces the front of the house. We have woods behind us and have also a severe amount of mosquito's. We were in contract with another company who was trying to rid us of ants and mosquito's but the bugs never stopped coming ! When I called Daniel P. he was so welcoming, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. THE DAY Viking was here from 9am-1:30pm for the inside and outside service the bugs were GONE. I could swing my grandson on the swing without mosquitoes and saw no ants at all, it was wonderful but almost eerie how gone they were. One of the products they used was environmentally safe, it had lemongrass in it. The technician who came who's name was Brian was very professional and informed. He took care of the house and definitely the perimeters.I have seen other technician come into this home, but Mr. Lang work was informative and efficient. Viking Pest Control has recently merged with Rid Pest Control. I have been a customer at Rid for at least 10 years and loved their service. I was about to cancel Viking after starting to use them as their communication is poor and so much inferior to Rid. However as I was about to cancel your representative Bella L changed my mind. She was empathetic and truly convinced me to stay and give Viking another chance. I knew Bella L would follow up with me and she certainly did. If I did not speak to Bella L I would have definitely cancelled.

The company I work for switched to Viking Pest after previous unsuccessful contracts. Our community is preventatively maintained 2x/month, and Viking has been a pleasure to work with. Our usual technician, Shawn, has proved to be pleasant, knowledgeable in his trade, and willing to accommodate our residents as needed. This company overall seems very organized- I particularly like that service reminders are sent in advance, and once the work is completed a report is emailed directly to me detailing all work completed and any products used. Highly recommend!

The company got too big for their britches and way in over their head after acquiring RID pest control. Understaffed issues caused pulling technicians from other locations to have residencies and businesses served by multiple workers not on the same page. Once merged, the cost of services went up as the quality of service dropped, and discounts and incentives disappeared. The 1st technician to come out through Viking was friendly and knowledgeable. He made a note that he was not able to go through the crawl space under the house because there was too much water. The problem was fixed, but no one was rescheduled to come back out nor was a partial refund given after multiple inquiries (they bill you on the 1st of the month, despite having services, or lack thereof, anytime during that month). After 3 months, I was told that my next quarterly appointment was coming up, so no one came back to the house to check the crawl space and no refund was given. To top it off that service experience, there was an ant festation the next day. Thinking our 2nd experience with the newly merged company, and I followed a different technician around because he didn't even know he was supposed to come into the house or in the crawl space under the house. He just sprayed for ants around the house. If the 1st technician made notes on the service receipt that he serviced outside and inside and even in the attic but couldn't go under the house, why did the 2nd technician not know what the job/service entitles for the property? I asked him what he thinks hes supposed to do. He wasn't mean or rude by any means, and he did explain that he was one of the techs pulled from another location to work my area due to understaffing so that is why clients will not get the same technician until that problem is resolved. He also said that the quarterly service includes treatment around the house, but they have to be informed by the client if they want them to treat inside the house or anywhere else (attic/craw space underneath). Interesting, seeing how the 1st technician did it all without being told. Frustration occurs with the way the business is run. I feel for the staff, both technicians and customer service reps, with no proper guidance at this time.

There has been quite a few technicians here but sadly don't remember their names and they too deserve recognition!!! Viking has kept me informed of appointments and very helpful all around. Had birds take residence in an exhaust vent on the side of our house. Rob Randall came out to our home in South Jersey and he was really great. He safely evacuated the birds without harming them, was able to thoroughly remove the debris they had put in the vent, and helped install a grated vent to prevent them from returning. He was prompt, courteous, professional, and very helpful. He gave us some information and advice to prevent further intrusions. I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone. Rob in particular was really great.

Big thank you to Christina Bodine for the first time treatment of my home. She was very pleasant, and respectful to deal with. She explain the service, and went right to work. The technician was a 5 start employee. It was your office that leaves a lot to be desired. I had a 4 hour service window from 8;00AM to 12 noon. 12 noon came and went without any contact. I called the office and the answer I got was the technician will shown up within the next 2 hours, I am currently looking for another service provider. I was going to call to have a couple of gutters cleaned, but I doubt I would do that because I would need to deal with the same office personnel.. I have never had this issue with Viking before, but all it takes is one experience. If you care to provide you side of the story I would be happy to listen

Scrubbing all the spider webs off of the house and pulling plants/bushes away from house so he could spray those places. Integrity is doing the right thing when no one is watching. This morning, I worked with a technician who went above and WAY beyond. Nathan Lang was prompt, professional and very thorough. I live in an old home plagued with centipedes that try to come in my home during the summer months. I’ve had several technicians stop by this summer. Most of them would treat the baseboards and call It a Day. I continued to see them. Nathan sprayed everywhere and pointed out different areas to try to steal in hopes of deterring these guys from entering my home. He explained everything as he treated my home. I first tried terminex (twice). It was a nightmare! Then i saw a Viking commercial and called. I wasn't really impressed with the first person that came for the initial service. But they sent another person and he is awesome(i forgot his name). He answered every question i had and is very patient. He gave me tips to help keep pest out of the house in-between visits. And what signs to look for to see if there is any activity. And the prices are away better than other companies.

The sales rep that I initially had contact with (Jason Inserra) was very friendly as well as professional, but also very understanding about the problems we were having with the pest problem, as well as the problems we had with our last pest service who I would love to mention but don't know if that is allowed, but he was very thorough with Viking's services and how often they would come. He also made sure I would be notified prior to the service date so I would know when they were coming and be able to unlock gates around my back yard pool area. This was very important for me because the last pest control company used to just show up then just left a note on my door that they were not able to spray around the back of the house area because the gates were locked, which they had known were there from the time we signed on with them, we then started seeing more bug and carpenter ants, we have quite a few old trees around us. Jason assured us we would be contacted a few days before their scheduled visit so I could make sure our gates were unlocked for the service technician. Viking also offers more services for the same package my previous pest control company offered and for less of the cost charged. I wished I had called Viking first. Thanks to Jason Inserra I was sold on Viking's services and felt I didn't need to interview other pest control co. Thank you Jason.

Even to the point of me having to remove a trap that was starting to smell.
